Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mounting form of a toothbrush brush.
Toothbrushes are used to prevent tooth decay and prevent tooth decay by thoroughly brushing the base of teeth and removing plaque. However, the toothbrushes currently used can structurally polish the front surface of the teeth well, but the back surface, especially the back side of the front teeth and the end of the back teeth, have the disadvantage that the support bar interferes with the teeth and is difficult to polish. In addition, the pressure on the teeth is not uniform depending on the location, and the gums may be damaged. The object of the present invention is to improve the disadvantages of these toothbrushes. Various inventions have been made in the past to deal with such problems. However, since the structures are complicated, it is difficult to embed brushes with conventional automatic machines, and it has not become practical. In the present invention, the structure was simplified and the current automatic brush embedding system could be applied.
It is desirable that the toothbrush brush contacts the teeth evenly. However, with current toothbrushes where the brush is located at the end of the support bar, the support bar hits the teeth and produces a portion that does not contact evenly. Therefore, it is difficult to brush the back side of the front teeth and the end of the back teeth. Therefore, we devised the support rod so that it does not hit the teeth so that the axis of the support rod does not intersect the fiber direction of the brush. For this purpose, a key-shaped protrusion was provided at the tip of the support rod, and a brush was embedded on the side. Protrusions should be molded in a continuous integral form with the support bar, or have a fitting structure that can be attached to the support bar and removed, attached, moved or rotated. The material and manufacturing method of the support bar and brush are the same as those of the current toothbrush. When there is only one support bar, teeth that cannot be brushed will appear depending on the direction of the brush. For this reason, when the protrusion is fixed to the support rod, prepare a toothbrush in which the direction of the brush is reversed. When the protrusion is fitted on the support rod, the protrusion can be moved and rotated, so one toothbrush can make it in time. Rotating the brush at a right angle is convenient for brushing the ends of the back teeth. Two toothbrushes are arranged in parallel so that the brushes at the tip of the support bar face each other, and are connected and fixed to each other at the end of the support bar opposite to the brush. This makes a double toothbrush that can polish both sides of the tooth simultaneously. A brush may be formed on both ends of one support rod, and the middle of the support rod may be bent so that the brush is in the same position. The brushes should be in contact with the gums at a slight angle so that the brushes are horizontal to each other or the tips of the brushes face the outside of the support bar. The support bar may be curved in consideration of design and functionality. The two support rods can be connected by using a plastic molded product in which the two indicator rods are U-shaped or V-shaped in advance, or screwing the end of the two support rods opposite the tooth Connect by mechanical methods such as fastening and fitting, or connect by welding. A grip can be provided at the end of the support bar opposite the brush for convenient brushing. The support rod is sandwiched between the thumb and forefinger, and the material is selected and the thickness and length of the support rod are designed so that the teeth can be brushed while adjusting the degree of contact pressure between the brush and the teeth. The brush is formed on the side of the protrusion. If this projection is fitted so that it can be removed from the support rod, it can also be fitted to bridge the ends of the two support rods. In this case, the brush is positioned at right angles to the support bar, and the end of the back tooth can be polished cleanly. In addition to the rail-type method used in cassette-type razors, etc., the conventional method widely used can be adopted. The toothbrush of the present invention can be added with a function such as applying electric vibration to the brush in the same manner as the current toothbrush.
In the toothbrush of the present invention, since there is almost no interference between the support bar and the teeth, the brush and the teeth are in uniform contact and the unevenness of the teeth can be reduced. This improves the brushing effect on the gums compared to the current product. The double-type toothbrush is efficient because it can polish both sides of the tooth at the same time.
In addition, the effect of increasing tooth brushing time is expected. The average brushing time for many people is said to be around 3 minutes. Experts recommend that 5 minutes be necessary, but it is difficult to achieve. With the toothbrush of the present invention, the front and back surfaces of the teeth can be polished at the same time.
In addition, if the consumer only replaces the protrusion, the support rod can be used for a long period of time, contributing to resource saving and environmental problems. Expenses are also reduced.
The best mode of the present invention is a double toothbrush. The raw materials and brushes used for this are installed and configured using current methods. As shown in Fig. 1, a toothbrush with brushes formed on the protrusions on both ends of the support bar and bent in the middle of the support bar so that the brushes face each other is considered the simplest and most effective. In this case, the current facility method can be used for the brush embedding work. If the positions of the two protrusions are close to each other from the beginning, the incorporation of the brush becomes complicated, and it is necessary to develop and invest in an automatic machine for this purpose. The protrusion should have a structure that fits into the support rod. The protrusion can be rotated at right angles to the support rod, and the tip of the two support rods can be bridged, so that the end of the back teeth can be well polished.
The toothbrush of the present invention has a position structure in which the support bar and the brush are out of phase, but the structure is simple and the production system used conventionally can be used. The cost is relatively cheaper than conventional products, and even if used, the brushing effect and convenience will increase, so it will be well accepted by consumers. Conserving resources and environmental issues are in line with the trend and are easily accepted by industry.
