Abstract
Description
The present invention is based on prevention of environmental pollution on a global scale, in order to comply with the Japan Marine Pollution Control Act by ratification of international conventions, and for the purpose of protecting the global environment, from small to large-sized for marine vessels, from small land-use household models, All kinds of organic waste are related to organic waste decomposition processing that can be installed in all industrial fields, up to large commercial models.
Moreover, it has been developed in a wide range of applications that can be used in the present invention for all treatments such as moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method, hydrolysis treatment treatment, moisture transpiration drying treatment method, etc. All installation locations such as cost, energy saving, space saving, odorless, no drainage, and wastewater septic tank installation. Applications can be selected according to the environmental conditions. In addition to the above, it also plays a major role in the prevention of river and groundwater contamination in onshore facilities.
Conventionally, the treatment of raw garbage is a multi-tank composting method of raw garbage storage tank, fermenter, and aged storage tank by adding raw raw garbage to the treatment tank, and periodically adding fermentation aid bacteria in units of several days. Fermentation is promoted, but residue discharge, storage, and secondary fermentation treatment of discharged matter in units of several days are almost all.
Also, in recent years, even in a processor called a single tank type decomposition processor, wood powder, coffee husk, rice husk, etc. are loaded as a decomposition medium material as a decomposition medium agent, and a fermentation accelerator is periodically added to the treatment tank. Although there is a cracking machine for food waste to be added, since it is an egg close to inorganic food waste, the fish bones are not decomposed at all, and the grain of the remaining rice is also indestructible due to the water-containing carbon system. Yes, there is odor, worms are generated, and at the same time, under the conditions of fermentation decomposition in the treatment tank, the substrate with excessive water content from the horizontal axis stirring blade method has a large surface area due to block moving stirring, and the heating heater has a heating effect It has been very badly received, including energy loss, such as a lack of oxygen and odor generation.
In addition, due to the disadvantage of lowering the stirring efficiency, an intense deodorization due to fermentation occurs, so a deodorization device is installed, but the fermentation odor is a complex odor and the garbage decomposition odor is almost impossible to deodorize, For complete deodorization, it is necessary to install a deodorizing device at the same price as or higher than a garbage disposal machine.
Due to the low agitation mechanism and low capacity, the amount of decomposition medium required for decomposition of the garbage is extremely large, and naturally the treatment tank also becomes large, and a fermentation accelerator that is unknown in safety, called bio-agent, is added to the garbage every day. Or, there is also a risk of health and time and effort to put into the treatment tank at regular intervals.
In addition, the odor increases every day, the amount in the treatment tank increases due to the low degree of decomposition, the residue is periodically removed, and storage is required until the residue disposal. In order to minimize the overloading conditions in the treatment tank, the larger the size, the more space is required to install the equipment. This has led to an increase in the safety of the equipment and the rate of failure occurrence, and it has been avoided by users due to the difficulty of recovery and repair in the event of a failure.
In addition, in recent years, we have tried to use it as a tangible or pulverized moisture transpiration dry method for fertilizer, but for the secondary fermentation cost and equipment, time, etc. until the subsequent fermentation ripeness, incineration disposal disposal It came out to the thing.
In these organic waste treatments with different methods, treatment machines are manufactured for each method. For example, equipment for moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method was purchased and used. For example, for the purpose of organic liquid fertilizer by the hydrolysis treatment method, or when switching to the moisture transpiration drying treatment method, it is absolutely impossible to change from any model to another treatment method, the processor itself There is only replacement by purchase.
Hereinafter, problems for each processing method in the prior art will be described as follows.
In the case of organic waste decomposition treatment using a general moisture-adjusting fermentation treatment method, a large and small deodorizing device is attached for the generation of humidified fermentation odors that inevitably occur during the treatment of organic waste. Because of the complex odor, a satisfactory deodorizing effect has not been obtained, so stirring is effectively performed, the decomposition time is shortened to the limit, the stirring efficiency is improved, decomposition water transpiration is improved, and fermentation decomposition is not brominated It is a thing.
In the case of the moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method, the organic waste decomposition treatment requires a large amount of moisture adjustment decomposition medium material, because the excessive retention moisture of the decomposition medium agent, the enlargement of the processing machine and the moisture content are large This is to eliminate the disadvantages of the failure of the drive device due to the increase in the agitator torque of the processing machine, and the increase in noise and power consumption.
Since the moisture-adjusting fermentation process is a prototype organic waste fermentation process, moisture and temperature are required. It's a big thing.
Some models have artificial heat energy reduction due to the use of high-temperature fermenting fungi, but depending on the type of input organic waste, there is no risk of accidental exothermic high temperature maintenance, and the temperature drops when it changes to decomposed water Oxygen deficiency and odor generation due to excessive humidity.
The conventional processing machine using the moisture-adjusting fermentation method cannot disassemble inorganic waste fish bones, shells of shellfish, egg shells, etc., and at the same time extends the number of days of decomposition in general garbage due to a decrease in stirring efficiency. In short, with the increase in the size of the processing machine, it is essential to take out, store and dispose of the residue from the processing machine.
Conventional treatment machines with moisture-adjusted fermentation treatment system are organic fertilizer production machine-like feelings, and these have arisen from the problem of garbage disposal environment for the past several years. There is no sense of compliance with the laws of maintenance, and due to lack of practical experience, the mechanism and strength have not been sufficiently studied. In some cases, most of the mechanisms are welded structures if they are large and resin molding if they are small. If a failure occurs, the large model must be brought back to the manufacturer's factory for repair.
When a conventional processing machine with moisture-adjusting fermentation treatment is installed in a ship, pitching (swaying back and forth), rolling (swaying from side to side), water hammer (cruising in stormy weather), depending on the weather conditions specific to the ocean and the navigation conditions specific to the ship (Impact due to waves at the bow of the hour), reciprocating, main engine, red zone vibration (excessive vibration until main engine reaches normal rotation), etc. There are problems such as instability of stirring.
Due to lack of knowledge and experience of kitchen staff who actually use organic waste treatment machines with moisture-adjusted fermentation treatment methods, judgments such as over-drying and over-humidity of decomposition media materials inside the treatment machines are relied on visual judgment. Therefore, in the case of excessive drying due to misunderstanding by an inexperienced person, dust is scattered from the exhaust port, and oxygen-deficient odor emission due to excessive humidity cannot be decomposed.
Moisture-adjusted fermented organic waste processing machines need to discharge residues from the processing equipment at regular intervals, such as every few days at the earliest, at most 2 to 3 months, Even when installed on land, problems such as residue storage and disposal are associated.
Moisture-adjusting fermented organic waste treatment machines, like Hokkaido in winter, are heated in extremely low temperatures because they require high-temperature heating even at normal room temperature when temperatures of minus 20 degrees or more continue every day. Insufficient disassembly due to shortage, especially in the case of a ship, depending on its route, it has a route around the equator, or the whole area of the earth such as the North Sea route, so it must be fully effective in any environment.
All conventional waste treatment machines that require heating are not those that can handle extreme cold even in the winter climate of Hokkaido in Japan, but the climate in central Honshu, especially spring and autumn. However, there are drawbacks such as inability to decompose in an environment of continuous minus 20 ° C. and generation of a great deal of odor in an environment of continuous plus 50 ° C.
Changing from an organic waste treatment machine with a moisture-adjusting fermentation treatment method to a hydrolysis treatment method is a major remodeling due to problems such as a waterproof seal on the stirring shaft, a drainage port for the decomposition water, etc., to a moisture evaporation drying treatment method The change cannot be changed by a heating device or sealing heat resistance, and the processing method cannot be changed.
In the conventional organic waste treatment machine of the hydrolysis treatment system, all the drainage filtration network is installed at the bottom of the treatment tank because the decomposed water is discharged outside the treatment machine, and the oil film is on the back side of the drainage filtration network. There are frequent accidents in which cracked water overflows from the treatment tank due to adhesion and clogging.
Hydrolysis type organic waste processing machines are equipped with agitating blades mounted on the horizontal axis at regular intervals, and it is impossible to stir all the organic waste in the treatment tank evenly. It takes a lot of time to disappear.
Switching from a hydrolytic organic waste treatment machine to a moisture-regulated fermentation treatment system is not worth using because it does not have an air inlet, has no ventilator, and has no transpiration function.
In the hydrolytic treatment method, underwater decomposition organic liquid fertilization treatment is less than that of other companies in the past, but the present invention can also store wastewater and use it for organic liquid fertilizer.
In the case of the moisture transpiration drying treatment method, it is simply stirred with a stirring blade attached to the horizontal axis at a fixed interval and heated with a heater. Cannot be used.
At the same time, each conventional organic waste treatment device has a horizontal axis, as long as stirring is performed with a fixed interval, and the entire tank is stirred with a stirring blade mounted at a fixed interval on the stirring shaft. In the case of excessive humidity, the agitation blades cause mass agitation, and troubles frequently occur due to wasted agitation time and changes in agitation torque.
When the entire amount of substances in the processing tank is discharged for maintenance of the processing tank, etc., in the case of the horizontal axis stirring blade method, the lower outlet of the processing tank must be opened to avoid the danger in the case of stirring operation discharge. However, for small households, it is possible to dispense from the lower part of the treatment tank by pulling out each time, but for large businesses, it must be possible to discharge with continuous labor.
As a means to solve various problems, with regard to decomposition odor, in the case of the moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method and the moisture transpiration drying treatment method, the conventional stirring method has a limit in the block block stirring, so the input organic waste is not By finely stirring, the surface area per unit weight is increased, transpiration is promoted, excessive humidity is prevented, the appropriate dryness is always maintained, and the decomposition and extinction time is shortened to the limit.
When a moisture adjustment substrate such as a moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method is required, use a substance that is difficult to decompose as much as possible, and adopt a fine agitation method through which the entire amount passes without using a mass agitation of the moisture adjustment substrate.
In the formulation of biodegradable bioreagents necessary for the fermentative decomposition of organic matter in the moisture-adjusted fermentation treatment method, since it is a device in charge of food processing personnel, do not use materials with unknown safety level, such as soil bacteria, for over 100 years Yeast bacteria with a proven track record are continuously decomposed and eliminated without leaving a residue.
The disintegration material for the moisture-adjusted fermentation treatment method employs a stirring method with good transpiration that can be maintained in a dry state within the absorption limit range of the decomposed water, and the water necessary for decomposition uses the water content of the garbage. In addition, an artificial temperature rise method using the heat-generating energy temperature of high-temperature fermenting bacteria and room-temperature fermenting bacteria can be minimized and can be decomposed and extinguished.
In the case of the moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method and the moisture transpiration drying treatment method, it is necessary to supply fresh air that cannot be endured to promote the oxidation phenomenon and transpiration exhaust to the outside of the treatment tank. In order to prevent fine powder from drying and scattering from the exhaust port, use a transfer cylinder with a small perforation around the spiral stirring blade to remove fine dust accumulated at the bottom of the processing tank. Even if it is introduced into the transfer cylinder, the fine powder leaks and falls from the bottom of the transfer cylinder with a hole before it is transferred to the upper part of the treatment tank, which has the effect of preventing dust scattering.
In order to exert these effects, the treatment mechanism also performs intermittent automatic agitation at regular intervals, and completes the supply of oxygen by developing a resinous foam decomposition medium material with water absorption performance and moisture self-evaporation function. The water was automatically released and the odor generation was suppressed to the limit.
In the moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method and the moisture transpiration drying treatment method, in order to realize the ultra-compact size of the equipment, the garbage is crushed and refined with a crusher, or after crushing with a hydrofracturing disposer, solid water is separated and crushed Introduce garbage drinks to increase the surface area per unit weight and increase the rate of degradation and extinction.
Similarly, in the case of the moisture-adjusting fermentation treatment method, after crushing with a hydrocracking disposer, the water containing hydrous water is introduced as it is into the processing machine with a pump, and the rate of decomposition and extinction is increased.
In the case of the hydrolysis treatment method, from the viewpoint of preventing environmental pollution due to wastewater, the wastewater generated from the garbage crusher can also be stored and purified by installing a wastewater treatment tank with a separate purification function. planned.
In the case of the moisture-adjusted fermentation treatment method, the decomposition water generated in the process of decomposition is absorbed and self-diverging even if the decomposition medium material itself is kept in a dry state and even if garbage with moisture of 85% or more is added. The resin foam decomposition medium material with a very high level is selected and used, and is completely agitated in the treatment tank and evaporated by an exhaust fan or an air supply machine. Completely prevented leaking and dropping out of the machine.
In all treatment methods, the raw waste from organic waste is inevitably generated and input to fish bones, egg shells, etc., but the fish bones are composed of a combination of calcium and other proteins. However, due to the decomposition of organic matter such as protein, the shape of the bone and shell collapsed and became invisible, the egg shell separated and decomposed inside the inner cuticle, and the outer calcium shell decomposed and disappeared like the fish bone. It was decided to refine the bones such as deep-bones, large bones of boned beef pork, and shellfish shellfish through a crusher and put them into the processing machine.
In addition, when processing garbage in general household life, adding fermentation-promoting substances together with food waste is one of the most annoying tasks in a busy daily routine. In the case of the moisture-adjusted fermentation treatment method, the present invention allows a degrading bacterium to be implanted in advance in the case of the moisture-adjusted fermentation treatment method because garbage disposal cannot be performed due to forgetting, the effect may be reduced, or mixing with food due to negligence may occur. In addition, it was assumed that there was no need to add and add fermentation accelerators during the period when the garbage was put into the treatment tank.
In the case of the hydrolysis treatment method, liquid bio was used, the bio tank was filled, an automatic addition method using a bio pump was taken, and daily bio addition work was omitted.
The agitation mechanism of the spiral agitating blade simplifies the structure and efficiently works as a decomposing medium in the treatment tank and maintaining the water transpiration state of organic waste, reducing the size of the processing machine, and treating the spiral agitating blade. Even if the situation in the tank changes due to excessive humidity, the rotation torque in the transfer cylinder is sufficient, the torque is close to a constant torque, the rotation of the drive machine is not overloaded, and the capacity of the stirring drive machine is reduced. By reducing the number of machined parts, the mechanism was simplified and the cost was reduced and the equipment failure rate was reduced to the limit.
In the case of conventional fermenters using microorganisms, the conditions inside the tank change greatly depending on the usage conditions, ranging from dryness to excessive humidity. Normally, dust is exhausted when the input is too small and the processing tank is overdried. It is common knowledge that when the amount of input is excessive and the inside of the treatment tank is excessively humid, the inside of the treatment tank will be excessively watery, and it will become drunk. In order to keep the inside normal, it is also possible to adjust the input amount manually, but if the input amount is too small or too large, improvement in the mechanical efficiency of the degree of drying and prevention of dry powder scattering is a common base material, that is, The defects were completely eliminated by the new development of the decomposition media and the stirring method.
With all treatment methods, stirring in the treatment tank is automatically detected by the drive start / stop switch when the watertight inlet lid is opened and stopped, and the stirring shaft is operated when the watertight inlet lid is closed. Even if is in operation, it stops for safety by opening the watertight inlet lid.
In the case of the moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method, the stirring of the decomposition medium material in the treatment tank is artificially performed when there is a sign that the input amount is expected to increase from the usage state, and there is a sign of transition to an overhumid state. It is necessary to make the specified stirring time for a certain time longer than the specified time so that the moisture of the decomposition medium material is diffused, and the change of the stirring time can be arbitrarily set.
In all processing methods, in the case of ships, regular repairs and on-site facilities may not be used for a long period of time such as summer vacations such as school lunches. Although there was a drawback that a large amount of odorous harmful gas was generated unless the entire amount was removed from the tank, the present invention is an electric circuit in the electric control panel, and the operation time of the drive start / stop switch that operates in conjunction with the opening and closing of the watertight inlet lid Using memory, if the watertight inlet palate is not opened and closed continuously for 24 hours, the stirring shaft is operated once every 24 hours for a minimum amount of oxygen supply for the purpose of bio-maintenance. It will be switched automatically.
Organic waste treatment, especially garbage disposal, is now taking a close look at the world. Cost savings for large and small vessels, and even onshore facilities can be purchased even if economic market conditions change or the economy declines. Although it must be priced, the present invention reduces the number of parts to the limit, simplifies the mechanism, reduces the number of assembled parts, reduces the labor cost charge for the product, while maintaining functionality, especially the stirring efficiency. The effect was 10 times or more.
For households, expensive and inferior processing machines, small boats sailing along the coast for the purpose of preventing marine pollution, especially for leisure boats and yachts that dump kitchen waste into the ocean. A small garbage extinguishing machine that can handle sloping is also produced.
Especially in the case of small processing models, when the original organic waste is introduced, if the agitation drive unit is installed at the top, the organic waste input port area is inevitably limited. A model that was installed at the bottom of the tank bottom and made the organic waste input port as large as possible in the area of the top of the processing tank to enhance its convenience effect was also effective.
It is configured to support all these organic waste treatment methods and to cover all of these functions with a single treatment machine, and change the treatment method even during the operation period due to changes in the usage period and installation environment. In this case, the present invention can be used as it is without purchasing a new processor itself, and the processing method can be changed and used sufficiently.
In particular, as long as it is a processing machine, when discharging the remaining amount of material inside the processing tank from the processing tank due to maintenance, failure, etc., it is handled safely and labor-saving as a full discharge method by one person. If the treatment material discharge pipe is attached to the transfer cylinder through which the in-cylinder material always passes by the stirring action, and the discharge bag is attached to the tip of the treatment material discharge pipe, then only wait for the passage of time. I was able to work.
In addition, it is different from the discharge method while stirring from the lower opening of the conventional treatment tank, and even if a hand is put inside the treatment product discharge pipe, it is safe without being injured from the distance to the transfer cylinder.
It is as follows if each item described in the above-mentioned "means for solving a problem" is collected.
Since the treatment tank (1) is in the shape of a vertical cone or polygonal cone, all the substances have specific gravity at the bottom of the treatment tank (2) even when organic waste and decomposition media are loaded in the treatment tank. Drop accumulated.
The bottom of the processing tank (2) is accumulated in the processing tank (1) by the rotation of the stirring shaft (4) by the helical stirring blade (8) surrounded by the transfer cylinder (13) having the lower inlet (11). ) It is transported toward the upper part and diffused and dropped from the upper part of the transfer cylinder (13) of the transfer cylinder (13) to the entire upper part of the processing tank by the rotation of the spiral stirring blade (8). Or, in the case of the moisture transpiration drying method, the organic waste that has already been dried, decomposed and finely powdered, when the perforated transfer cylinder (13) is used, is transferred to the stage where it passes through the transfer cylinder (13). The fine powder does not reach the upper part due to leakage from the stitch holes in (13), preventing external scattering from the exhaust port (19), and in the case of the hydrolysis treatment method, by forced stirring movement in the treatment tank (1) , Make it finer and disappear.
The material in the processing tank diffused and dropped from the upper discharge port (12) of the transferred material above the transfer cylinder (13) to the entire upper surface of the processing tank (1) by the rotation of the spiral stirring blade (8) is the spiral stirring blade (8). During the transfer from the transfer cylinder lower inlet (11) to the upper part of the transfer cylinder (13), the lump is also crushed and broken apart, and the spiral stirring blade (8) is rotated from the top. The air contact area increased by falling and dropping, leading to improved decomposability due to the dry surface and proper humidity surface.
In the case of the hydrolysis treatment method, the organic matter precipitated in the lower part of the treatment tank is forced to be transferred to the upper part of the treatment tank by the stirring blade rotor without being escaped. The improvement of the transpiration efficiency of water to the limit, and at the same time, the improvement of the degree of drying in the case of the moisture transpiration treatment method leads to energy saving.
The joint between the stirring drive shaft (21) of the stirring drive machine (20) and the stirring shaft (4) is small in the case of a small size for home use, and the kudo torque is very small, and the stirring drive shaft of the stirring drive machine (20) ( 21) Direct connection with itself is sufficient, but in the case of a large processing machine, it is possible to prevent solid propagation noise in direct joining and to cause fatigue fracture breakage when the shaft is twisted when torque is large. Assuming that the agitation shaft connecting joint (5) is a loose coupling to prevent accidents at the drive site.
The original organic waste is charged through the organic waste inlet (24). However, if the water is forcedly transferred with the crushed water after crushing the existing existing water disposer, the blower or exhaust fan (29) is removed. In addition, it was directly connected to either the air inlet port (18) or the exhaust port (19), and it was also possible to introduce it into the treatment tank by an externally crushed organic substance transfer pipe.
In the case of the hydrolysis treatment method, it is necessary to discharge the cracked water to the outside of the treatment tank, but a constant water level position in the treatment tank (1) of the transfer cylinder (13) installed on the outer periphery of the spiral stirring blade (8). A drain pipe (10) and a filter net washing pipe (15) are attached to the drain pipe (10) that is inserted through the pipe, and undecomposed organic waste is treated by a spiral stirring blade (8) with a treatment tank ( 1) In the process of being transferred to the upper part, the cracked water is filtered through a drainage filter network (14) mounted through the transfer cylinder (13), and only the cracked water is discharged to the outside.
In this case, when the decomposition medium material (36) is loaded, the drainage filter net (14) is attached so that they are not discharged out of the treatment tank (1), and the drainage filter net (14) is spirally stirred. By rotating the blade (8), friction medium is constantly cleaned by the passage of the decomposition medium material (41). The inside of the drain pipe (10) is regularly showered by a tap water pipe or a filter screen washing pipe (15) by pump pressurization. The water is washed under pressure.
The processing tank warming device (23) is mounted outside the wall of the processing tank (1) and is covered with a heat insulating material (22). When heating is required in the processing method, the temperature of the installation environment is reduced. Depending on the difference, the wall of the processing tank (1) is heated automatically by sensing the temperature.
However, in the case of the moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method and the moisture transpiration drying treatment method, the substance at the lowest part of the bottom part (2) of the treatment tank with the spiral stirring blade (8) is caused by the upper heating device (30) on the upper part of the treatment tank (1). Is transferred to the uppermost part of the treatment tank (1) while being stirred and sprinkled, but with the purpose of increasing the temperature in the treatment tank (1), they can be heated from the top of the closest distance by a heat source beam such as a hot air fan, infrared rays or halogen bulbs. Heated water can be efficiently evaporated.
The air introduction port (18) or the exhaust port (19) is adjusted with air or oxygen in the treatment tank (1) by air blowing or an exhaust fan (29). ) It is possible to use a hot air blower fan depending on the air blowing operating environment, and in the case of air blowing or exhausting into the processing tank, it is possible to control the amount of exhaust or intake air by the exhaust port opening / closing valve (31). The temperature inside the treatment tank can also be adjusted.
In the case of the hydrolysis treatment method, the entire amount of the decomposed water in the treatment tank (1) is discharged by releasing the bottom part drainage valve (34) of the bottom part drainage pipe (33) with the bottom part drainage filtration network (32). With the structure in which drainage is possible, and the clogging of the substance in the tank to the transfer cylinder (13) is prevented by the rotation induction of the tank inner wall scraper (35) by rotating operation of the stirring shaft (4), At the same time, the inner wall of the tank scraper (35) also peeled off the deposits on the inner wall of the processing tank (1), thereby facilitating introduction into the transfer cylinder (13) by dropping the specific gravity.
In the case of the hydrolysis treatment method or the moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method, the decomposition medium material (36) is loaded for the purpose of the implantation of the decomposed microorganisms. Although there is a case where the decomposition medium material (36) is loaded for the purpose of drying for the purpose of dispersing the object, the decomposition medium material (36) is usually not loaded in the case of the moisture evaporation drying method.
The electric control of the present invention is controlled by the electric control panel (28) as follows.
A drive start / stop switch (25) by a sensor such as an electromagnetic switch, a high-frequency sensing switch, an infrared reflection switch, or a micro switch is mounted on the organic waste input port (24). By opening and closing, even when the stirring operation is in progress, the stirring operation is stopped when the watertight inlet lid (26) is released, and the closing operation is started for a certain period of time when the electric control board is input, and the stirring stop program is started.
The tank wall warming device (23) and the upper heating device (30) used as needed are set to automatically operate ON and OFF according to the temperature in the processing tank (1). .
When the entire amount of the substance including the decomposition medium material (36) in the treatment tank (1) is discharged out of the treatment tank (1) for maintenance, failure repair, periodic replacement of the decomposition medium material, and various other reasons. Except for small models like this, the processing tank (1) has an opening in the lower outer wall, and it is a door type, lid plate fastening type, etc. In the case of a low amount of material, the risk of inserting a discharge tool such as a scoop through the opening while the stirring blade is in operation is great, so the following was done.
In the method of discharging the total amount of the substance including the decomposition medium material (36) in the processing tank (1) of the present invention to the outside of the processing tank (1), the total amount of the existing substances in the processing tank (1) always passes by stirring. The processing tube discharge pipe (37) is inserted through the transfer cylinder (13) to be closed, and during normal organic matter processing operation, it is closed with the discharge closing lid (38) of the outer end closing of the processing material discharge tube (37), Normal stirring operation is performed by the transfer cylinder discharge blocking plate (39) fixed to the discharge closing lid (38).
However, in the case of discharging, the transfer cylinder discharge blocking plate (39) integrated with the discharge closing cover (38) is also formed by pulling out and opening the discharge closing cover (38) of the outer end closing of the processed material discharge pipe (37). With the agitation operation in the open state, it is automatically dropped and discharged from the transfer tube (13) via the processed material discharge pipe (37), and a waste bag is attached to the tip of the processed material discharge pipe (37). It can be discharged safely.
When the decomposition water is drained outside the treatment tank (1) by the hydrolysis treatment method and there is no existing septic tank, a drainage septic tank (40) is installed and the drainage filtration network (14) of the treatment tank (1) is installed. ) In order to make the fine organic matter leaked through more completely decompose and disappear, the bottom sediment in the drainage septic tank (40) is recirculated back into the treatment tank (1) with a pump, To do.
The present invention is researched for the purpose of marine pollution prevention based on ratification of international treaties and for the treatment of organic waste generation sites on land facilities, with the aim of simple is best, normal moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method, hydrolysis treatment method, moisture treatment It was invented as a transpiration drying treatment method, a treatment machine that can handle all of them, difference in treatment method for each regional environment of multi-store chain restaurants, conversion of treatment method from local operation to change of local environment, All of them can be converted and used in installed processing machines, and as long as the same type of processing machine is used for any type of processing, the same parts and parts used, the same part type for parts purchase, simple mechanism This contributes greatly to the reduction of parts types and environmental conservation on a global scale.
In the following, the embodiments will be described with reference to the claims and the drawings.
If "claim 1" is explained with reference to "Fig. 1", the meaning that the treatment tank is a vertical conical shape or a vertical polygonal pyramid is that the substance in the tank is quickly gravitated around the spiral stirring blade (8). Agitating shaft connection joint of the agitation shaft (4) passing through the treatment tank top plate (3) from the inside of the treatment tank bottom (2) of the treatment tank (1) and the agitation drive unit (20). (5) On the side, in the case of small household use, etc. where the stirring torque is small, the stirring bearing uses the bearing of the stirring drive shaft (21) itself of the stirring drive machine (20), and the stirring torque is large for large models. In this case, for safety, an upper stirring bearing (6) was installed, and the lower end of the stirring shaft (4) was also mounted in a rotatable state by the lower stirring bearing (7).
The type of the stirrer shaft joint (5) was assumed to be a loose coupling in order to avoid breakage of the shaft due to repeated stress brittle fracture, assuming a fine axial center change in the process of use, installation conditions, and the like.
For fixing the spiral stirring blade (8) to the stirring shaft (4), the upper and lower mounting portions are mounted with the rotation stopper (9) and the spiral stirring blade (8) is mounted.
In addition, a transfer cylinder (13) surrounding the spiral stirring blade (8) is mounted. In this case, the transfer cylinder lower inlet (11) and the transfer pipe are transferred for the purpose of draining the decomposition water necessary for the hydrolysis treatment method. A transfer cylinder (13) having a cylinder upper outlet (12) is mounted.
The drainage filtration network (14) of the drain pipe (10) has a contact friction cleaning effect continuously by the rotation of the spiral stirring blade (8) on the spiral stirring blade (8) side and the decomposition medium material (36) or the substance in the tank. In order to prevent clogging, at the same time, meteorites by the oil film etc. on the opposite side of the spiral stirring blade (8), that is, inside the drain pipe (10), that is, the filter net washing pipe (15) is added by water supply or pump pressurization. It was pressure washed to enable continuous drainage of the decomposed water.
Since there is no need to perform drainage other than the hydrolysis treatment method, the transfer cylinder (13) may not be mounted, but if the transfer cylinder (13) needs to be mounted due to a difference in usage, at that stage, The split cylinder (13) can be installed afterwards.
The drainage pipe (10) required for the hydrolysis treatment system is equipped with a drainage filter network (14) at the tip, and the drainage pipe (10) having a filter screen washing pipe (15) is a treatment tank (1). ) Installed through the side wall.
Sometimes, the transfer pipe (13) is made of a stitch cylinder or punched metal cylinder to prevent the fine dust from being transferred to the upper part to prevent the fine dust from being scattered outside the exhaust port (20). There was an embodiment that was convenient for replacement by splitting vertically, and it was effective.
An air inlet (18) is installed in the upper end wall of the processing tank (1), and an exhaust port (19) is installed in the upper wall of the processing tank (1). In order to prevent dust discharge in the case of the system, an air filtration device may be installed.
In the space between the treatment tank (1) and the heat insulating material (22), a tank wall heating device (23) with a temperature control mechanism capable of setting a temperature suitable for each treatment method is installed.
Apart from the case of forced transfer from an externally installed hydrocracking disposer and introduction into the treatment tank (1) of the present invention, in the case of the original input, from the organic waste inlet (24) installed above the treatment tank (1) Although there is almost no risk of an accident involving a stirring blade as in the case of a commercially available horizontal-shaft stirring blade system, a drive start / stop switch (25) is installed for safety, and a watertight charging cap (26 ) Is automatically agitated, agitated, and stopped by opening and closing.
Electric control in the electric control panel (27) is a dial for arbitrarily setting the stirring time and stop time for continuous rotation and intermittent rotation for the stirring rotation of the stirring shaft (4) in the treatment tank (1). At the same time as the attached timer, a reverse rotation function was installed, and in the examples, setting was made with stirring for 3 minutes and stopping for 27 minutes, and sufficient stirring efficiency was obtained.
In addition, when the electric control in the electric control panel (27) is not used for 24 hours or more, it is automatically detected every 24 hours by using the detection of the drive start / stop switch (25) of the watertight charging cap (26). The setting was switched to the rotation of the stirring shaft (4) for minutes.
In order to prevent leakage of water vapor and dust, a wear-resistant sealing (28) is attached to the agitation shaft (4) through the processing tank top plate (3) of the processing tank (1). And sealing with a non-combustible rope on the assumption that the environment would be around 70 ° C., as in the moisture transpiration drying method.
In the case of the moisture-adjusting fermentation treatment method or the moisture transpiration drying treatment method with the original organic matter being charged, the organic waste is charged from the organic waste charging port (24), and a blower or exhaust fan (29) is attached to the air inlet.
When an externally installed hydration disposer is installed and automatically transferred to the treatment tank (1), crushed organic matter crushed thereby is introduced into the treatment tank (1) as hydrated via an external transfer pipe Since there was no need for ventilation in the treatment tank (1), the air inlet (13) became a crushed organic matter inlet, and in this case, the air blowing or exhaust fan (29) was removed.
In the case of moisture transpiration drying treatment of organic waste, the treatment tank (1) insufficient heating temperature of the tank wall heating device (23) attached to the outside, or the treatment tank (1) internal space, or the spiral stirring blade (8) When it is necessary to directly heat the material that diffuses and falls from the upper discharge port (12) of the transfer tube (13) of the transfer pipe (13), a hot air fan, an infrared heater, etc. An upper heating device (30) such as all high-heat bulbs, UV bulbs for light catalysts, and the like was attached.
In the examples, halogen spheres, infrared spheres, ceramic heaters, ultraviolet spheres and the like were used as the heat source, but all of them exhibited an effective effect.
In the case of moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method and moisture transpiration drying treatment method, when the internal temperature of the treatment tank (1) is kept constant, the former is divergence of the decomposition water retained by the decomposition medium material, the latter is organic waste Ventilation in the treatment tank (1) is necessary for the transpiration of the water content, but if the ventilation volume is large, calorie loss will occur, so an on-off valve is attached to the exhaust port (19). The temperature in the treatment tank (1) and the displacement were also controlled.
In the case of the hydrolysis treatment method, since the decomposing water stays in the treatment tank (1), the bottom part with the bottom part drainage filtration network (32) is necessary when complete drainage in the tank is required by equipment inspection or the like. A drainage pipe (33) was attached, and a bottom part drainage valve (34) was attached to the terminal, which was normally closed.
In addition, even if the treatment tank (1) is a vertical cone or a vertical polygon cone, except for the hydrolysis treatment method, if the inside of the tank is always in a completely dry state, it falls to the lower end of the spiral stirring blade due to the gravity of the substance in the tank. However, the hydrolysis treatment method is automatically transferred to the spiral stirring blade while swimming in the water.
Even if moisture-adjusted dry fermentation treatment method or moisture transpiration drying treatment method is used, when organic waste with humidity is thrown in and the inside of the tank becomes excessively moisturized, moisture adhesion sticking resistance is applied to the inclined surface of the lower inner wall of the tank. Assuming that it does not fall easily by gravity, the lower inner wall scraper (35) in the tank is fixed to the lower end of the stirring shaft (4) and rotates, and is designed to be easily introduced into the spiral stirring blade (8). The effect was outstanding.
However, the hydrolysis treatment method did not require the tank inner wall scraper (35) at all, but fine organic substances that would settle at the bottom of the treatment tank (1) were also removed by the tank inner wall scraper (35). The spiral stirring blade (8) constantly circulated in the treatment tank (1) and contributed to the disappearance of decomposition.
As shown in "Fig. 1," "Fig. 3," and "Fig. 4," discharge of the decomposition medium material (36) in the treatment tank and the entire amount of residual substances outside the treatment tank (1) Developed with this in mind, the treated product discharge pipe (37) is inclined and penetrated into the transfer cylinder (13), and the removable discharge closure lid (38) and the transfer cylinder blocking plate (39) are integrated. Thus, the transfer cylinder blocking plate (39) can also be removed by removing the discharge closing lid (38), and all substances in the processing tank (1) passing through the transfer cylinder (13) can be discharged by the stirring operation. If a discharge receptacle bag is attached to the tip of the material discharge pipe (37), if the discharge is required automatically and safely, and the discharge is urgent, increase the rotational speed of the agitation drive device in an electrical circuit for a short time. Another feature is that it can be discharged.
“FIG. 2” is a top view of the treatment tank (1) having a vertical conical tank shape, and is mechanically similar to “FIG. 1”.
In FIG. 3, waste water outside the processing machine from the treatment tank (1) is introduced into the waste water purification tank (40), but since the final discharge is completely purified waste water, each waste water purification tank (40) In this system, when there is an undecomposed precipitate, it is pumped up by various pumps such as a submersible pump, and sent back into the treatment tank (1) via the septic tank return pipe (41) for complete decomposition.
"Fig. 4" shows the agitation of the spiral agitating blade (8), including the shape of the polygonal pyramid shape in terms of installation location or design, and small models such as for home use and small shops. When there is no shaft swing force enough to operate the upper stirring bearing (6) of the shaft (4) alone, the stirring shaft (4) and the stirring drive shaft (21) of the stirring drive machine (20) It was directly connected to reduce the number of parts used, and as a result, a large input for organic waste was taken, which helped improve safety and functionality, and led to a reduction in manufacturing costs.
With the heightened awareness of global environmental protection, the Olympic Games in Phosphorus China will be held in Beijing, and the construction of residences around Beijing is becoming a legal system for effective disposal of organic waste. A little over two years, contributing to the disposal of organic waste that is indispensable for facilities such as family restaurants, cafeterias, convenience stores, food supermarkets, hamburger shops, hospital meals, school meals, factory meals, and apartments and apartments nationwide. In order to achieve this, a mechanism that fits in any environment and the number of parts can be reduced to produce the same model and reduce costs for the first time at the bottom.
Therefore, as long as each company produces its own method equipment based on a fixed concept in various types of processing processes, and as long as it uses a common sense stirring method, there are many expensive machining parts, and there are limits in terms of cost reduction. It is coming and it takes time to spread.
At the same time, there are many areas that do not have sewage drainage facilities, such as highway areas, and the most water-free fermentation-and-decomposition treatment methods have been produced in the past, but maintenance costs at the time of sewage development are the future issues. When switching the usage of the processing equipment from the reduction, it is necessary to stop purchasing new processing equipment itself, or to collect waste by using the moisture transpiration drying processing method, and compost in the secondary fermentation process. In such cases, it has been desired to develop a processing machine that can change the processing method as it is. It is the only one in the world as a processing machine that fits the whole environment.
The advantage is that instead of the expensive stirring shaft with a lot of machined parts like the conventional one, and the strong stirring blade corresponding to high and low torque, the spiral stirring blade with little torque change even if the processing method is changed. Is small and economical.
Even if the organic waste is put into the original form, it can be handled by the same processing machine by pulverizing the hydro-disperser or by the moisture evaporation drying method.
The material of the treatment tank may be SUS-304 or SUS-316, but any resin plate including FRP is sufficiently strong because of the problem of pinpoint holes due to cavitation corrosion, which is a disadvantage of SUS. The service life is longer than that of SUS.
Due to the state change in the conventional processing tank, there is no need for a squeezing stirring shaft that requires twisting strength, and the stirring shaft is too much a SUS pipe loaded with a stirring spiral blade.
The direct drive from the drive unit eliminates the need for a conventional agitation transmission chain / sprocket and eliminates the drawbacks of chain extension exchange and sprocket wear exchange, greatly contributing to reductions in maintenance and running costs.
A significant reduction in the number of parts led to a reduction in the cost structure. In addition, because the parts are the same, it was possible to place an order for the planned quantity, which produced a great merit in reducing production costs.
Since the same model can be used for all processing processes, downsizing is also possible, production costs can be greatly reduced, and it is cheaper than the traditional Korean importer that does not satisfy functionality, and is sold in the market It became possible to contribute to Japan's environmental administration.
Finally, if the entire volume of the treatment tank needs to be discharged, regardless of the size of the processing machine, simply attach a discharge bag to the tip of the processed product discharge pipe and turn on the continuous stirring operation switch. The total amount of all the substances can be discharged automatically, safely and with labor savings.

A heat insulating material (22) is provided around the processing tank (1), but in the space between the processing tank (1) and the heat insulating material (22), a tank wall with a temperature control mechanism is used for a cold region in winter. A heating device (23) is installed.
An organic waste input port (24) is mounted on the upper part of the treatment tank (1) and is sealed by a watertight input port lid (26) provided with a drive start / stop switch (25).
Electric control of the electric control panel (27) is for continuous rotation and intermittent rotation of the stirring shaft (4) in the processing tank (1), or for normal rotation and reverse rotation in the case of the hydrolysis treatment method. Install a timer-driven electric circuit with a dial to set the stirring time and stop time arbitrarily.
In the operation process of the hydrolysis treatment system, there is a separation open / close electric control mechanism at regular intervals of the cleaning water supply control solenoid valve (17) for supplying water to the filter cleaning pipe (15) of the transfer cylinder (13).
In addition, when the electric control in the electric control panel (28) is not used for 24 hours or more, the closing time of the fixed time or more is detected by using the detection of the drive start / stop switch (25) of the watertight closing lid (26). If it continues, it will automatically switch to stirring shaft (4) rotation for a fixed time for 24 hours.
A wear-resistant sealing (28) is attached to the portion of the processing tank (1) that penetrates the stirring shaft (4) of the processing tank top plate (3).
In the case of a moisture-adjusted dry fermentation treatment method or a moisture transpiration drying treatment method with original organic matter input, a ventilation or an exhaust fan (29) is attached to the exhaust port (19) for forced ventilation in the treatment tank (1). There is a thing.
In the case of the hydrolysis treatment method, when the hydrocracking is automatically transferred to the treatment tank (1) using an externally installed hydrodisperser, the crushed crushed organic matter is removed from the air inlet (18) or the exhaust port (19 ) Becomes the crushed organic matter inlet, and in this case, when the blower or exhaust fan (29) is mounted, it is detached.
In all processing methods, if there is a shortage of calories in the processing tank (1) tank wall heating device (23) with external wall installed in a cold region in winter, the upper heating device ( 30) is attached and heated separately with warm air, heat source light, or the like.
In the case of moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method and moisture transpiration drying treatment method, when it is necessary to keep the treatment tank (1) internal temperature constant, an exhaust opening / closing valve (31) is attached to the exhaust opening (19), The temperature inside the treatment tank (1) is maintained by controlling the amount of warm air exhaust in the tank.
In the case of the hydrolysis treatment method, when the drainage of the entire decomposition storage water in the treatment tank (1) for maintenance etc. is required, the bottom drainage filtration network (32) is attached to the bottom of the treatment tank (2). Then, it is drained to the outside of the treatment tank (1) by the bottom part drain valve (34) attached to the bottom drain pipe (33).
A bottom inner wall scraper (35) fixed to the stirring shaft (4) is fixed to the bottom (2) of the processing tank (1), and the bottom of the processing tank is stirred by the spiral stirring blade (8). The substance is prevented from adhering to the inner wall of the treatment tank (1) and is forced to be introduced into the transfer cylinder (13).
In the moisture adjustment fermentation treatment method and the hydrolysis treatment method, the decomposition medium material (36) is loaded, and in the case of the moisture evaporation drying treatment method, it may not be necessary to load the decomposition medium material (36). (1) When extracting the total amount of the substance, the substance in the treatment tank containing the decomposition medium material (36) passing through the transfer tube (13) is treated separately from the general method of installing the outer wall of the treatment tank. Processed discharge pipe (37) mounted through the transfer cylinder (13) of the processing tank (1) to be discharged out of the tank (1), and the transfer directly fixed to the discharge closing lid (38) A vertical conical or vertical polygonal pyramid processing device that can automatically discharge the entire amount of substances in the processing tank by removing the cylinder discharge blocking plate (39).
