Abstract
【解決手段】成形された基体に接着した発泡可能材料からなる層状成形品が、発泡可能材料の片を金型内に置き、そして基体が発泡可能材料に接着するが発泡可能材料に発泡を起こさせることがないように発泡可能材料の通常の発泡温度より上の温度で金型内において基体を成形することによって製造され、成形プロセスは射出成形またはブロー成形であることができ、そして成形品は自動車用の音響バッフルまたは構造強化材として有用である。

Description
i) 発泡可能材料の片が金型内に置かれ、それによってそれが金型の壁内に部分的に保持されかつ金型のキャビティ中に部分的に突き出ている、
ii) 金型が閉じられ、そして該発泡可能材料の一部を金型の壁内に保持するために正圧が金型にかけられ、
iii) 該発泡可能材料の軟化および発泡温度より上の温度で、金型のキャビティ中に突き出ている発泡可能材料の該一部の少なくとも一部を基体材料が取り囲みそしてそれに結合する態様で、基体材料が金型内に導入され、そして、
iv) 成形サイクルが完了され、そして2成分成形品が取り出される、
上記方法を提供する。
Claims (25)
- 基体に付着した1層の発泡可能材料を含む層状成形品の製造方法において、該発泡可能材料の片が、発泡可能材料の該片の一部が金型キャビティ中に突き出るように金型の壁内に保持され、そして基体が金型内において該発泡可能材料が通常発泡する温度より上の温度で発泡可能材料のまわりに成形され、それによって該発泡可能材料が成形工程の間に基体に接着しかつ未発泡のままでいる、上記方法。
- 成形プロセスが射出成形である、請求項1に従う方法。
- 成形プロセスがブロー成形である、請求項1に従う方法。
- 発泡可能材料が高度に膨張した柔らかい発泡体を生成するようなものである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 発泡可能材料がエチレン不飽和エステル共重合体である、請求項4に従う方法。
- 不飽和エステルが酢酸ビニルおよび/またはアクリル酸エステルである、請求項5に従う方法。
- 膨張可能材料が100〜1500%の膨張のレベルを持つ、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 発泡可能材料が強化用熱硬化性材料である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 発泡可能材料が熱で活性化される接着性材料である、請求項8に従う方法。
- 強化用熱硬化性層が発泡可能エポキシ樹脂または発泡可能ポリウレタンである、請求項8〜9のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 活性化前に、発泡可能材料が乾燥していてそして指触粘着性がない、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 基体が非発泡性材料である、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 基体が繊維充填されていてもよいポリアミド、またはポリプロピレンである、請求項12に従う方法。
- 発泡可能材料に結合された基体を含む成形品の製造方法において、
i) 発泡可能材料の片が金型内に置かれ、それによってそれが金型の壁内に部分的に保持されかつ金型のキャビティ中に部分的に突き出ている、
ii) 金型が閉じられ、そして該発泡可能材料の一部を金型の壁内に保持するために正圧が金型にかけられ、
iii) 該発泡可能材料の軟化および発泡温度より上の温度で、金型のキャビティ中に突き出ている発泡可能材料の該一部の少なくとも一部を基体材料が取り囲みそしてそれに結合する態様で、基体材料が金型内に導入され、そして、
iv) 成形サイクルが完了され、そして2成分成形品が取り出される、
上記方法。 - 発泡可能材料の10ミリメートル以下が金型内に突き出ている、請求項14に従う方法。
- 発泡可能材料の2〜5ミリメートルが金型内に突き出ている、請求項15に従う方法。
- 金型キャビティ内に保持される発泡可能材料の該一部が長さ10ミリメートル以下である、請求項14〜16のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 発泡可能材料が135〜185℃の範囲の温度で発泡する、請求項14〜17のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 基体材料が180℃〜235℃の範囲の温度で射出される、請求項14〜18のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 成形サイクルが15秒までである、請求項14〜19のいずれか1項に従う方法。
- 成形サイクルが10秒までである、請求項20に従う方法。
- その一部が基体の2層間にサンドイッチ状に挟まれかつ一部が基体を超えて突き出ている発泡可能材料を含む多層成形品であって、該発泡可能材料が基体の軟化点より下の温度で発泡し、該発泡可能材料の2〜10ミリメートルが基体を超えて突き出ている成形品。
- サンドイッチ構造が発泡可能材料の2〜10ミリメートルを内包する、請求項22に従う多層成形品。
- 請求項22〜23のいずれか1項に従う多層成形品を、中空構造体内に音響バッフルを備えるために使用する方法。
- 請求項22〜23のいずれか1項に従う多層成形品を、中空構造体内に構造的強化を与えるために使用する方法。
