Description

The present invention relates to a method for cleaning medals used in gaming machines such as pachinko machines and slot machines.

As a washing apparatus for this kind of game medal, a hot water washing type as shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-81587, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-31181, Utility Model Registration No. 3037178 and the like is known.

In this case, when the liquid is used for one day, the liquid level of the cleaning liquid is lowered due to evaporation of the heated water. On the other hand, foreign matters such as dust adhering to the medal and frayed metal powder are stored in the cleaning liquid reservoir. Since it deposits as a black turbid sludge on the bottom of the tank, it is necessary to manually clean the cleaning liquid reservoir and replace the cleaning liquid every morning the next day.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-81587 Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-31181 Utility Model Registration No. 3037178

However, the above work is extremely troublesome and labor-intensive, so it is often the case that new water and cleaning liquid are simply added and replenished without completely discharging sludge from the cleaning liquid storage tank. Yes, even if dust or other foreign matter adhering to the surface of the temporary medal can be removed by the cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid cannot remove the peculiar odor generated from the medal itself or sludge. It has been disgusted by female players who are increasing recently.

The present invention is intended to improve such a problem, and as a game medal cleaning method, using a game medal cleaning device equipped with a hopper type medal delivery unit and a medal cleaning liquid storage tank,

A cleaning liquid containing at least about 20% fragrance is stored in the storage tank and kept at a constant temperature within a range of about 30 ° C. to about 80 ° C.,

In the process of transporting medals scraped from the hopper one by one by the rotating disk rotor for scraping medals of the medal feeding unit to the collection port, the medals are sequentially immersed in the cleaning liquid in the storage tank, and then dehydrated and dried. Thus, the washed medal has an aroma.

According to the above configuration of the present invention, the medal cleaning liquid contains at least about 20% fragrance and is maintained at a constant temperature within an allowable range of about 30 ° C. to about 80 ° C., and the medal is discharged from the hopper to the recovery port. In the process of being sent out, it can be surely soaked in the cleaning liquid itself, so that not only can it be cleaned beautifully one by one, but also the fragrance can be emitted from its surface, especially women It is well received by players.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 7 show a hot water type medal cleaning device (M) used in the present invention, and (10) is a carriage with a free wheel (11). In addition, the cleaning liquid storage tank (12) is fixedly installed in about one half (the right side in FIG. 1) on the carriage (10). (13) is an open / close lid on the upper surface of the opening, and is provided with a handle (14). Similarly, (15) is a drain port of the cleaning liquid storage tank (12), and its on-off valve is not shown.

The medicinal cleaning liquid (W) stored in the storage tank (12) is diluted with a stock solution composed of the following components by about 6 times as a fragrance, and is stored in the storage tank (12). Of water: used in an amount of at least about 100 cc per 10 liters.

Cleaning agent Ethylene glycol 5%
Poly (oxyethylene) = nonylphenyl ether 36%
Caustic soda 1%
Antirust agent 5%
Antibacterial agent 2%
Fragrance 20%
Purified water 31%

In that case, if the blending ratio of the fragrance to the entire cleaning liquid (W) is less than about 20%, an unpleasant odor peculiar to medals (metals) still remains and the object of the invention cannot be achieved. The mixing ratio is appropriately selected from the correlation with the use conditions.

(16) is an electric heater installed in a horizontal state inside the cleaning liquid storage tank (12), whereby the cleaning liquid (W) is appropriately heated within an allowable range from about 30 ° C. to about 80 ° C. . If the temperature is lower than about 30 ° C., the cleaning effect of the medal (C) and the subsequent drying effect cannot be expected. On the other hand, if the temperature is higher than about 80 ° C., the person handling the medal (C) due to overheating. In addition, there is a risk of causing a burn accident and frequent replenishment work is required because the cleaning liquid (W) evaporates quickly.

In any case, the target set temperature for heating the cleaning liquid (W) can be adjusted by a key operation on the operation panel (17), and this temperature sensor (which faces the cleaning liquid storage tank (12)) The electric heater (16) may be controlled to be on / off by a temperature regulator (not shown) that has been detected by 18) and receives the detection output signal, and kept at a constant temperature within the allowable range.

Similarly, (19) is a level sensor facing the inside of the cleaning liquid storage tank (12). When the storage level of the cleaning liquid (W) is insufficient to prevent emptying, the fact that the lamp flashes or While notifying by a buzzer or the like, the electric heater (16) is turned off.

Further, (20) is a stirring blade suspended inside the cleaning liquid reservoir (12), and is rotated by a drive motor (21) from the outside of the reservoir (12) to store the cleaning liquid (W). While stirring and convection uniformly throughout the tank (12), the heating temperature is made uniform overall.

(U) is a hopper type medal feeding unit installed and fixed to the other half (left side in FIG. 1) on the carriage (10) in parallel with the cleaning liquid reservoir (12). ) Is provided with an upwardly inclined board (23).

(24) is a medal collecting hopper attached and fixed to the inclined substrate (23) from behind, and receives a medal (C) falling from a funnel-type medal receiving tank (25) mounted on the hopper. Reference numeral (26) denotes foreign matter dropping holes such as dust distributed on the inclined bottom surface of the medal receiving tank (25).

Reference numeral (27) denotes a rotating disk rotor for scraping medals facing the inside of the medal collecting hopper (24) in a state where the inclined board (23) and the front rising inclination are installed, and to the inclined board (23). The drive motor (28) attached and fixed from the front is rotationally driven in the direction of the arrow (F) in FIG.

The medal scraping rotary disk rotor (27) has a plurality of medal receiving holes (29) distributed in the disk, and the medal (C) received in such a manner as to fall into the medal receiving hole (29) is shown in FIG. As the rotation proceeds in the direction of the arrow (F), the hopper (24) is scraped and conveyed one by one from the lowermost position toward the medal feeding rail (30).

The medal delivery rail (30) is connected to a required length via a screw (31) from two types of a linear rail (30a) and a curved rail (30b) as shown in FIGS. A pair of plate walls (32) facing each other and a pair of spacers (33) closing the upper and lower ends thereof are integrated into a flat tunnel shape corresponding to the size of the medal (C), and both the plate walls In (32), a cleaning liquid circulation hole (34) having an opening width narrower than the diameter of the medal (C) is punched.

Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the medal delivery rail (30) is smoothly bent downward once along the front surface of the medal receiving tank (25) from the hopper type medal delivery unit (U). The middle part is connected to the inside of the medal washing liquid storage tank (12) and is connected to the upper side of the medal container tank (25) as a generally lateral S-shape as viewed from the front which smoothly bends and reverses upward. It reaches the medal recovery port (35) that opens to the top.

The medal (C) in the process of being sent out from the hopper (24) through the medal delivery rail (30) by the medal scraping rotating disk rotor (27) of the hopper type medal delivery unit (U) is used as the cleaning liquid storage tank (12). In addition to removing the dust and other foreign substances adhering to the surface of the cleaning liquid (W), the fragrance of the cleaning liquid (W) is emitted from the medal (C). It is.

Further, (36) is a medal dehydrator that is deposited and integrated in the vicinity of the exit position from the cleaning liquid storage tank (12) in the medal delivery rail (30), and is composed of a water-absorbing elastic material such as a sponge, The medals (C) in the feeding process are elastically contacted to absorb and remove moisture from the surface.

(37) is a medal drying box interposed in the middle from the place where the dehydrator (36) is installed to the medal recovery port (35), and includes a hot air blower, an electric heating coil, etc. The medal (C) is dried. (38) is a collection box for medals (C) falling from the medal collection port (35), and the washed medals (C) are collected.

In the game medal (C) cleaning method according to the present invention, the hot water type medal cleaning device (M) having the above-described configuration is used to move the rotating disc rotor (from the hopper (24) of the hopper type medal feeding unit (U). 27) In the process of transporting the medals (C) sequentially scraped one by one to the medal collection port (35) of the medal delivery rail (30), at least about 20% fragrance is blended, and about 30 Of course, the medal (C) can be washed because it is dehydrated and dried after being once immersed in a washing liquid (W) heated to a constant temperature within a temperature range of from about 80 ° C. to about 80 ° C. Further, the surface of the medal (C) can be given a fragrance due to the fragrance of the cleaning liquid (W), and no odor peculiar to metal remains.

In this case, the medals (C) are sequentially conveyed one by one along the delivery rail (30), and are transferred to the cleaning liquid (W) through the cleaning liquid circulation holes (34) distributed in the delivery rail (30). Since it is soaked reliably, the fragrance of the cleaning liquid (W) is stably attached to the surface of the medal (C), and as a result of the experiment, the fragrance continues to diverge from the medal (C) for about two days. To do.

However, the middle part of the medal delivery rail (30) is connected to the inside of the cleaning liquid storage tank (12) as a stationary form, so to speak, but for medal scraping of the hopper type coin delivery unit (U). The medals (C) scraped one by one from the hopper (24) one by one by the rotating disk rotor (27) are immersed in the perfumed cleaning liquid (W) in the process of transporting them to the recovery port (35). As far as it is possible, the medal feeding claw (39) is provided in the middle part of the medal feeding rail (30), as is apparent from the medal cleaning device (M) illustrated in the modified embodiment of FIG. 8 corresponding to FIG. As a ring configuration comprising a rotating disk (40) projecting outward and a concave groove (41) surrounding the outer peripheral surface thereof, it is immersed in the cleaning liquid reservoir (12). Disposed on, the rotation disc (40) is rotated by a driving motor, not shown, it may be set to deliver the medal (C) a still one by one sequentially. Since the other configuration is substantially the same as that of the above-described basic embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 7, only the corresponding reference numerals to FIGS. 1 to 7 are written in FIG. 8, and detailed description thereof is omitted.
