Abstract
【解決方法】 すべり軸受1の内周面に所定の溝間距離で複数の凹凸溝部4a〜4dが円周方向に沿って形成されており、そのうち非荷重部26の凹凸溝部4b〜4dの間に位置する凸部8b〜8dが軸との接触によりなじみ摩耗しやすい構成となっている。このため、凸部8b〜8dが回転する軸20との接触により早期になじみ摩耗し、この摩耗した部分がクラッシュリリーフ3の代わりとなり、クラッシュリリーフ3を形成しないものでありながら、クラッシュリリーフ3の機能を得ることができ、潤滑油の漏れを極力減らすことができる。

Claims (7)
- 2個を組み合わせて円筒形を構成する半割形状に形成され、その内周面に所定の溝間距離で複数の凹凸溝部が円周方向に沿って形成されたすべり軸受において、
前記凹凸溝部の凸部を平坦状に形成すると共に、前記凹凸溝部の溝間距離pと、前記凹凸溝部の凸部平坦部寸法aとが、すべり軸受の中央クラウン部を挟んで円周方向の所定の範囲であって軸の回転時に主に荷重を受ける主荷重部と該主荷重部が受ける荷重よりも小さい非荷重部において、
(イ)0.01mm≦p≦1.0mm
(ロ)0≦a/p<1.0
(ハ)非荷重部におけるa/p≦主荷重部におけるa/p
上記(イ)〜(ハ)の関係となることを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 2個を組み合わせて円筒形を構成する半割形状に形成され、その内周面に所定の溝間距離で複数の凹凸溝部が円周方向に沿って形成されたすべり軸受において、
前記凹凸溝部の凸部を平坦状に形成すると共に、前記凹凸溝部の溝間距離pと、前記凹凸溝部の凸部平坦部寸法aとが、すべり軸受の中央クラウン部を挟んで円周方向の所定の範囲であって軸の回転時に主に荷重を受ける主荷重部と該主荷重部が受ける荷重よりも小さい非荷重部において、
(イ)0.01mm≦p≦1.0mm
(ロ)非荷重部 0≦a/p<1.0 主荷重部0<a/p<1.0
(ハ)非荷重部におけるa/p≦主荷重部におけるa/p
上記(イ)〜(ハ)の関係となることを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 2個を組み合わせて円筒形を構成する半割形状に形成され、その内周面に所定の溝間距離で複数の凹凸溝部が円周方向に沿って形成されたすべり軸受において、
前記凹凸溝部の凸部を平坦状に形成すると共に、前記凹凸溝部の溝間距離pと、前記凹凸溝部の凸部平坦部寸法aとが、すべり軸受の中央クラウン部を挟んで円周方向の所定の範囲であって軸の回転時に主に荷重を受ける主荷重部と該主荷重部が受ける荷重よりも小さい非荷重部において、
(イ)0.01mm≦p≦1.0mm
(ロ)非荷重部 0≦a/p≦0.4 主荷重部0<a/p≦0.7
(ハ)非荷重部におけるa/p≦主荷重部におけるa/p
上記(イ)〜(ハ)の関係となることを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 前記凹凸溝部は、その深さが前記主荷重部よりも前記非荷重部の方が深く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記すべり軸受の円周方向の両端部の内周面には、軸方向に亘ってクラッシュリリーフが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4に記載のすべり軸受。
- 前記すべり軸受の内周面のほぼ中央には、中央クラウン部を挟んで円周方向に沿って油溝が形成され、
該油溝切り上り部は、前記すべり軸受の端部から円周方向で所定の角度の位置に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載のすべり軸受。 - 前記すべり軸受の内周面には、オーバーレイ層が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれかに記載のすべり軸受。
