Abstract
本発明は、内燃機関の回転状態に係わらず駆動用電動機に十分な電力を供給できる発電装置を備えた車両用駆動装置を提供するにある。
【解決手段】
内燃機関の回転に応じて電力を発生する発電装置と、この発電装置からの電力を受けて駆動される電動機と、車両から要求される走行駆動力に従って前記発電装置の出力電力をコントロールすると共に前記電動機を制御する制御手段と、前記車両の前,後輪のうち一方の車輪を前記内燃機関により駆動し、他方の車輪を前記電動機で駆動する車両用駆動装置であって、
前記発電装置は車載バッテリを充電するための充電機能と、前記電動機を駆動するための電源機能とを備えたタンデム発電機で構成されていることを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。

前記発電装置を、車載バッテリを充電するための回生充電機能と、前記電動機を駆動するための電源機能とを備えたタンデム発電機で構成する車両用駆動装置により達成される。
前記交流発電装置を、車載用バッテリ等に電力を供給する低電圧発生用発電機と、前記電動機に電力を供給する高電圧発生用発電機とで構成されるタンデム発電機とする車両用駆動装置により達成される。
前記発電装置を、車載バッテリの充電機能を有する低電圧発生用発電機と、前記電動機の電源機能とを備えた高電圧発生用発電機と、該高電圧発生用発電機の出力端と前記電動機間に設けられ、かつ車両の走行状態によって発生されるコントロールユニットの出力信号でオン−オフ制御されるリレーと、該リレーに応答して機能する補助バッテリを備えている車両用駆動装置により達成される。
10B自ら出力を電流供給源とする自励方式に切り替わり、第2発電機10Bの出力はエンジン回転数に比例して発生し、発電機の出力範囲は端子電圧,電流ともに放物線上に拡大していく。一方出力電圧Vは配線抵抗分を除けば、直流電動機5の入力電圧として考えることができる。したがって、第2発電機10Bの界磁電流を制御することにより電動機5への出力電圧を複数段切り替え可能にしたり、所定領域連続的に切り替えることもできるようになり、車両の要求する駆動力に対して自在に応答することができる。
23に対し圧入固着したもので、それぞれの回転子には円筒状の界磁コイル21F,22Fが絶縁ボビンを介して装着されている。そして前記一対の回転子21,22は互いに密着して配置され、その一方端には遠心ファン24が溶接等により固着され、前記界磁コイル21F,22Fのリード端を保持するように構成されている。
(+)29b,29cを保持したブラシホルダとから構成されている。このスリップリング装置29はエンドブラケット28に保持される防塵カバー30にて覆われ、該防塵カバーの内周空間には適宜手段にて前記電圧調整用レギュレータ17,20が配置固定されている。
Claims (13)
- 内燃機関の回転に応じて電力を発生する発電装置と、この発電装置からの電力を受けて駆動される電動機と、車両から要求される走行駆動力に従って前記発電装置の出力電力をコントロールすると共に前記電動機を制御する制御手段と、前記車両の前,後輪のうち一方の車輪を前記内燃機関により駆動し、他方の車輪を前記電動機で駆動する車両用駆動装置であって、
前記発電装置は車載バッテリを充電するための充電機能と、前記電動機を駆動するための電源機能とを備えたタンデム発電機で構成されていることを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項1記載のいずれかにおいて、前,後輪駆動用電動機は直流機で、車両用発電機と併用された一つの発電機で構成されていることを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。
- 前,後輪のうち一方の車輪を内燃機関により駆動し、他方の車輪を前記内燃機関の回転に応じて出力される発電装置の電力によって回転駆動される電動機を備えた車両用駆動装置であって、
前記発電装置は、車載用バッテリ等に電力を供給する低電圧発生用発電機と、前記電動機に電力を供給する高電圧発生用発電機とから構成されるタンデム発電機であることを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項3記載において、発電装置は同一回転軸に回転子同士が当接して配置されたタンデム型発電機であることを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。
- 請求項3記載において、発電装置は共通のバッテリにて初期励磁され、エンジン起動後は自励発電機に切り替わることを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。
- 請求項3記載において、高電圧発生発電機と電動機間にはコントロールユニットの出力信号でオン−オフ制御されるリレーが設けられ、車両の走行状態に応じて前記電動機への電力の供給を制御することを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。
- 請求項4記載において、当接して配置された回転子の一方の側面のみに冷却ファンが設けられ、他方の回転子を放熱体として用いていることを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。
- 請求項3記載において、低電圧発生用発電機と高電圧発生用発電機の発電コイルは、Δ−Δ結線されていることを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。
- 内燃機関の回転に応じて電力を発生する発電装置と、この発電装置からの電力を受けて駆動される電動機と、車両から要求される走行駆動力に従って前記発電装置の出力電力をコントロールすると共に前記電動機を制御する制御手段と、前記車両の前,後輪のうち一方の車輪を前記内燃機関により駆動し、他方の車輪を前記電動機で駆動する車両用駆動装置であって、
前記発電装置は車載バッテリ充電機能を有する低電圧発生用発電機と、前記電動機の電源機能とを備えた高電圧発生用発電機と、該高電圧発生用発電機の出力端と前記電動機間に設けられ、かつ車両の走行状態によって発生されるコントロールユニットの出力信号でオン−オフ制御されるリレーと、該リレーに応答して機能する補助バッテリとを備えていることを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。 - 請求項9記載において、高電圧発生用発電機は補助バッテリにて初期励磁回路を構成していることを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。
- 請求項10記載において、発電装置は、車両用バッテリに電力を供給する発電機と、前,後輪のうちどちらか一方の車輪を直接駆動する電動機のエネルギーを供給する複合機能を有することを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。
- 請求項11記載において、タンデム回転子を支持する回転軸の一方端側に1個のスリップリングを設け、該スリップリング上に前記タンデム回転子の界磁電流を給電する2対のブラシを配置し、その軸端側に回転速度検出用の回転センサ装置を組み付けた発電機としたことを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。
- 請求項12記載において、回転センサ装置の周囲に、それぞれの発電機の電圧を制御する電圧調整器が配置され、整流装置カバーに固定されていることを特徴とした車両用駆動装置。
