Abstract
【解決手段】 粉末治金における原料粉末に平均粒子径が5μm以上100μm以下のヒドロキシ脂肪酸塩だけを0.3質量%以上2質量%以下、さらに好ましくは、0.5質量%以上2質量%以下含有させ温間成形を行なった。又は、成形金型に平均粒子径が50μm以下のヒドロキシ脂肪酸塩を予め付着させてから温間成形を行なった。ヒドロキシ脂肪酸塩としては、12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸リチウムが好適に用いられる。

Claims (11)
- 粉末治金における原料粉末に平均粒子径が5μm以上100μm以下のヒドロキシ脂肪酸塩を0.3質量%以上2質量%以下含有することを特徴とする温間成形用原料粉末。
- 粉末治金における原料粉末に平均粒子径が5μm以上100μm以下のヒドロキシ脂肪酸塩を0.5質量%以上2質量%以下含有することを特徴とする温間成形用原料粉末。
- 温間成形温度以下の融点の潤滑剤を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の温間成形用原料粉末。
- 前記ヒドロキシ脂肪酸塩はヒドロキシステアリン酸塩であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の温間成形用原料粉末。
- 前記ヒドロキシステアリン酸塩はヒドロキシステアリン酸リチウムであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の温間成形用原料粉末。
- 前記ヒドロキシステアリン酸リチウムは12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸リチウムであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の温間成形用原料粉末。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項記載の温間成形用原料粉末を用いて温間成形を行なうことを特徴とする温間成形方法。
- 粉末治金における成形金型に平均粒子径が50μm以下のヒドロキシ脂肪酸塩を予め付着させてから温間成形を行なうことを特徴とする請求項7記載の温間成形方法。
- 前記ヒドロキシ脂肪酸塩はヒドロキシ脂肪酸リチウムであることを特徴とする請求項8記載の温間成形方法。
- 前記ヒドロキシ脂肪酸リチウムはヒドロキシステアリン酸リチウムであることを特徴とする請求項9記載の温間成形方法。
- 前記ヒドロキシステアリン酸リチウムは12−ヒドロキシステアリン酸リチウムであることを特徴とする請求項10記載の温間成形用原料粉末。
