災害が起きた時の手順について説明する。
保育園、幼稚園、小学校側は１１をもって避難する。１１のホームページ作成機能を使って、被害状況、緊急避難場所、緊急メール、緊急連絡先等の携帯、ＰＣ兼用のホームページ（ＷＷＷ登録用ファイル）を作成する。次に、１１のＷＷＷ登録機能（ＦＴＰ等）を使って、１２及び１３を介し１５に登録する。保護者側１１０は１２及び１３を介し１６を閲覧する。他の保護者側１１１は１４及び１３を介し１５を閲覧する。また、他の保護者１１２は１３を介し１５を閲覧する。１１０、１１１、１１２は保護者側の接続されているネットワークが異なっている場合を示しているだけで、あくまでも、例である。
