Abstract
Description
で表されるハロゲン化ボラジン化合物と、グリニャール試薬とを反応させて、化学式2:
で表されるアルキルボラジン化合物を合成する段階と、合成されたアルキルボラジン化合物を、少なくとも2回蒸留精製する段階とを含む、アルキルボラジン化合物の製造方法である。
3L5つ口丸底フラスコに、モノメチルアミン塩酸塩、およびクロロベンゼンを入れた。このフラスコ内に、三塩化ホウ素をガスボンベから直接取り出し、−70℃で液化させながら、20時間かけて滴下した。滴下後、125〜135℃で60時間熟成し、ハロゲン化ボラジン化合物であるB,B’,B”−トリクロロ−N,N’,N”−トリメチルボラジン(TCTMB)の合成反応を終了させた。反応溶液が25℃になった後、反応溶液を濾過し、濾紙に残存する沈殿物を洗浄した。濾液をナスフラスコに移し、エバポレータを用いて溶媒を留去し、TCTMBからなる固形物を得た。

昇温条件 初期50℃ 5分保持→昇温20℃/分→到達温度250℃ 15分保持→終了

・イオン化方法:電子衝撃(EI)法
減圧蒸留をさらにもう1回、つまり、合計で減圧蒸留を2回行った以外は、比較例1と同様にして、TETMBを得た(107g、収率65.7%)。2回減圧蒸留を行った後のTETMBの中のトリアルキルボランの含有量を調査したところ、トリエチルボラン含有量は、GC−MSの検出限界(1ppm)以下であった。結果を表1に示す。
比較例1および実施例1に示すように、本発明の製造方法によって、トリアルキルボラン含有量の極めて少ないアルキルボラジン化合物が得られる。
Claims (3)
- 蒸留精製が終了した後における、アルキルボラジン化合物中のトリアルキルボランの含有量が、1ppm以下である、請求項1に記載のアルキルボラジン化合物の製造方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の製造方法によって得られる、アルキルボラジン化合物。
