Description

The present invention relates to a roof structure using various roof panels.

As described in Patent Document 1, the roof panel is attached by fixing a support member in the flow direction and fixing the panel to the support member.
However, in the conventional method, since the flange of the support member is fixed to the base (frame) with screws, there is a risk that the screws will loosen due to the earthquake of the building itself due to earthquakes or strong winds. The support member rattles and moves freely, causing a gap between the roof and the building itself, causing the roof and the building itself to hurt. Moreover, since the panel etc. are also attached with the screw etc., the same problem has arisen.
In particular, as the panel is heavier, the above-described problem may become more prominent.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-13224

In order to achieve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is characterized by the following configuration.
1. In an exterior structure in which a roof panel is laid on a steel frame via a mounting member, the mounting member includes a fixing member that can be mounted on the frame, and drainage that has an upper portion, a side wall, and a bottom portion and that is continuous in the flow direction and has an upper surface opened. It has a supporting member that can hold the roof panel while having a vertical space, and a fixing member is arranged on the housing and fixed and attached by appropriate fastening means other than screws, and the supporting member is appropriately assembled to the fixing member. The roof panel is arranged between the support members parallel to the flow direction so that the side edge of the panel faces the drainage vertical space of the support member, and the side edge of the roof panel is used as the support member. It is characterized by holding.
The casing is a steel frame made of C-type steel or H-type steel. The roof panel laid on the housing through the mounting member is mainly a solar cell panel, a heat exchange panel such as hot water, a daylighting panel, etc., but is not limited to this and is called a normal roof panel. These may be used, or each of these panels may be used alone or in combination.
An attachment member becomes an aspect which has a fixing member and a supporting member, or an aspect which has a fixing member, a supporting member, and a decorative member.
The fixing member may be in any form that can be attached and fixed on the housing by an appropriate fastening means other than screwing. As this fastening means, the fixing tool is attached to the housing by tightening a fastening portion such as a bolt. The fixing member may be fixed to the casing by being attached, or the fixing tool is attached to the casing by tightening a fastening portion such as a bolt and the latching portion of the fixing member is attached to the casing. The hook may be fixed so that the fixing member can be prevented from rotating around the bolt axis and fixed.
Then, it is only necessary that the support member can be appropriately assembled on the fixing member by the assembling means, and this assembling means may be in a form formed in the same body on a part of the fixing member. In another embodiment, the fixing member may be formed as a separate member. Furthermore, this assembly fixing means may be one that does not employ an elastic member, or is preferably an assembly fixing means that can be elastically assembled using an elastic member or the like together. This assembling means is an assembling means for engaging the engaging piece of the fixing member with the engaging portion of the supporting member and assembling it, or fitting the engaging portion of the supporting member into the engaging portion of the fixing member. Further, it may be an assembling means or the like for engaging and engaging the engaging piece of the fixing member with the engaged portion of the supporting member.
The support member is a thread that is long in the flow direction, and has a top and side walls and a bottom, and is capable of holding the roof panel while having a drainage vertical space that is continuous in the flow direction and has an open top surface. It may be of the same body structure, or may be of a split structure composed of upper and lower support members or left and right support members that can be combined. The support member may have a drainage vertical space portion at the left and right bottom portions, such as a substantially hat-shaped cross section, or an appropriate fastening means such as a bolt for attaching a decorative member to the upper portion. May have a portion that attaches to and a drainage vertical space portion on the left and right bottom portions. In addition, the holding portion that holds the side edge of the roof panel in the support member is a concave shape formed on the side wall, a concave shape formed so as to straddle the side walls of the upper and lower support members, or the support member and the makeup. A concave portion or a space portion is formed between the members.
2. In 1 mentioned above, the drainage member which the edge part of the drainage horizontal space which the upper surface opened on the back direction edge part back surface of a roof panel faces the drainage vertical space of a supporting member is arranged.
The drainage member may be supported by the support member, or may be fixed to the receiving portion of the support member with a screw or the like.
3. In the above 1 or 2, the support member is integrally assembled to the fixing member by an appropriate fitting / locking assembling means.
4). In any one of 1 to 3 described above, the roof panel is characterized in that it is held in a sandwiched manner through a waterproof and elastic member by an upper decorative member and a lower support member in the mounting member.
The waterproof and elastic member only needs to be disposed in part or all between the side surface end of the panel and the member, and may have a structural relationship that can cut off the waterproof and vibration between the two.

A. According to claim 1, since the fixing member fixed to the housing is integrally assembled with the supporting member for holding the roof panel appropriately by the fixing means, the screws that cause damage to the roof and the building itself are excluded. Even if the vibration of the building itself is unavoidable, the damage to the roof and the building itself due to the vibration can be minor, and even if there is intrusion water between the adjacent panels on the left and right, it can be surely drained to the underwater side. Since it can be done, the rain is good.
B. Further, according to the second aspect, even if there is intrusion water between the panels adjacent to each other in the flow direction, the drainage can be reliably drained from the lateral drainage space through the vertical drainage space to the underwater side, so that the rain performance is good.
C. According to the third aspect, the support member can be easily and quickly assembled to the fixing member.
D. Further, according to the fourth aspect, since the vibration can be absorbed between the roof panel and the support member, the roof panel is not damaged by the vibration, can sufficiently withstand strong vibration, and has a high waterproof ability. Therefore, it is suitable as an exterior structure that requires strong vibration countermeasures.

FIGS. 1 to 4 illustrate an exterior structure using a solar cell panel as one embodiment of the exterior structure using the roof panel of the present invention.
A mounting member 2 is disposed on the C-shaped steel frame 1a of the casing 1 from the water side to the water side in parallel to the flow direction at every left and right arrangement interval of the solar cell panel 11.
The mounting member 2 includes a fixing member 3, a supporting member 4, and a decorative member 5. The fixing member 3 is a piece material having a symmetrical shape, and has a long hole-like shape in the center of the presser plate portion 3a having a substantially crown-shaped cross section. Bolts 6 are opened through holes 3b. The support plate portion 3d is extended horizontally outward from the lower edge of the hanging portion 3c on the left and right side edges of the presser plate portion 3a, and the standing portion 3e and the locking piece portion 3h are suspended on the side edges of the left and right support plate portions 3d. By standing up against the portion 3c, a recessed fitting portion 3f composed of the hanging portion 3c, the support plate portion 3d, and the upright portion 3e is formed, and a supporting member is formed on the fitting portion 3f. 4 fitting parts 4h are formed so that fitting is possible. The left and right support plate 3d side edge locking pieces 3h are erected so that they can be folded back inward, and the locking pieces 3h are bent inwardly on the locked portions 4j of the support member 4. By being folded back, the locked portion 4J is locked in a crimped manner, and the fitting portion 4h of the support member 4 is formed in the fitted portion 3f so as to be assembled in a fitted state. Further, the left and right support plate portions 3d are formed with latching portions 3i that are folded from a part of the side edges so as to be latched on the steel frame 1a.
Further, substantially trapezoidal reinforcing plate portions 3k are erected on the front and rear side edges of the presser plate portion 3a, and the jaw-like engaged portions 3m on the left and right side edges of the reinforcing plate portion 3k are engaged with the support member 4. By engaging with the joint portion 4g, the fitting portion 4h of the support member 4 is formed in the fitted portion 3f so as to be assembled in a fitted state.
Further, the surface of the fitted portion 3f is covered with an elastic member 9 such as rubber, and the fitted portion 4h of the support member 4 is assembled to the fitted portion 3f in the fitted state via the elastic member 9. It is formed so that.

The fixing member 3 is attached and fixed to the steel frame 1a through a substantially C-shaped fixture 8. The substantially C-shaped fixture 8 is such that a bolt 6 screwed into a screw hole 8b is fastened, and an upper surface portion 1b of the steel frame 1a is attached between a lower end of the bolt 6 and a tip end portion 8a. It is fixed on the top.
The fixing member 3 is tightened by screwing a nut 7 into a penetrating portion of the bolt 6 penetrating the through hole 3b, and the support plate portion 3d is in close contact with the upper surface portion 1b. Mounting is fixed. The left and right latching portions 3i are latched to the side surface portion 1c of the steel frame 1a so as to be prevented from rotating about the bolt axis (clockwise and counterclockwise). Moreover, although not shown in figure, the rotation prevention is strengthened by folding back the lower edge part 3j of one or both latching parts 3i to the upper side, and latching it to the side part 1c of the steel frame 1a, The attachment strength of the fixing member 3 to the steel frame 1a is improved. In this case, the latching portion 3i can obtain the same function on either the left or right side, and both can provide double anti-rotation strength and fixing strength.
Then, the left and right fitting portions 4h of the support member 4 are fitted to the left and right fitted portions 3f of the fixing member 3 through the elastic members 9, respectively, and the locking piece portions 3h are bent inward. Since the fixing member 3 is used as an assembly medium, the support member 4 is elastically and integrally fixed to the housing 1 side by being engaged with the locked portion 4k of the support member 4 and assembled. Yes.

The support member 4 is a left-right symmetrical cross-sectional substantially hat-shaped threading member, which includes an upper portion 4a, left and right side walls 4b, and left and right bottom portions 4c. A concave groove portion 4d having a narrow opening width is formed at the center of the upper portion 4a. On the left and right sides of 4d, groove portions 4e are recessed in parallel. The left and right side walls 4b are formed with concave portions 4f on the upper outer surface so as to be able to hold the side surface end 11a of the solar cell panel 11 with the decorative member 5, and the engaging portion 4g in the middle of the inner surface of the side wall 4b is a jaw-shaped cover of the fixing member 3. It protrudes so as to be engageable with the engaging portion 3m. The engaging relationship between the engaging portion 4g and the jaw-like engaged portion 3m is the engaging relationship in a state where the fitting portion 4h is fitted to the fitted portion 3f, while the left and right side walls 4b are left and right. It can be released by spreading it.
The left and right bottom parts 4c are formed as fitting parts 4h so as to be fitted to the fitted parts 3f of the fixing member 3. By standing up the rising portions 4i on the left and right bottom portions 4c, a drainage vertical space 4j that is continuous in the flow direction by the rising portions 4i, the bottom portions 4c, and the side walls 4b and that has an open top surface is formed. Yes. Further, the outer portion from the rising portion 4i in the left and right bottom portions 4c is formed as a locked portion 4k, and the locking piece portion 3h of the fixing member 3 can be locked to the locked portion 4k.
A receiving portion 4m protruding into the drainage vertical space 4j from near the upper edge of the left and right rising portions 4i is formed so that the drainage member 10 can be screwed.

Thus, in the support member 4, the left and right fitting portions 4h are fitted into the left and right fitted portions 3f of the fixing member 3, respectively, and the engaging portion 4g is engaged with the jaw-like engaged portion 3m. Thus, the fitting state is maintained elastically. Then, since the locking piece 3h is bent inward and locked to the locked portion 4k of the support member 4, the support member 4 is integrated with the fixing member 3 as an assembly medium on the housing 1 side. It is fixed to.
The left and right solar cell panel 11 side end portions 11a are respectively held between the left and right concave portions 4f of the support member 4 and the decorative member 5, and the drainage member 10 is screwed to the receiving portion 4m. The drooping pieces 10d at the left and right ends of the drainage member 10 protrude into the drainage vertical space 4j.

The drainage member 10 has a fixed length that is slightly shorter than the interval between the support members 4 adjacent to each other on the left and right, and the top surface is open at the bottom surface portion 10a and the side wall surface portions 10b that rise and fall from the bottom surface portion 10a. The drainage lateral space 10c is formed in the longitudinal direction, and projecting hanging pieces 10d are formed on the left and right end portions of the drainage lateral space 10c from the bottom surface portion 10a and the side wall surface portion 10b end. The drainage member 10 is secured to the receiving part 4m with screws 12 so that the drainage member 10 straddles the drainage vertical space 4j of the left and right support members 4, and the hanging piece 10d is in surface contact with the side wall 4b. By maintaining the interval, the flow of the intruding water into the vertical drainage space 4j is improved, so that the inundation phenomenon of the rainwater to the steel frame 1a side by the capillary tube does not occur.
The joint member 13 in the drainage member 10 is of a fixed shape having the same length as the interval between the support members 4 adjacent to the left and right, and is disposed between the support members 4 adjacent to the left and right. The panels 11 are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction at every vertical arrangement interval. The front and rear side end portions 11 a of the solar cell panel 11 are held between the front and rear recesses 13 a of the joint member 13 and the joint member 14, respectively.

The solar cell panel 11 includes a solar cell 11b and a frame member 11c that is surrounded by the periphery of the solar cell 11b. The solar cell panel 11 is a joint member that is adjacent vertically between the support members 4 adjacent to the left and right. It is disposed in the mounting space 15 surrounded by the recesses 4f and 13a.
The solar cell panel 11 has a flange portion 11c2 extending horizontally from the middle of the outer surface of the left and right side surface frame members 11c1 between the upper surface 4a of the support member 4 and the decorative member 5 for waterproofing such as packing. By sandwiching the elastic members 16 and 17 between them, waterproofing and vibration absorption are performed and the elastic members 16 and 17 are secured. Further, the joint member 13 includes a flange portion 11c4 that extends horizontally from the outer surface middle of the water surface frame member 11c3 to the outside and a flange portion 11c6 that extends horizontally outwardly from the middle of the water surface frame member 11c5. A waterproof and elastic member 18, 19 such as packing is interposed between the upper surface 13b of the upper surface portion 13b and the joint member 14, respectively, so that the waterproof treatment and the vibration are absorbed and removed.

The decorative member 5 is a threading material having a width ratio that spans both the side frame members 11c1 of the solar cell panels 11 adjacent to the left and right and covers the left and right gaps of the solar cell panel 11, and the left and right sides are suspended from the center of the back surface. The stopper portion 5a is in contact with the upper portion 4a of the support member 4, and appropriately presses the waterproof and elastic member 16 fixed to the lower portion of the groove portion 4e and the waterproof and elastic member 17 on the back surface of the decorative member 5 respectively. It has been designed to increase the waterproof capability and absorb vibration.
The decorative member 5 has an upright bolt 20 penetratingly engaged with the groove 4d of the upper portion 4a of the support member 4, and a nut 21 screwed into the penetrating portion of the bolt 20 is tightened. Thus, the side surface frame member 11c1 is held in the recess 4f, and the space between the solar cell panels 11 adjacent to the left and right is covered.

The joint member 14 disposed between the upper and lower solar cell panels 11 has the same width as the gap between the adjacent upper water surface frame material 11c3 and the lower water surface frame material 11c5 in the upper and lower solar cell panels 11, and the length. Is the same length as the water surface frame material 11c3 and the water surface frame material 11c5. The joint member 14 is engaged with the recessed groove portion 13c of the upper portion 13b of the joint member 13 and has an upright shape. The bolt 22 penetrates, and by tightening the nut 23 screwed into the penetrating portion of the bolt 22, the water surface frame material 11c3 and the water surface frame material 11c5 are respectively held in the front and rear recesses 13a. The gap between the solar cell panels 11 adjacent to each other is closed, and the upper surface of the panel is arranged to be flush with each other.

As a result, the locked portion 4k of the support member 4 is locked and assembled by the locking piece portion 3h of the fixing member 3, so that rattling does not occur, and the vibration is not caused by the elastic member 9. Further, it is absorbed by the waterproof and elastic members 16 to 19, and damage to the solar cell panel 11 and the casing 1 itself due to vibration is minimal.
Most of the rainwater flows along the surface of the solar cell panel 11, the surface of the joint member 14, and the surface of the decorative member 5 and then flows down from the eaves, but some rainwater is jointed when the waterproof and elastic members 16 to 19 are deteriorated or stormy. It is possible to enter the contact surface between the member 14, the water surface frame material 11c3 and the water surface frame material 11c5, and the contact surface between the decorative member 5 and the side surface frame material 11c1.
Even in this case, water entering the contact surfaces of the joint member 14 with the water surface frame material 11c3 and the water surface frame material 11c5 wraps around the flange portions 11c4 and 11c6 and the lower edge of the water surface frame material 11c3 and the water surface frame material. After flowing down into the drainage horizontal space 10c from the lower edge of 11c5, it flows down to the drainage vertical space 4j through the hanging piece 10d at the end of the space 10c. Moreover, the intrusion water to the contact surface between the decorative member 5 and the side surface frame member 11c1 wraps around the flange portion 11c2 from the contact surface between the decorative member 5 and the side surface frame member 11c1, and drains vertical space from the lower edge of the frame member 11c1. It flows into 4j, and the intrusion water from the drainage lateral space 10c is led to the same space 4j and flows to the eaves side.
