図1及び図3は当発明のフラップを取り付けた鉄道用車輌の通常走行中の状態を表した図である。フラップは車輌の屋根内部に収納され空気抵抗を受けないので車輌に走行には一切の影響を与えない。図2及び図4は走行中に本発明のフラップを取り付けた車輌がフラップを上げ、車輌を制御している状態の図である。車軸と車輌の作る角度が一定以上になった場合にフラップが上がり空気抵抗により、浮こうとする方の車輪を線路に押し付け脱線を未然に防止する。図5は車輌が制限速度を超えた時に自動的に両側のフラップが上がり空気抵抗により車輌を減速している状態を表す正面図である。図6は可動フラップ部分の詳細図である。
