表8に示すMeCDを主成分とした自動食器用洗浄剤に添加剤として澱粉分解酵素(アミラーゼ)を添加した洗浄剤の洗浄力への影響を調べた。評価条件は下記の通りである。
汚れ成分:米粒
被洗物 :陶器皿
洗浄方法:(1) 米粒をお湯に溶かし米汁を造り、筆でまんべんなく皿(被洗物)表面に 塗る。
(2) 米汁を塗った皿を40℃の恒温槽に30分放置して表面を乾燥する。
(3) 上記皿を自動食器用洗浄機を用いて、下記配合成分の洗浄剤を1000 倍に希釈した液で洗浄する。
洗浄力評価:洗浄前後の皿表面の汚れをヨウ素−澱粉反応により発色させ、目視で観察 した。
評価結果を表8に示す。

Detergency evaluation: The stains on the dish surface before and after washing were colored by iodine-starch reaction and visually observed.
The evaluation results are shown in Table 8.
