Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、液体と気体の混合気4を発生するための噴霧装置に関する。発生した混合気4は好ましくは圧縮のためにノズル装置3内に案内され、このノズル装置内で混合気4の運動エネルギーの大部分が気体の圧力上昇によって圧縮エネルギーに変換される。噴霧装置2はほぼ中央の空気供給管16と、この管16を取り囲む、液体のためのノズル室18とを備えている。ノズル室18内に旋回液体流を発生するための手段17が噴霧装置に配置され、旋回液体流は管16を取り囲むノズル開口19を経て流出する。

Claims (6)
- 液体と気体の混合気(4)を発生するための噴霧装置であって、発生した混合気(4)が好ましくは圧縮のためにノズル装置(3)内に案内され、このノズル装置内で混合気(4)の運動エネルギーの大部分が気体の成分の圧縮エネルギーに変換される、上記噴霧装置において、噴霧装置(2)がノズル本体(20)を備え、このノズル本体が気体の媒体のためのほぼ中央の管(16)と、この管(16)を取り囲む、液体の媒体のための回転対称のノズル室(18)とを備え、液体供給部(17)がノズル室(18)内に旋回液体流を発生するための手段を備え、液体が管(16)を同軸に取り囲むノズル開口(19)を経てノズル本体(20)から流出することを特徴とする噴霧装置。
- 液体供給部(17)が接線方向からノズル室(18)に開口していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の噴霧装置。
- ノズル室(18)がリング状のノズル開口(19)に向けて先細になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の噴霧装置。
- 噴霧装置(2)によって液体と気体の混合気(4)を発生するための方法であって、発生した混合気(4)が特に圧縮のためにノズル装置(3)内に案内され、このノズル装置内で混合気(4)の運動エネルギーの大部分が気体の成分の圧縮エネルギーに変換される、上記方法において、噴霧装置(2)のノズル開口(19)から旋回液体流が流出し、流れ方向に広がる中空円錐状の渦巻き噴霧(21)を発生し、気体の媒体(13)が中央の供給部(16)から、中空円錐状噴霧(21)内に形成された負圧領域(22)内に流入することを特徴とする方法。
- 旋回液体流れが気体の媒体を供給するための管(16)を取り囲むノズル室(18)内で発生させられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 旋回液体流れがノズル室(18)内で、接線方向からノズル室(18)に開口する少なくとも1つの液体供給部(17)によって生じることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
