Abstract
Description
刊行物「Dieselmotor-Management」第2版、Vieweg 1989, Braunschweig; Wiesbaden, ISBN 3-528-03873-X, 第270頁、図9に基づいて公知の調圧弁は、高圧ポンプに使用されている(第267頁、図7参照)。調圧弁は玉弁を有しており、この玉弁は球形に形成された閉鎖体を備えている。調圧弁の内部には可動子が受容されており、この可動子は一方では圧縮ばねによって負荷されており、かつ他方では、それとは反対側に電磁石が配置されている。調圧弁の可動子の周りには、潤滑及び冷却のために燃料が流れる。
本発明による解決策によって、アキュムレータ噴射系の高圧を導く構成部材、つまり高圧アキュムレータ室と調圧弁との間におけるシール箇所は、シールに関して問題のある高圧側からほとんど問題のない低圧側へと移動させることができる。

Claims (16)
- 高圧アキュムレータ室(15)を備えた内燃機関用の燃料噴射系であって、高圧アキュムレータ室(15)に、高圧フィードユニット(8)を介して高圧下にある燃料が供給され、高圧アキュムレータ室(15)から燃料インジェクタ(19)に燃料が供給されるようになっており、燃料噴射系が調圧弁(57)を有していて、該調圧弁(57)が高圧側(33)と低圧側(50,51,52)との間に配置されており、しかも調圧弁(57)が弁エレメント(47)を操作し、かつ調圧弁(57)が電気式のアクチュエータ(46)を介して操作可能である形式のものにおいて、調圧弁(57)の一方の端面(53)が、高圧アキュムレータ室(15)における低圧室(51,52)を画成していて、低圧側のシール装置(54)を介してシールされていることを特徴とする、内燃機関用の燃料噴射系。
- 調圧弁(57)が高圧アキュムレータ室(15)における座(52)に受容されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射系。
- 高圧アキュムレータ室(15,58)が一体的に構成されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射系。
- 高圧アキュムレータ室(15,60)が複数部分から構成されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射系。
- 低圧領域(51,52)が調圧弁(57)の端面(53)と高圧アキュムレータ室(15)の一方の端面(58)とによって形成されている、請求項3記載の燃料噴射系。
- 低圧領域(51,52)が調圧弁(57)の端面(53)と、高圧アキュムレータ室(15)の中空室(33)を制限する挿入部材(60)とによって形成されている、請求項4記載の燃料噴射系。
- 低圧領域(51,52)が低圧側の接続管片を有している、請求項5又は6記載の燃料噴射系。
- 高圧アキュムレータ室(15)の低圧側の端面(58)が、閉鎖エレメント(47)のための座(59)を有しているか、又は挿入部材(60)が、閉鎖エレメント(47)のための座(61)を有している、請求項5又は6記載の燃料噴射系。
- 挿入部材(60)が高圧アキュムレータ室(15)の中空室(33)にプレス嵌めされている、請求項6記載の燃料噴射系。
- 挿入部材(60)が高圧アキュムレータ室(15)の中空室(33)に溶接されている、請求項6記載の燃料噴射系。
- 低圧側のシール装置(54)がリング溝(55)を有していて、該リング溝(55)内に環状のシールエレメント(56)が受容されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射系。
- 調圧弁(57)の端面を取り囲む高圧アキュムレータ室(15)のリングが、熱伝達ブリッジとして、調圧弁(57)の本体の端面に接触している、請求項1記載の燃料噴射系。
- 高圧アキュムレータ室(15)における閉鎖エレメント(47)用の座(59,61)が、熱排出を促進する特性を備えた材料領域に位置している、請求項8記載の燃料噴射系。
- 閉鎖エレメント(47)用の座(59,61)が中実材料領域に位置している、請求項13記載の燃料噴射系。
- 中空室(33)を画成する挿入部材(60)又は高圧アキュムレータ室(15)の端面(58)が高圧側において、第1の高圧接続管片(34)の横孔(35)に対して所定の間隔(62)をおいて配置されている、請求項8記載の燃料噴射系。
- 調圧弁(57)が高圧ポンプに受容されている、請求項8記載の燃料噴射系。
