Description

The present invention relates to a postcard sheet and a method for using the postcard sheet that can mail a piece of entry paper and leave a copy paper piece at hand when mailing communication information as a postcard.

Conventionally, for example, when mailing an “account transfer request application”, an “enrollment application”, or the like, a sealed letter is used, and an envelope attached to a guide document is used.
A sealed letter is suitable as a means for mailing information to be kept secret, but there is a problem that a higher mailing fee must be paid compared to a postcard.
Therefore, a postcard sheet that can conceal the described secret information with a piece of paper coated with a re-peeling / re-sticking adhesive and can be mailed with a postcard price has been proposed and partially used.

For example, if you have a postcard body sheet and an adhesive sheet, copy the information entered on the adhesive sheet to the postcard body sheet, and paste the both sheets in a peelable manner to make a postcard, fill in the adhesive sheet The postcard sheet that has a copy function to be used as a concealment state by adhering a concealment label in a concealed state is proposed as a copy entry item of the postcard body sheet to be exposed. (See Patent Document 1).

Japanese Patent Application No. 2000-309179

However, many postcards in practical use, including the above-mentioned techniques, do not leave a copy of the contents written at the hand of the reporter.
In addition, there are many cases where an entry paper piece remains as a copy paper piece and a copied paper piece is sent.
Many materials that are copied or transferred are vulnerable to chemicals, ultraviolet rays, and physical external forces, and are not necessarily suitable for long-term storage as application forms.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to claim 1 of the postcard sheet of the present invention has a piece of entry paper that is substantially the same size as the postcard, and is approximately twice the size of the postcard, A backing paper piece composed of a copy paper and a postcard paper bonded via a mold adhesive is bound by a binding portion provided at one end portion in the short side direction of the mounting paper piece, and a binding portion is provided in the vicinity of the binding portion. A cut-out portion for cutting is formed in parallel with the binding portion in a state of penetrating the entry paper sheet and the mount paper piece, and a folding portion for folding the postcard paper into a postcard is bound at the center of the postcard paper. It is characterized by being formed in parallel with the part.

The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that, in the invention according to claim 1, a release layer is formed on the surface of the copy paper that contacts the re-peeling / re-sticking pressure-sensitive adhesive.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the first or second aspect of the present invention, a cut is formed in the central portion of the copy paper in parallel with the binding portion.

The invention according to claim 4 is a method for using the postcard sheet according to claim 3, wherein the communication information is written on a piece of entry paper of the postcard sheet according to claim 3, and the written information is copied. The copy paper is peeled off with the re-peeling and re-adhesive adhesive surface, and the entry paper piece is affixed to the re-peeling and re-adhesive adhesive that appears on the traces of the peeled copy paper. Cut off the postcard sheet, fold the postcard paper at the fold, and attach the cover so that the communication information description surface is covered with the re-peelable and re-adhesive adhesive surface that is exposed after the copy paper is removed. To do.

1) As described in claim 1 and claim 4, it has a paper sheet of approximately the same size as a postcard and a size approximately twice that of a postcard, and is pasted through a re-peeling / re-sticking adhesive. A mounting paper piece made of copy paper and postcard paper is bound by a binding portion provided at one end portion in the short side direction of the mounting paper piece, and a cutting portion for cutting the binding portion in the vicinity of the binding portion, Formed parallel to the binding portion in a state of penetrating the entry paper piece and the mount paper piece, and a fold portion for folding the postcard paper into a postcard was formed in the central portion of the postcard paper in parallel with the binding portion. Thus, after the communication information is written on the entry paper piece, the copy paper piece can be cut out and used as a memorandum for the writer.
In addition, it can be used as a postcard that can protect confidential information from snooping by a third party by adhering the written piece of paper to the postcard paper, folding the connected postcard paper and covering the written part, For those who store the written items, the received document is a piece of paper, so it can be handled as a document that can withstand long-term storage.
2) Further, as described in claim 2, in the invention described in claim 1, the strength of the adhesive is increased by forming a release layer on the surface of the copy paper that contacts the re-peeling / re-sticking adhesive. Regardless of the layer to be peeled off, it can be peeled in peace.
3) In addition, as described in claim 3, in the invention described in claims 1 and 2, since the notch is formed in the central portion of the copy paper in parallel with the binding portion, it is easily folded and bonded. And can always be sent as a postcard of specified size.

First, as shown in FIG. 3, communication information is entered on the entry surface of the entry sheet 1 with a writing instrument. The entered communication information is copied on the surface of the copy paper 21.
When the communication information entry work is completed, the entry paper sheet 1 is rolled as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, the copy paper 21 is peeled off from the boundary surface of the re-peeling / re-sticking adhesive.
At this time, if the notch 6 described with reference to FIG. 2 is not present, the copy paper is peeled off halfway, and as shown in FIG. 6, the entry paper piece 1 is adhered to the re-peeling / re-sticking adhesive.
The schematic diagrams shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 are drawings in which a cut is formed in the substantially central portion of the copy paper. On the right side of the bonded entry paper piece 1, a piece of copy paper remains on the mount paper piece. Will remain.
As shown in FIG. 7, the cutout part 50 including the binding part is cut off by the cutout part 5.
As shown in FIG. 8, the copy paper 22 left on the mount paper piece is peeled off from the re-peeling / re-sticking adhesive interface.
As shown in FIG. 9, the postcard paper 3 is folded at the folding portion 8 so that the re-peeling and re-adhesive adhesive surface is on the inside, and the communication information of the entry paper piece 1 so that the end of the postcard paper is aligned. The description surface is bonded so as to be covered with the re-peeling / re-sticking adhesive surface.
As described above, in order to make it easy to peel off the attached postcard paper 3 at the destination, the right side of the folded portion 8 is slightly shorter than the short side size of the specified postcard, and is folded in FIG. When this is done, the end portion of the postcard paper can be made to be a little pasted.

In the following, description will be made of a piece of entry paper and a copy paper used for a postcard sheet.

Example 1
A case will be described in which the entry paper is a carbonless top paper (upper paper) and the copying paper is a carbonless middle paper (medium paper) or bottom paper (lower paper).
The top paper is a copy paper in which a liquid color former encapsulated in a capsule is applied to the back surface of a carbonless base paper.
The capsule is destroyed by a writing pressure or a type hammer such as an impact printer, and the color developer in the capsule flows out and reacts with the developer on the copy paper to develop color.
The copy paper is a paper in which the developer is applied to the surface of a high-quality paper or the like.
When two or more copy paper pieces are required, middle paper is used between top paper and bottom paper. Middle paper is paper in which a developer is applied on the front surface and a capsule containing a color former on the back surface.

(Example 2)
The case of a copy structure in which a back carbon (print carbon) is formed on the back side of an entry sheet or a carbon paper is incorporated will be described. In this case, imitation paper, high-quality paper, or the like is used as the “copy paper”.
When characters are entered with a writing pressure or a type hammer such as an impact printer, the carbon on the back side of the entry sheet is transferred to the surface of the copy sheet and copied.
