Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an embroidery pattern forming method and an embroidery pattern, and more particularly to a three-dimensional embroidery pattern forming method in which an upper thread in an embroidery pattern is raised on the surface of a cloth and the embroidery pattern.
In the conventional embroidery pattern formation method and embroidery pattern, when embroidering an embroidery pattern on the embroidery area of the cloth, a thermo-adhesive thread such as nylon is used for the lower thread, and under the normal cotton or the like for the lower thread. When using yarn, embroidery at the same time by sandwiching a sheet of nylon or polyurethane hot melt film between the fabric and lower thread,
After that, the back surface is heated to about 150 degrees while being pressed to fix the back surface of the fabric and the lower thread, and the upper thread in the embroidery pattern on the surface of the fabric is cut to raise the upper thread. It was.
Therefore, a three-dimensional and beautiful embroidery pattern could be formed on the cloth surface. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
However, in this conventional embroidery pattern forming method and embroidery pattern, the upper thread in the embroidery pattern on the surface of the cloth is cut to raise the upper thread. In order to bond the back side of the cloth and the lower thread, means for applying a heat bonding process is provided.
Therefore, on the back surface of the embroidery region of the cloth, a heat-adhesive adhesive material such as nylon or polyurethane-based hot melt film used for bonding the back surface of the cloth to the lower thread remains.
Accordingly, when the embroidery cloth is used for clothing that directly touches the skin, the hard adhesive material such as hardened nylon remaining on the back surface of the embroidery area directly hits the skin, resulting in poor touch.
In addition, the adhesive remaining on the back of the embroidery area stimulates the skin of people with weak skin and those who are sensitive to chemicals, making it uncomfortable, thus reducing the commercial value of the embroidered product. There was a problem.
An object of the present application is to provide a three-dimensional and beautiful embroidery pattern forming method and an embroidery pattern in which an upper thread in the embroidery pattern does not come off.
Another purpose is to use a fabric with an embroidery pattern on clothing that directly touches the skin, and to create a three-dimensional and beautiful embroidery pattern on the surface of the fabric without obstructing the fabric touch on the back of the embroidery area. In addition, the fabric on the back of the embroidery area can be used to embroider high-value and three-dimensional embroidery patterns that do not excessively irritate the skin of people with weak skin or those who are sensitive to chemical substances. An embroidery pattern forming method and an embroidery pattern are to be provided.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a sewing method and an embroidery pattern of a three-dimensional embroidery pattern in which the upper thread of the embroidery pattern stands firmly and the design value of the pattern is high.
Other objects and advantages will be readily apparent from the drawings and the following description associated therewith.
In the embroidery pattern forming method and the embroidery pattern according to the present invention, there is provided an embroidery pattern on the upper surface of an embroidery area on a cloth. A bulk material having a larger area than that of the region is overlaid on the upper surface of the suture fixing material, and an embroidery pattern is applied to the embroidery region in a state where the cloth and the bulk material are overlaid. The upper part is excised and the bulk material is removed.
Preferably, a suture fixing material for fastening the sewing thread is arranged on the upper surface of the embroidery area in the cloth over the area covering the embroidery area, and further, the bulky area is larger than the embroidery area. A step of applying an embroidery pattern to the embroidery region in a state where the material is overlaid on the upper surface of the suture fixing material, the cloth and the bulking material being overlaid, and cutting the upper part of the upper thread in the embroidery pattern; What is necessary is just to perform the process which adhere | attaches the upper surface of the said cloth and sewing thread with a fastening material, and also removes the said bulking material.
Preferably, a thread fastening material for fastening the sewing thread is arranged on the upper surface of the embroidery area of the cloth over the area covering the embroidery area, and has a larger area than the embroidery area. A step of superposing a bulk material on the upper surface of the suture fixing material, applying an embroidery pattern to the embroidery region in a state where the cloth and the bulk material are superposed, and cutting an upper part of the upper thread in the embroidery pattern; What is necessary is just to give the process which adhere | attaches the upper surface of the said cloth and a sewing thread with the said suture fixing material, and also removes the said bulking material.
Preferably, the upper surface of the cloth has a thread fixing material in a state where the sewing thread is fixed, and the upper surface of the cloth has an embroidery pattern applied in a state where a bulking material is overlapped. And the upper part of the upper thread in the said embroidery pattern should be excised, the said bulking material should be removed, and the embroidery pattern comprised by the raised upper thread group should just exist.
As described above, according to the present invention, when embroidery is performed on the cloth 1, the embroidery pattern 20 is applied to the embroidery area 2 after the thread fastening material is disposed on the upper surface of the embroidery area 2 of the cloth 1. The upper surface of the cloth 1 and the sewing thread (upper thread or lower thread) are fastened at a plurality of locations by the thread fastening material, and the fastened sewing thread restrains the lower thread 5b and does not loosen the lower thread 5b. Thus, all the upper threads 5a restrained by the lower threads 5b cannot be removed.
Therefore, even if the lower thread 5b is not bonded to the cloth back surface in the embroidery region 2, the upper thread in the embroidery pattern does not come out, and the three-dimensional and beautiful embroidery pattern 20 can be maintained.
Further, in the present invention, when the cloth 1 with the embroidery pattern 20 is used for clothing that directly touches the skin, the upper surface of the embroidery area 2 and the sewing thread 5 are used as a measure for preventing the upper thread from coming off in the embroidery pattern 20. Since the bonding is performed by the sewing thread fixing material, only the lower thread 5b is present on the back surface 1b of the cloth in the embroidery region 2, and no adhesive is present.
Therefore, a three-dimensional and beautiful embroidery pattern 20 is formed on the surface of the cloth 1, and the cloth has a good touch on the back surface of the embroidery region 2.
Furthermore, this is a three-dimensional and beautiful embroidery pattern with higher commercial value that can be worn with peace of mind without excessively irritating the skin of people with weak skin or those who are sensitive to chemical substances20 There is an effect on quality that can be embroidered.
Further, according to the present invention, when the embroidery pattern is applied to the cloth, the upper surface of the embroidery area 2 and the sewing thread 5 are bonded to each other by a sewing thread fixing material as a measure for preventing the upper thread from coming off. The fastening material plays a role of assisting the upright of the raised upper thread 5a on the upper surface of the embroidery region 2.
Therefore, there is an effect that the upper thread of the embroidery pattern can stand up firmly and a three-dimensional embroidery pattern having a clear and high commercial value can be embroidered.

In FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, reference numeral 1 generally indicates a well-known cloth used for embroidery. For example, a cloth-like thing called a cloth, a sheet, leather or the like to be embroidered may be used.
Reference numeral 2 denotes an embroidery area for forming an embroidery pattern 20 to be applied to the upper surface 1a of the cloth 1, and overlaps with the area of the embroidery pattern 20 to be formed.
In addition, the code | symbols 3 and 4 shown in FIG. 1 each show the presence of the sewing needle and sewing machine hook in a widely known embroidery sewing machine, and 5 shows a well-known sewing thread used for normal embroidery. As is well known, the sewing thread 5 is also referred to as an upper thread 5a or a lower thread 5b.
Reference numeral 10 denotes a suture fixing material (also referred to as an adhesive) disposed over the area covering the upper surface 2a of the embroidery region 2, and exemplifies a thin film or a film body having a sheet-like viscosity.
The sewing thread fastening material 10 may be any material that fastens the upper surface 2a of the embroidery area 2 and the sewing thread 5 in the cloth 1 and prevents the upper thread 5a from coming out of the embroidery area 2 in the cloth 1.
Therefore, the sewing thread fixing material 10 may be a well-known, for example, a curable adhesive having adhesiveness for a short period of time, a sheet having elasticity and capturing ability of a sewing thread, or the like.
It should be noted that the shape of the sewing thread fastening material 10 is that an embroidery pattern embroidered in the embroidery area 2 can be formed by connecting the majority of either the upper thread or the lower thread to the cloth. It may have a shape substantially corresponding to the contour shape.
15 is a sewing thread fastening material for increasing the rising dimension of the upper thread toward the upper surface 2a of the embroidery region 2 of the cloth 1 so that the upper part of the cloth can be embroidered with a bulk. 10 shows a bulk material removably stacked on the upper surface 10a of 10 so as to have a width larger than the embroidery area 2 and a height H2 corresponding to the height H1 of the tufts 5e in the embroidery pattern 20. I'm allowed.
The bulking material may be any material that can be embroidered with a predetermined height H2 above the upper surface 2a of the embroidery region 2, for example, a needle 3 such as a cloth, non-woven fabric, paper, plastic film or the like is penetrating therethrough. You may use what you want.
18 is a thin sheet-like material disposed between the film body 10 and the bulk material 15 to facilitate separation of the thin film or sheet-like film body 10 having a viscosity and the bulk material 15. An arbitrary sheet material widely known as a sheet-like release material, for example, a sheet formed by adding a fluororesin material may be used.
Even if the release material is composed of a separate material from the bulk material 15 as described above, the release material is constructed integrally with the lower surface 15b of the bulk material 15 in contact with the film body 10. Also good.
Reference numeral 20 denotes a three-dimensional embroidery pattern formed on the upper surface 2a of the embroidery region 2, and is composed of a plurality of tufts 5e having a height H1.
An operation of forming an embroidery pattern in the above configuration will be described.
First, as is well known, the cloth 1 temporarily set in the embroidery frame is temporarily placed on the bed of the embroidery sewing machine.
Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the film body 10 is disposed over the upper surface 2 a of the embroidery region 2 in the cloth 1 over a width that covers the embroidery region 2.
Further, the release material 18 is overlaid on the upper surface of the film body 10, and the bulk material 15 having a larger area than the embroidery region 2 is overlaid on the upper surface of the suture fixing material 10.
Next, the cloth 1 and the bulk material 15 are overlapped and set on the embroidery frame, and the embroidery area 2 is placed by the normal sewing means at a position where the embroidery area 2 corresponds to the needle drop position of the sewing needle 3. 2, a predetermined embroidery pattern 20a is applied.
Then, as shown in FIG. 2, an embroidery pattern 20 a is embroidered on the upper surface 15 a of the bulk material 15.
In this state, the above-mentioned viscous film 10 disposed on the upper surface 2a of the embroidery area 2 fastens the upper thread adhesive portion 5d of the sewing thread 5 and the cloth upper surface 2a of the embroidery area 2.
Next, the upper part 5c of the upper thread 5a in the embroidery pattern 20a is cut out by any means.
Any cutting means may be used as long as the upper parts 5c of the upper thread 5a are separated from each other. For example, using a blade such as a razor, the upper part 5c of the upper thread 5a is removed as shown on the left in FIG. Arbitrary means such as means for cutting to remove or means for cutting off and cutting off the upper part 5c of the upper thread 5a as shown on the right side in FIG. 3 using a knife having a sharp blade such as a razor or the like It can be excised.
Next, the bulk material 15 is lifted or disassembled by any means and removed from the upper surface 1a of the cloth 1. If necessary, the release material 18 is also removed by any means such as scraping.
Then, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a three-dimensional embroidery pattern 20 is formed which is composed of a plurality of tufts 5e using the upper thread 5a having a height H1 as a base material.
As described above, in the embroidery pattern 20, the upper surface 2a of the embroidery region 2 and the upper thread 5a are fastened by the film body 10 having viscosity.
The fixed upper thread 5a restrains the lower thread 5b so as not to loosen the lower thread 5b.
The tufts 5e composed of all upper threads restrained by the lower threads 5b cannot be removed.
By the mutual thread tension of the upper thread 5a and the lower thread 5b in the sewing thread 5, the lower thread 5b in the sewing thread 5 is pulled up to the upper surface 2a of the cloth 1, and the lower thread 5b on the upper surface 2a of the cloth 1 is fastened to the sewing thread. When the upper thread 2a is bonded to the upper surface 2a by a fastening material such as a material or an adhesive, the upper thread 5a is restrained by the lower thread 5b and can be removed even if it is not bonded to the upper surface 2a of the cloth 1. Absent.
Also, if the cloth with the embroidery pattern is not used for clothing that directly touches the skin, or if there is no problem with the adhesive remaining on the back of the cloth, it can be adhered to the back 2b using various means. It may be more preferable to leave the material and bond the lower thread 5b to the cloth.
Next, an example using an adhesive as a different example of the thread fastening material 10 shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 will be described.
The adhesive material is in the form of a thin film or sheet, and has the same external shape as the illustrated suture fixing material 10.
The adhesive material does not have adhesiveness in a normal state, but adhesiveness is produced after any adhesive processing is performed, and the upper surface 2a of the embroidery region 2 and the sewing thread 5 in the cloth 1 are fastened, The upper thread 5a is prevented from coming off from the embroidery region 2 in the cloth 1.
The adhesive material may be a well-known heat-sealing sheet having a property of being melted by heating and causing adhesiveness, a sheet having adhesiveness caused by a solvent, or the like.
In the operation of forming the embroidery pattern, after the step of cutting off the upper part 5c of the upper thread in the embroidery pattern 20a, when using the above heat-bonding sheet, the back surface 1b of the cloth in the embroidery region 2 is heated and heat-sealed. The sheet is melted, and the sewing thread 5 and the upper surface 2a of the embroidery area 2 of the cloth 1 are fixed. Similarly, when using a sheet in which adhesiveness is generated by the solvent, the sewing thread 5 and the upper surface 2a of the embroidery region 2 of the cloth 1 are fastened using the solvent.
The order of the step of cutting the upper portion 5c of the upper thread in the embroidery pattern 20a and the step of bonding the upper surface of the cloth and the sewing thread with the adhesive may be performed either step first, You may give it simultaneously.
Next, an example in which the adhesive 10c shown in FIG. 6 is used as a different example of the thread fastening material 10 shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 6, the adhesive material 10c may be a net-like (perforated metal-patterned perforated plate) so as to be porous with thin fibrous vertical stripes 10e and horizontal stripes 10f. Good).
The outer shape has the same shape as that of the suture fixing material 10 shown in FIG. 1, and the thickness is the same as that of the thin sheet (film) like the suture fixing material 10. .
The network-like adhesive material 10c does not have adhesiveness in a normal state, but adhesiveness is produced after any adhesive processing is performed, and among the large number of sewing threads 5, the vertical stripe 10e and the horizontal stripe 10f. The sewing thread 5 in contact with each other is fastened to the upper surface 2a of the embroidery region 2 of the cloth 1.
Accordingly, the degree of adhesion of the sewing thread 5 varies depending on the density of the mesh formed by the vertical stripes 10e and the horizontal stripes 10f. If the sewing thread 5 is easy to come off, the mesh should be dense, and vice versa.
Note that the mesh 1 reduces the amount of the adhesive 10c remaining on the upper surface of the cloth 1 and softens the cloth 1.
The network-like adhesive material 10c may be any material having a well-known adhesive property, such as a heat-sealing material having a property of being melted by heating and causing adhesiveness, or a material having adhesiveness caused by a solvent. May be.
Next, as a means for forming the mesh-like adhesive material 10c, the above-described embroidery sewing machine is used, and the yarn having the property that the upper yarn is melted by heating and has an adhesive property or the solvent has the property of being adhesive. The upper thread (having adhesiveness) may be disposed on the cloth as shown in FIG. 6 by sewing directly on the upper surface 1a of the cloth 1.
When forming the mesh-like adhesive material 10c using the embroidery sewing machine, if program data such as a needle drop position and a needle movement for sewing the embroidery pattern 20a is used, an embroidery can be applied to a predetermined embroidery area 2. It is possible to easily form the mesh-like adhesive material 10c having a shape corresponding to the pattern 20a.
Next, FIG. 7 will be described which shows an example different from the bulk material 15 shown in FIGS.
The bulking material 15 may have a height H2 corresponding to the height H1 of the tufts 5e in the embroidery pattern 20 by polymerizing an arbitrary plurality of bulking materials 15,
For example, even if two bulk materials 15c and 15d having different thicknesses are superposed as shown on the left side in FIG. 7, they can be formed in any thickness as shown on the right side in FIG. Alternatively, it may be constituted by polymerizing six thin bulk materials that are easy to remove.
In the operation of forming the embroidery pattern, as a means for cutting off the upper part 5c of the upper thread in the embroidery pattern 20a, for example, as shown in FIG. Mechanically cutting the upper portion 5c of the upper thread 5a while lifting the bulk material 15d using a sharp blade such as a razor blade between the bulk material 15d and the bulk material 15c below the bulk material 15d Artificial means may be used.
When the bulk material 15 is formed by polymerizing, for example, the above-described six thin bulk materials, the bulk material 15 is thin and flexible, so the upper portion 5c of the upper thread 5a is cut off. At this time, the bulking material 15d is easy to lift and work. Further, since the bulk material 15 is thin and flexible, it can be easily removed.
In the present invention, the upper thread of the embroidery area 2 and the sewing thread 5 in the cloth 1 are fastened by the sewing thread fastening material as a measure for preventing the upper thread from coming off in the embroidery pattern 20. Only the lower thread 5b is present on the back surface 1b of the cloth without exposing the thread fixing material.
In addition, although the operation | work which forms the embroidery pattern 20 using the mold release material 18 was demonstrated, if the bulk material 15 can be removed easily, the mold release material 18 does not need to be selectively used as needed.
