Description

The present invention relates to a power supply device that supplies power from the outside of a subject to an in-subject introduction device introduced into the subject, for example, a swallowable capsule endoscope (hereinafter referred to as “pill”). Is.

In recent years, pills equipped with an imaging function and a wireless function have appeared in the field of endoscopes. This pill is taken inside the organ such as the stomach and small intestine during the observation period after it is swallowed by the subject who is the subject for observation (examination) until it is naturally discharged from the subject's body. It is a structure which moves with a peristaltic motion and sequentially images using an imaging function.

In addition, during this observation period due to movement in these organs, image data captured in vivo by the pill is sequentially transmitted to an external device provided outside the subject by a wireless function such as wireless communication, and stored in a memory. Is done. By carrying an external device with this wireless function and memory function, the subject can take action without inconvenience during the observation period from swallowing the pill until it is discharged Become. After observation, a doctor or nurse can make a diagnosis by displaying an organ image on a display means such as a display based on image data stored in the memory of the external device.

An example of a system for supplying power to this type of pill is disclosed in Patent Document 1. In this system, since a radio capsule (corresponding to a pill) is placed in a living body of a subject, there is one that supplies power to the inside of the pill by transmitting power from outside the living body to the inside of the pill. That is, in this system, a power transmitting antenna is provided in an external device, and a power receiving antenna is provided in the pill. Power is supplied from the external device to the pill via the transmitting antenna and the receiving antenna, It was possible to observe pills left in the body for a long time.

1)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2001-231186 (page 3, FIG. 1)

However, in such a power transmission system, the power is simply supplied to the pill because the planar antenna provided on the surface of the clothing worn by the subject who is the subject simply supplies power. I could not.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 16, a coil-shaped conductive wire (hereinafter referred to as “coil”) 23 is three-dimensionally arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the garment 21 worn by the examinee to efficiently supply power. However, for example, when the coil 23 is disposed in the illustrated front-opening garment 21, how to wire the coil 23 at the opening 22, or the coil at the opening 22 In the case of disconnecting 23, the problem is how to connect the conductive wires of the coils when supplying power, and wiring on the mounting surface is difficult.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and efficiently supplies power to a device (intra-subject introduction device) that is introduced into a subject, such as a capsule endoscope. It is an object of the present invention to provide a power supply device that is provided with a conductive wire for performing the operation and that makes the garment having an opening portion easy to use.

In order to solve the above-described problems and achieve the object, the present invention provides power from outside the subject to an in-subject introduction device that is introduced into the subject and acquires in-subject information. A plurality of conductive wires wound around a peripheral surface of a garment that covers the subject and has an openable / closable opening, and the open parts of the garment are aligned with each other A coil forming unit that connects the conductive wires different from each other to form at least one coil, and a power supply unit that supplies power to the in-subject introduction device in contact through the coil, It is provided with.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the coil forming portion is a button-type engaging member that is connected to an end of at least one of the conductive wires and is disposed at a position facing the opening of the clothing. And the different conductive wires are connected to each other when the opposing engaging members are engaged with each other by aligning the opening portions of the clothing.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, when the engaging members are connected to ends of the plurality of different conductive wires, and the opposing engaging members are engaged with each other, the different conductive wires are continuously connected. And connecting them to form at least one coil.

The power supply device according to the present invention has a plurality of conductive wires wound around a peripheral surface of a garment, and the conductive wires different from each other when the opening portions of the garment are combined are connected by a coil forming portion. Since at least one coil is formed and power is supplied to the in-subject introduction apparatus via this coil, the power supply to the in-subject introduction apparatus can be efficiently performed and the power supply apparatus is easy to use. The effect that can be provided.

The power supply device according to the present invention connects at least one end of one conductive wire to a button-type engaging member, and when the opposing engaging members are engaged with each other, different conductive wires are connected to each other. Since they are connected to form a coil, an even more convenient power supply device can be provided.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of a power supply device according to the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings of FIGS. Note that components similar to those in FIG. 16 are denoted by the same reference numerals for convenience of explanation. The present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.

(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a system conceptual diagram showing a concept of a capsule endoscope system using a power supply device according to the present invention. In the figure, this capsule endoscope system is provided with a pill (intra-subject introduction device) 1 that is introduced into a living body, which is a subject 10, and is provided outside the living body to supply power to the pill 1. And an external device 2 that wirelessly communicates various information with the pill 1.

The pill 1, for example, irradiates a test site of the subject 10 with an LED (light emitting element), and captures an image of the subject as reflected light with a CCD (charge coupled device), and the captured image. It has a wireless function that modulates a signal into an RF signal and transmits it from a transmitting antenna, and a power receiving function that receives power via a power receiving coil wound around the peripheral surface of the capsule pill and stores it in a capacitor (Not shown). Further, the pill 1 controls the driving of the above-described LED, CCD, and the like based on various control signals superimposed on the power supply signal, for example.

As shown in the block diagram of FIG. 2, the external device 2 has a coil-like shape disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the clothing worn by the subject so as to be inductively coupled with the coil disposed on the pill 1. A conductive wire (hereinafter simply referred to as “coil”) 23 (see FIG. 16), a receiving antenna 24 for receiving the RF signal from the pill, and power supply via the coil 23, It comprises an extracorporeal unit 25 for communicating with the pill 1 via the receiving antenna 24. In addition, the external unit 25 superimposes each said control signal on the signal for electric power supply which consists of alternating current power, and supplies it to the pill 1. FIG.

The coil 23 includes a plurality of conductive wires 31 to 3m (m is an arbitrary positive number) and engaging members 41 and 42 provided at ends of the conductive wires 31 to 3m, as shown in FIG. These conductive wires 31 to 3 m are provided on the inner peripheral surface of a detachable front opening garment (for example, a vest) 21 at a predetermined interval.

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the configuration of the engaging member shown in FIG. 3 and the state of the conductive wire connected to the engaging member. In the figure, the engaging members 41 and 42 are formed of a pair of button-type members disposed at equal intervals, for example, at positions facing the opening portions 22 and 22 of the clothing 21. The engaging members 41 and 42 have a cylindrical concave portion 41a and a convex portion 42a which are fitted and engaged with each other. In order to align the positions of the terminals 41b and 42b with the terminals 41b and 42b to which the ends of the plurality of conductive lines, for example, the four conductive lines 31 to 35 are connected, respectively, to the concave portions 41a and the convex portions 42a. Positioning notches 41c and 42c are provided.

In this configuration, when the opening portions 22 and 22 of the garment 21 are aligned and the engaging members 41 and 42 facing each other are positioned and engaged with each other, the predetermined terminals 41b and 42b come into contact with each other, and different conductive wires They are connected to each other, so that one coil 23 having a predetermined pitch can be formed. Further, the engaging member 41 having the concave portion 41a covers the surface of the concave portion 41a with an insulator, and prevents the subject and the terminal from conducting and being energized. , 42 can be engaged with each other. Both ends of the coil 23 are connected to an extracorporeal unit 25 that supplies power.

Here, when the subject wears the vest 21 and engages the pair of engaging members 41 and 42 with each other, the conductive wires are continuously connected to form one coil 23. When electric power is supplied to the coil 23 from the external unit 25 (see FIG. 2), a current flows through the coil 23, and as shown in FIG. 5, a magnetic flux 3 is generated so as to penetrate the coil 23. An induced electromotive force is generated in the coil of the pill 1 inside the subject 10, and power is supplied to the inside of the pill 1.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, it is also possible to provide a detection device that detects a state in which all the conductive wires are connected. The detection device includes a current detection coil 26 for detecting a current flowing through the coil 23 and a current detection circuit 27 for detecting a current value detected by the current detection coil 26. In this embodiment, for example, when the current detection circuit 27 is connected to the external unit 25 and a predetermined current value is not detected, that is, when any of the conductive wires 31 to 3m is not connected, the external unit 25 It is possible to stop the power supply from the inside, prevent unnecessary power supply from the battery as the power supply means, and supply power only when necessary to protect the battery. . In addition, when an electric current value is detected and an overcurrent flows, it can be used as a protection circuit that stops operation for circuit protection.

Thus, in this embodiment, a plurality of conductive wires arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the garment are connected by a pair of button-type engaging members provided at the opening of the garment, and one coil Since the electric power is supplied to the in-subject introduction device (pill) inside the subject through this coil by the electromagnetic induction phenomenon, the electric power is efficiently supplied to the pill, and the conductive wire is disposed. And the convenience of the clothing which has an opening part can be made favorable.

In this embodiment, the engaging member is provided with a plurality of terminals to which the ends of the plurality of conductive wires are connected, and different conductive wires are continuously connected when the opposing engaging members are engaged. Thus, since one coil is formed, the operability of the garment having the opening can be further improved.

Further, in this embodiment, the positioning of the coil forming portion is adjusted by providing a notch for positioning on the engaging member constituting the coil forming portion so that predetermined terminals of the engaging member can be brought into contact with each other. Thus, the coil can be easily formed on the inner peripheral surface of the garment having the opening.

(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 7 is a plan view showing a second preferred embodiment of the vest in which the conductive wire according to the present invention is disposed. In this figure, in this embodiment, a predetermined interval is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the detachable front opening vest 21 and a part (in this embodiment, two conductive lines 51 and 5n are provided). Conductive wires 51 to 5n (n is an arbitrary positive number) composed of coils C1 and C2 and a portion of the coils C1 and C2 of these conductive wires 51 to 5n are opposed to the opening 22 of the vest 21. It is composed of folded-back engaging members 43 and 44 arranged at positions.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing the configuration of the engaging members 43 and 44 shown in FIG. In the figure, the engaging members 43 and 44 are formed of a pair of folded members disposed at equal intervals, for example, at positions facing the opening portions 22 and 22 of the clothing 21. The engaging members 43 and 44 have folded portions 43a and 44a having a folded shape, the folded portion 43a is folded outward, and the folded portion 44a is folded inward. 44a is provided with coils C1 and C2. Both ends of the conductive lines 51 and 5n are connected to an extracorporeal unit 25 that supplies power.

In this configuration, when the folded portions 43a and 44a are engaged with each other, the circuit configuration shown in FIG. 9 is equivalent. Here, when the subject wears the vest 21, engages the pair of engaging members 43, 44, and power is supplied from the external unit 25, current is supplied to the conductive wires 51, 52 due to electromagnetic induction. Flows, and the coil 23 is electrically formed. Further, a magnetic flux is generated so as to penetrate the coil 23, an induced electromotive force is generated in the coil of the pill 1 inside the subject 10 due to the electromagnetic induction phenomenon, and electric power is supplied into the pill 1.

As described above, in this embodiment, the conductive wire having a coil in part is disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the vest, and the coil portion is engaged at the position facing the opening of the vest. Since the coils are connected to each other so that the electromagnetic induction phenomenon occurs when the engaging members are engaged with each other and power is supplied to the pill inside the subject. Similarly, it is possible to efficiently supply power to the pill and to improve the usability of the garment in which the conductive wire is provided and the opening portion is provided.

Further, in this embodiment, simply by crossing and engaging opposing engagement members, different conductive wires are electrically connected continuously to form a coil. Usability can be further improved.

Also in this embodiment, since it is possible to provide a detection device that detects the connection state of the conductive wires, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained.

(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 10 is a plan view of an opening portion showing a second embodiment of the vest in which the conductive wire according to the present invention is disposed. In this figure, in this embodiment, engagement members 45 and 46 made of a soft magnetic material are provided in a band shape or a flat plate shape at a position facing the opening portion 22 of the vest 21. This magnetic body is composed of magnets having different polarities. For example, one end of conductive wires 31 to 3m-1 is disposed on the surface of the S-pole magnet 45, and one end of conductive wires 32 to 3m is provided on the back surface of the N-pole magnet 46. Is arranged. The magnets 45 and 46 are provided with positioning notches 45a and 46a for aligning the positions of the ends of the conductive wires 31 to 3m-1.

In this configuration, when the opening portions 22 and 22 of the garment 21 are overlapped and the opposing magnets 45 and 46 are positioned and magnetically attached, the end portions of the predetermined conductive wires 31 to 3 m come into contact with each other, Different conductive wires are connected to each other to form one coil 23 having a predetermined pitch. In this embodiment, since the current flowing through the coil 23 is large, power can be supplied to the pill 1 without being affected by the magnetic field of the magnet.

As described above, in this embodiment, the plurality of conductive wires arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the vest are connected by the magnetic bodies 45 and 46 provided in the opening portions 22 and 22 of the vest 21, so that the magnetic body 45 , 46 are magnetically attached, different conductive wires are connected to form one coil 23, and electric power is supplied to the pill 1 inside the subject 10 through this coil 23 by electromagnetic induction. As in the first embodiment, it is possible to efficiently supply power to the pill 1 and to improve the usability of the clothes having conductive wires and having an opening.

The present invention is not limited to this embodiment. For example, as shown in another example of FIG. 11, an engagement member 45 in which S poles and N poles are alternately arranged is used, and this arrangement is reversed. It is also possible to constitute so as to be magnetically attached to the opposing engaging members 46 arranged in the polarities. In this case, since magnets having different polarities are alternately arranged, the end portions of the predetermined conductive wire can be positioned without using positioning notches, and the clothing having an opening portion can be further provided. Usability can be improved.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 12, it is also possible to constitute so that the intervals between the alternately arranged magnets which are the engaging members 45 and 46 are separated. Also in this case, similarly to the above, the end portions of the predetermined conductive wires can be easily positioned with each other, and the usability of the clothing having the opening can be improved.

Moreover, it is also possible to use a hook-and-loop fastener instead of the magnet mentioned above (not shown). By disposing the hook and loop fasteners at opposing positions of the opening 22 and overlapping and engaging each other's adhesive surfaces, different conductive lines arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the vest are connected, Since a plurality of conductive wires are connected to form a single coil and power is supplied to the pill inside the subject via the coil, the same effects as in the third embodiment can be achieved.

(Embodiment 4)
FIG. 13: is a top view which shows Embodiment 4 of the vest by which the electrically conductive wire concerning this invention is arrange | positioned. In this figure, in this embodiment, it is also possible to provide an engaging member made of a fastener having a small piece member 47 and a slider 48 in the opening portions 22 and 22 of the vest 21. In this fastener, a plurality of small piece members 47 are continuously arranged at opposite positions of the opening portion of the vest, and the slider 48 engages and engages the small piece members 47 at the opposite positions.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 14, for example, the end portions of the same conductive line are connected to two small piece members 47 arranged in the opening 22, and the ends of different conductive lines are connected to each other. Between the small piece members, at least one small piece member of an insulator to which no conductive wire is connected is interposed. Then, when the small piece members 47 at the opposed positions are engaged with each other by the slider 48, different conductive wires connected to the opposed small piece members 47, in this embodiment, are wound around the inner peripheral surface of the vest. The provided conductive wires 31 and 32 and the conductive wires 32 and 33 are connected to form one coil.

Note that the ends of the same conductive wire are connected to the two small piece members that are arranged, for example, even when the meshing positions of the opposing small piece members 47 are shifted up or down by one or two steps. This is because the coil can be easily formed. In addition, the insulating small piece member is interposed between the conductive small piece members to which the ends of the different conductive wires are connected, so that the plurality of conductive wires are connected to each other and it is difficult to form a coil. Is to prevent.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, a detecting device for detecting a state in which all the conductive wires are connected to the small piece members 47 arranged at the uppermost portion of the opening 22 is provided. As shown in FIG. 15, this detecting device connects the end of the conductive wire 53 installed in the ground to the two small piece members 47a and 47b at the uppermost portion of the opening 22 and applies the reference voltage VDD. The end of the line 54 is connected to the small piece member 47c facing the small piece members 47a and 47b.

When the opening 22 is open to each other and the small piece members 47a, 47b and 47c are not meshed with each other, or when the small piece members 47a, 47b and 47c are not properly meshed with each other, they are connected to the conductive wire 54. A voltage detection circuit 55 detects the reference voltage VDD. Further, when the small piece members 47a, 47b and 47c are correctly meshed by the sliding operation of the slider 48, the conductive wire 54 is connected to the grounded conductive wire 53, so that the voltage detection circuit 55 is set to 0V. Therefore, it is possible to detect the presence or absence of connection of the conductive wires.

As described above, in this embodiment, a plurality of conductive wires arranged on the inner peripheral surface of the garment are connected by the engaging member made of a slide-type fastener provided in the opening portion of the garment, and the small pieces facing each other. When the members are engaged with each other, different conductive wires are connected to form one coil, and power is supplied to the pill through this coil by electromagnetic induction, so as in the first embodiment, Efficiently supplies power to the pill and easily connects different conductive wires with a slide-type fastener, further improving the usability of clothing having conductive wires and having an opening. be able to.

Further, in this embodiment, when the voltage detection circuit is connected to the external unit and the predetermined voltage value is not detected, that is, when the conductive wire is not in the correct connection state, the power supply from the external unit is stopped. Thus, it is possible to prevent useless power supply from the battery as the power supply means and to protect the battery. In addition, when a voltage value is detected and an overcurrent flows, it can be used as a protection circuit that stops the operation to protect the circuit.

In this embodiment, the small piece member to which the end portion of the conductive wire is connected is made of a conductor member. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, only the end portion of the conductive wire is exposed. It is also possible to protect the contacts by connecting to the small piece member of the insulator so that the end portions of the exposed conductive wires come into contact when the opposed small piece members are engaged with each other.

In these embodiments, the conductive wire is connected to form one coil. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the conductive wire can be divided to form a plurality of coils. . For example, the upper, middle, and lower coils of the vest are formed, and both ends of each coil are connected to the external unit so that the coil that supplies power is switched according to the position of the pill in the subject. It is also possible to configure.

Also, the receiving antenna 24 shown in FIG. 2 can be configured to be wound around the coil 23. In this case, the antenna divided by the opening 22 is connected to the receiving antenna 24 using the engaging member with the same configuration as that of the above-described embodiment.

In the present invention, a conductive wire is provided so that both ends of one conductive wire are connected when the engaging member is engaged, and at least one helical coil body and at least one helical coil body are provided. The above rings may be formed. Further, in the present invention, at least one or more rings may be simply formed.

Furthermore, in the present invention, if the power supply device is configured to cover, for example, a portion of the neck portion of the subject, the jacket of the subject's esophagus can be covered with a coil body or the like. it can. In this case, if the coil body covering the esophagus part is made denser (having a smaller pitch width) than the other parts, even when the pill passes through the esophagus in a short time, power is suitably supplied. It becomes possible to do.
