Abstract
【解決手段】 貼付材2を包材フィルム6で挟み、貼付材の周囲にて包材フィルムがヒートシール処理5されている貼付材包装体1であって、包材フィルムのヒートシールされた部分が、エンボスヒートシール部3とフラットヒートシール部4とを有して形成されており、エンボスヒートシール部とフラットヒートシール部とが、それぞれ貼付材の周囲を囲むパターンとして形成されている、貼付材包装体。

Description
包材フィルムについては、湿度や酸素に対して不透過性または難透過性のフィルムが各種開発されているが、包材フィルムの種類や包装方法によってはヒートシール処理が十分では無く、ヒートシール部分でピンホールが発生する場合があった。ヒートシール部分におけるピンホールの発生には、ヒートシール処理を実施するためのヒートブロックの過剰な圧力や温度によって包材フィルムの一部が破壊されてピンホールが発生する場合、ヒートブロックの圧力や温度が十分でないためにヒートシール処理が不完全となりピンホールが発生する場合、ヒートシール部分のシワによりピンホールが発生する場合等がある。更に、一般的に包材フィルムには厚みのバラツキがあり、この厚みのバラツキのために、ヒートシール部分にわたってヒートシール圧力が変動する場合や、包材フィルムの張力の影響が大きくなってシワになりやすくなる場合があり、その結果、ピンホールが発生しやすくなる。

また、本発明の貼付材包装体においては、包材フィルムを構成する熱融着樹脂層の厚みを薄くすることができるので、貼付材が薬物を含有する場合、薬物の熱融着樹脂層への吸着を低減することができ、従って安定した治療効果を発揮することができる貼付材を包装した包装体を提供することができる。
本発明の貼付材包装体は、貼付材を包材フィルムで挟み、貼付材の周囲にて包材フィルムがヒートシール処理されており、包材フィルムのヒートシールされた部分(以下、ヒートシール部分ともいう)が、エンボスヒートシール部とフラットヒートシール部とを有して形成されており、かつ、エンボスヒートシール部とフラットヒートシール部とが、それぞれ貼付材の周囲を囲むパターンとして形成されていることを特徴とする。中でも、貼付材を包材フィルムで挟み、貼付材の周囲の包材フィルムがヒートシール処理されており、ヒートシール部分がエンボスヒートシール部とフラットヒートシール部とを有して形成されており、エンボスヒートシール部とフラットヒートシール部とが、それぞれ貼付材の周囲を同心状に囲むパターンとして形成されており、かつ、フラットヒートシール部が0.4mm〜2.0mmの帯幅を有しているものが好ましい。
また、本発明において、「貼付材の周囲を同心状に囲むパターン」における同心状とは、貼付材を中心とした同心状を意味する。
包材フィルム:透明ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(厚さ:約12μm)/ポリアクリルニトリル系樹脂フィルム(品名:ハイトロンBX、タマポリ(株)社製、厚さ:約20μm)の積層フィルムを用いて、経皮吸収性薬物としてリドカインを含有する貼付材(厚み:680μm、大きさ:50×30.5mm)を、以下に示す条件でヒートシール処理を行って包装(密封)し、図1に示す形態の貼付材包装体を得た。
包装体の大きさ:50mm×70mmの長方形、フラットヒートシール部の帯幅:0.5mm、エンボスヒートシール部の帯幅:5mm、エンボスヒートシール部の凹凸パターン:0.6mmピッチのゴザ目、ヒートシール処理方法:四方シール包装機を用い、四方を同時に金型でヒートシール処理する合掌方式、ヒートシール処理温度:180℃、ヒートシール処理圧:0.9Mpa。
包材フィルム:透明ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(厚さ:約16μm)/ポリエチレン系樹脂フィルム(厚さ:約40μm)の積層フィルム(カイト化学工業(株)社製)を用いて、経皮吸収性薬物として二硝酸イソソルビド(ISDN)を含有する貼付材(厚み:140μm、大きさ:63.5mm×63.5mm)を、以下に示す条件でヒートシール処理を行って包装し、図1に示す形態の貼付材包装体を得た。
包装体の大きさ:85mm×85mmの正方形、フラットヒートシール部の帯幅:1.0mm、エンボスヒートシール部の帯幅:7mm、エンボスヒートシール部の凹凸パターン:0.6mmピッチのゴザ目、ヒートシール処理方法:四方シール包装機を用い、四方を同時に金型でヒートシール処理する合掌方式、ヒートシール処理温度:140℃、ヒートシール処理圧:1.0Mpa。

エンボスヒートシール部を設けなかったこと、およびフラットヒートシール部の帯幅を5.5mmとしたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして貼付材包装体を得た。
フラットヒートシール部を設けなかったこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして貼付材包装体を得た。
(包装体のシール強度)
包装体のシール強度は、JIS Z0238「密封軟包装袋の試験方法」に規定する袋のヒートシール強さ試験法により測定した。
(ピンホールの確認)
包装体のヒートシール部分にピンホールが存在するかどうかの確認は、JIS Z0238「密封軟包装袋の試験方法」に規定する漏えい試験のA法により実施した。試験は、複数の包装体よりランダムに20個をとり、20個中でピンホールがあり試験液の浸潤が認められた包装体の個数を評価した。
(外観)
複数の包装体よりランダムに選択した20個について、包装体全体およびヒートシール部分の外観ならびにシワおよびピンホールの有無を、目視により確認した。20個中の外観不良の包装体の個数を評価した。

Claims (12)
- 貼付材を包材フィルムで挟み、貼付材の周囲にて包材フィルムがヒートシール処理されている貼付材包装体であって、
包材フィルムのヒートシールされた部分が、エンボスヒートシール部とフラットヒートシール部とを有して形成されており、
エンボスヒートシール部とフラットヒートシール部とが、それぞれ貼付材の周囲を囲むパターンとして形成されている、貼付材包装体。 - フラットヒートシール部が、0.4mm〜2.0mmの帯幅を有する、請求項1記載の貼付材包装体。
- エンボスヒートシール部とフラットヒートシール部とが、それぞれ貼付材の周囲を同心状に囲むパターンとして形成されている、請求項1または2記載の貼付材包装体。
- エンボスヒートシール部とフラットヒートシール部とが、内側から順に、
(1)フラットヒートシール部、エンボスヒートシール部、
(2)エンボスヒートシール部、フラットヒートシール部、
(3)エンボスヒートシール部、フラットヒートシール部、エンボスヒートシール部、および
(4)フラットヒートシール部、エンボスヒートシール部、フラットヒートシール部
から選ばれる組み合わせにて貼付材の周囲を囲むパターンを形成している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の貼付材包装体。 - 包材フィルムのヒートシールされた部分が、エンボスヒートシール部とフラットヒートシール部とを合わせて全体として3mm〜20mmの帯幅を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の貼付材包装体。
- 貼付材を2枚の包材フィルムで挟み、貼付材の周囲の包材フィルムがヒートシール処理されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の貼付材包装体。
- 貼付材の厚みが50μm〜2000μmである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の貼付材包装体。
- 貼付材が、粘着剤層と、該粘着剤層の一方の面に積層された支持体と、該粘着剤層の他方の面に積層された剥離処理した離型ライナーとを有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の貼付材包装体。
- 粘着剤層が経皮吸収される薬物を含有する、請求項8記載の貼付材包装体。
- 包材フィルムが、基材フィルム層と、該基材フィルム層の一方の面に積層された熱融着樹脂層とを有しており、かつ、該熱融着樹脂層の厚みが3μm〜40μmである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の貼付材包装体。
- 熱融着樹脂層を構成する樹脂が、ポリアクリロニトリル系樹脂またはポリオレフィン系樹脂である、請求項10記載の貼付材包装体。
- 包材フィルムが透明である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の貼付材包装体。
