Claims (12)
- 上側ポンチ(3)および製品を成型するための空洞を備える下側金型(4)から構成され、該ポンチおよび該金型が相互に整列して離間位置と閉鎖位置の間を移動可能である少なくとも1つの成型ユニット(3、4)、ならびに
押出機(14)から各回分の量(D)を順次取り去り、取り去った量(D)を、前記金型が前記対応するポンチ(3)から未だ離間しているときに前記金型(4)の前記成型用空洞(5)内に配置するよう構成された少なくとも1つの要素(12)を備える成型すべき一回分のプラスチック材料(D)を供給するための手段

前記金型に組み合わされ、前記成型用空洞(5)の上方に前記一回分の量を一時的に支持するように構成された手段(18、26、27)、および
該支持手段を、前記ポンチ(3)および前記金型(4)が圧縮工程を開始する前に、前記一回分の量(D)を前記空洞(5)へと解放すべく駆動するために設けられた手段
をさらに有していることを特徴とするプラスチック製品の圧縮成型のための装置。 - 軸(A)を中心として回転する支持要素(2)から構成された回転台(1)、
前記要素上に前記中心軸に同心に配置されるとともに、上側ポンチ(3)および製品を成型するための空洞を備える下側金型(4)から構成され、該ポンチおよび該金型が相互に整列して離間位置と閉鎖位置の間を移動可能である少なくとも1つの成型ユニット(3、4)、ならびに
該成型ユニットが、成型すべき各回分のプラスチック材料を供給するための手段が途中に設けられている環状の経路(C)に沿って前進するよう、前記支持要素を駆動するための手段
を有し、
前記供給手段が、押出機(14)の出口ノズル(13)から各回分の量(D)を順次取り去るための少なくとも1つの要素(12)であって、取り去った量(D)を、前記金型が前記対応するポンチ(3)から未だ離間しているときに前記金型(4)の前記成型用空洞(5)内に配置するために適している要素(12)を有している
プラスチック製品の圧縮成型のための装置であって、
前記金型に組み合わされ、前記成型用空洞(5)の上方に前記一回分の量を一時的に支持するように構成された手段(18、26、27)、および
該支持手段(18、26、27)を、前記ポンチ(3)および前記金型(4)が圧縮工程を開始する前に、前記一回分の量(D)を前記空洞(5)へと解放すべく駆動するために設けられた手段
をさらに有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラスチック製品の圧縮成型のための装置。 - 前記一回分の量を支持する手段が、前記空洞(5)の上方に直径に沿って位置する2本のロッド(26、27)を支持するレバー・システム(18〜21)を有しており、該ロッド(26、27)が、前記取り去るための要素(12)によって該ロッド(26、27)の間に置かれた一回分のプラスチック材料(D)を支持するための閉鎖位置と、該一回分の量を前記空洞内へと解放するための離間位置との間を、カム手段(32)によって駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記レバー・システムが、前記金型(4)に枢支されかつ互いに関節接続される少なくとも2つのレバー(18〜21)から構成され、前記ロッド(26、27)が、前記空洞(5)の上方に直径に沿って位置するよう前記レバーに堅固に連結され、前記レバー(18〜21)が前記カム手段(32)によって駆動されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記レバー・システムが、正対する両側で前記金型(4)に枢支された2組のレバー(20、21)から構成され、各組のレバー(20、21)が互いに関節接続され、前記ロッド(26、27)が、前記空洞の上方に直径に沿って位置するよう前記レバーに連結され、前記レバー(20、21)が前記取り去るための要素(12)によって前記ロッドの間に置かれた一回分のプラスチック材料(D)を支持するための前記ロッドの閉鎖位置と、該一回分の量を前記空洞(5)内へと解放するための離間位置との間を、前記カム手段(32)によって駆動されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1組の前記レバー(18、19)の間で作用するけん引ばね(31)を有していることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 各組の少なくとも1つのレバー(18、20)が、カム従動子(35、37)を有し、該カム従動子(35、37)が、前記支持要素(2)に取り付けられたカム(32)であって、前記ポンチ(3)に向かい、そして離れる前記金型(4)の移動の行程の際に機能する各カム(32)と、作用するよう関係することを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記金型(4)が、ローラ(35)によって構成されるカム従動子を有しており、該ローラ(35)が、前記レバーの組のレバー(18、20)に堅固に接続されたアーム(36、37)によって回転自在に支持されており、該カム従動子が、前記支持要素(2)に取り付けられたカム(32)であって、前記ポンチ(3)に向かい、そして離れる前記金型(4)の移動の行程の際に機能するカム(32)と、作用するよう関係することを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記ロッド(26、27)が、前記回転台(1)の回転軸に対して半径方向に位置し、前記レバー(20、21)の組のうちの前記金型(4)に関して内側にある少なくとも1つのレバーが、ローラ(38、39)を有しており、該ローラ(38、39)が、前記支持要素(2)に取り付けられたカム(42)であって、前記ポンチ(3)に向かい、そして離れる前記金型(4)の移動の行程の際に機能するカム(42)と、作用するよう関係することを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記金型(4)に対して外側にある2つのレバー(18、19)が、回転軸(28)によって互いに関節接続され、該回転軸(28)に支持されるローラ(40)が、前記ロッド(26、27)を駆動して、前記取り去るための要素(12)によって前記ロッドの間に置かれた一回分のプラスチック材料(D)を把持するための動きを実行させるため、静止カム(42)と係合することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 製品の成型の際のプラスチック材料中への組み込みに適したラベルが提供され、前記成型用空洞内に配置されることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持手段の温度調節のための手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
