一般的なローパーティションではパネル間にスタッドを介在し、該スタッドを介してパネルを連結する構造と成っているが、上記「パネル連結構造」は該スタッドを用いないことで部品点数が削減されると共に、製造コストはその分だけ安くなるといった利点はあるが、パネル補強材の一部を切欠きてパネル連結材を嵌め込まなくてはならず、さらにパネル固定材を両パネルの隙間となる目地空間に嵌入してパネル連結材にネジ止めする必要があり、その為に組立て工数は小さくならない。
