Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明のラベル付き容器は、容器表面にラベルが装着されているラベル付き容器であって、前記ラベルが、内面側の両端部に接着層を有しており、該ラベルの一方の端部が接着層により容器表面に接着固定され、前記接着固定された一方の端部を起点として容器を周回しており、該ラベルの他方の端部が前記接着固定されたラベルの一端部の背面側に接着固定されており、容器表面の少なくとも前記接着層が接触する部位にアルカリ又は熱水可溶性コート層が塗布されていることを特徴としている。

Description
ロジン−マレイン酸系樹脂(商品名「マルキード3002」、酸価100mg−KOH/g、荒川化学社製)72重量部、アクリル系樹脂(商品名「UH2011」、酸価4mg−KOH/g、ガラス転移温度47℃、東亞合成社製)23重量部、およびセルロース誘導体(商品名「LIG1/8」、旭化成社製)5重量部を、酢酸エチル等の有機溶媒に溶解して、均一なアルカリ可溶性樹脂溶液(コート剤)を得た。
このコート剤を、ポリエチレンテレフタレート製ボトル(PETボトル)の胴部表面の図1(A1)に示される部位に、スプレーにより塗布し、厚さ約2〜4μmのコート層を形成させた。
得られたラベルの接着剤層に熱風(約150℃)を吹き付けて接着剤を活性化した後、その面を内面側として、背面にコート層が設けられている方の端部を容器表面のコート剤塗布部位に重ねて固定した。次いで、容器を回転させてラベルを容器本体の胴部に巻き付け、ラベル他端に設けられている接着剤層を、先に容器本体の胴部に接着固定されているラベル端部の背面のコート層に重ね、ラベル基材側から押圧することにより固定し、ラベル付き容器を得た。
スチレン−無水マレイン酸系樹脂(商品名「SMA17352P」、酸価270mg−KOH/g、川原油化社製)75重量部、アクリル系樹脂(商品名「UH2011」、酸価4mg−KOH/g、ガラス転移温度47℃、東亞合成社製)20重量部、およびセルロース誘導体(商品名「LIG1/4」、旭化成社製)5重量部を、酢酸エチル等の有機溶媒に溶解して、均一なアルカリ可溶性樹脂溶液(コート剤)を得た。
このコート剤を実施例1と同様にPETボトルに塗布してコート層を形成させた。
次いで、実施例1と同様に作成したラベルを、実施例1と同様の方法でPETボトルに装着することによりラベル付き容器を得た。
アルカリ脱離性
実施例及び比較例により得られたラベル付き容器を、85℃の1.5重量%水酸化ナトリウム水溶液に浸漬し、簡単な攪拌を行いながら、ラベルの脱離状態を観察した。具体的には、ラベルが自発的に(浸漬中に自然に)脱落する時間(分)を測定し、さらに、脱落後の容器本体表面の糊残りの状態を目視観察することにより、アルカリ脱離性を評価した。
その結果、各実施例で得たラベル付き容器は20分未満でラベルが脱落し、ラベル剥離後の容器表面には接着剤の付着が認められなかった。

Claims (2)
- 容器表面にラベルが装着されているラベル付き容器であって、前記ラベルが、内面側の両端部に接着層を有しており、該ラベルの一方の端部が接着層により容器表面に接着固定され、前記接着固定された一方の端部を起点として容器を周回しており、該ラベルの他方の端部が前記接着固定されたラベルの一端部の背面側に接着固定されており、容器表面の少なくとも前記接着層が接触する部位にアルカリ又は熱水可溶性コート層が塗布されていることを特徴とするラベル付き容器。
- ラベルが、背面側の一端部にアルカリ又は熱水可溶性コート層を有しており、該ラベルが、接着固定された一方の端部を起点として容器を周回し、他方の端部が前記接着固定されている一方の端部の背面側のアルカリ又は熱水可溶性コート層上に接着している請求項1記載のラベル付き容器。
