Abstract
【解決手段】ターボ機械におけるタービンロータディスク11にブレード12を取り付けるための取り付け装置であって、ブレード根元部30は、ロータディスク11における相補形状のキャビティ31内に係合され且つ径方向に保持される雄部分を形成し、ブレード根元部30がキャビティ31内で軸方向に沿って移動するのを防止するための手段を有し、ブレード軸24は、ロータの回転軸10の垂直方向に対して、ターボ機械の動作の間にロータに印加される機械的および熱的応力に起因するブレード軸24の変位について少なくとも部分的に補償すべく設計された方向および角度に、傾斜されている。

Claims (10)
- ブレード根元部が、ロータディスクにおける相補形状のキャビティ内に係合され且つ径方向に保持される雄部分を形成し、ブレード根元部がキャビティ内で軸方向に沿って移動するのを防止するための手段を有する、ターボ機械におけるタービンロータディスクにブレードを取り付けるための取り付け装置であって、静止し且つ均一な温度条件下において、ブレードの軸は、ロータの回転軸の垂直方向に対して、ターボ機械の動作の間にロータに印加される機械的および熱的応力によって引き起こされるブレードの軸の変位を少なくとも部分的に補償すべくなされた方向および角度で、上流または下流に傾斜されている、前記取り付け装置。
- ブレードの軸に垂直でブレード根元部の表面と協働するキャビティの表面は、ロータの回転軸に対して角度αだけ傾斜している、請求項1に記載の取り付け装置。
- ロータの回転軸に垂直でキャビティの表面と協働するブレード根元部の表面は、ブレードの軸に垂直な方向に対して角度α’だけ傾斜している、請求項1に記載の取り付け装置。
- 角度α、α’は、ブレードの軸が、動作中のロータの回転軸に対して実質的に垂直となるように決定される、請求項2または3に記載の取り付け装置。
- 角度α、α’は、−1.5°から+1.5°の範囲内にある、請求項2または3に記載の取り付け装置。
- 静止時に、タービンの少なくとも一段のブレードの軸が上流に向けられている、請求項1に記載の取り付け装置。
- 静止時に、タービンの少なくとも一段のブレードの軸が下流に向けられている、請求項1に記載の取り付け装置。
- ブレード根元部がキャビティ内で軸方向に沿って移動するのを防止するための手段は、ロータディスクによって支持されるシールドによって所定の位置に押し込まれる、環状リテーニングリングを備える、請求項1に記載の取り付け装置。
- キャビティおよびブレード根元部は、ロータの回転軸、または回転軸に平行な平面内に前記軸に対して角度βをなす長手方向を有する、請求項1に記載の取り付け装置。
