50%のオイルを含む64.87重量%のEPDM、11.67%の0.3g/10分のメルトフローインデックスを有するポリプロピレンホモポリマー、1.29重量%のTrigonox(商標)、1.63重量%のタルク、0.25重量%の共剤、0.81重量%の安定化剤、及び19.46重量%のパラフィン系オイルの混合物が動的に加硫された。
50%のオイルを含む58.65重量%のEPDM、8.84%の0.3g/10分のメルトフローインデックスを有するポリプロピレンホモポリマー、1.17重量%のTrigonox(商標)、1重量%のタルク、0.23重量%の共剤、0.73重量%の安定化剤、及び29.37重量%のパラフィン系オイルの混合物が動的に加硫された。

82.84重量%の50%のオイルを含むEPDM、13.94重量%の0.3g/10分のメルトフローインデックスを有するポリプロピレンホモポリマー、1.27重量%のTrigonox(商標)、1.24重量%のタルク、0.22重量%の共剤、及び0.49重量%の安定化剤の混合物が動的に加硫された。

Claims (12)
- 熱可塑性ポリオレフィン、エラストマー及びオイルを含む熱可塑性エラストマー組成物であって、該組成物が熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の合計重量に対して15重量%未満の熱可塑性ポリオレフィンを含み、エラストマーが過酸化物加硫されており、オイル/エラストマーの重量比が1.5より上であることを特徴とする組成物。
- オイル/エラストマーの重量比が1.6より上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 熱可塑性ポリオレフィンの量が熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の合計重量に対して1〜12重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 熱可塑性ポリオレフィンの量が、熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の合計重量に対して5〜10重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- エラストマーが、エチレンとプロピレンとのコポリマー(EPM)又はエチレン、プロピレン、及び第3のモノマーとのコポリマー(EPDM)、又はEPDMとEPMとの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。

- エラストマーが少なくとも98%のゲル含有量まで加硫されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- オイルがパラフィン系オイルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- オイルが、芳香族化合物の濃度が好ましくは4重量%未満であり、かつ極性化合物の濃度が0.3重量%未満であるところの高度に水素化されたオイルであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 100重量部のエラストマー当たり155〜250重量部のオイルが存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を製造する方法であって、熱可塑性ポリオレフィン、エラストマー、及びオイルを過酸化物加硫剤の存在下、溶融混合及び混練することを含む方法。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を含む物品。
