Claims (8)
- ガス流、特に排ガス流を煤粒子から浄化するのに役立つフィルタの機能不全を検知するための装置において、
フィルタに対して付加的に、浄化されるべきガス流内へ挿入されたチャンバ(1)が設けられており、該チャンバが、少なくとも部分的にフィルタボディ(2)によって閉鎖されており、かつ少なくとも1つの開口(3)を有しており、該開口からは、フィルタボディ(2)を通してチャンバ(1)内へ流入したガスが再び該チャンバから流出することができるようになっており、その場合、チャンバ(1)内には、浄化されるべきガスの少なくとも1つの成分の濃度を検知するための少なくとも1つのガスセンサ(4)が、かつ該チャンバの外部には、浄化されるべきガスの少なくとも1つの成分の濃度を検知するための少なくとも1つの第2のガスセンサ(12)が配置されていることを特徴とする、フィルタの機能不全を検知するための装置。 - 排気系内の浄化されるべきフィルタ(11)の下流で、浄化されるべきガス流内にチャンバ(1)が挿入されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- ガスセンサ(4,12)によって、浄化されるべきガス流内に含まれた酸素の濃度が検知される、請求項1または2記載の装置。
- フィルタボディ(2)がフロント側から流れを受けるようにチャンバ(1)がガス流内に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- フィルタボディ(2)を負荷する加熱装置(5)が設けられている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- ガスセンサ(4,12)と作用接続しているコンビュータ‐評価装置ユニット(15)が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- ガス流を浄化するために役立つフィルタの機能不全を検知するための方法において、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置を使用して、ガスセンサ(4,12)によって受け取られた測定値間の相関関係を提供し、この相関関係に基づいてフィルタの機能不全を検知することを特徴とする、フィルタの機能不全を検知するための方法。
- センサ(4,12)の測定の周波数特性および周波数分布(周波数スペクトル)を所定の時間にわたり記録し、かつ互いに関係づける、請求項7記載の方法。
