Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lock mechanism having a small projecting dimension from a door surface.
[0002]
Locks with small projecting dimensions from the door surface are required in various situations.
It is dangerous for people to always pass through the locks on the inspection doors facing the corridors and the fire doors that are always open, and to have protrusions from the doors.
There is a sense of incongruity when there is a protruding handle in a Japanese-style room.
However, in a lock having a latch bolt, an operation for retracting the latch bolt is required, so that a handle protruding to retract the latch bolt is required.
There are few easy-to-handle types of locks with small handle protrusions.
[0003]
[Prior art]
A lock with a small bulge from the door surface that has been widely used in the past will be described with reference to FIG. A is a case handle lock. To use the case handle lock, pull the latch bolt by turning the handle that is contained in the Bulakan. Push or pull the door while turning the handle to open the door.
The problem with this case handle is that it is difficult to cause the handle. The handle is also difficult to hold and operate compared to ordinary lock handles.
[0004]
B is a digging puller. This handle has no latch bolt. Therefore, the latch bolt cannot be retracted.
However, this digger is easy to use when pulling the door open and pushing it open. The protrusion from the door surface is small, and it is considered that a functional and easy-to-use lock can be achieved if a latch bolt is assembled to this digging handle.
[0005]
A rarely seen lock with a small protrusion from the door surface will be described with reference to FIG. The door and frame cross sections are shown in black.
A is a push-pull lock. By pulling the pull handle from the side that pulls the door open, the latch bolt pulls in and the door opens at the same time.
From the side that pushes the door open, pressing the push handle pulls the latch bolt and opens the door at the same time.
This lock is easy to use, but considering the protrusion from the door surface of the handle, the protrusion becomes large because a movable stroke of the push handle on the pushing side is required.
When the dimension of the movable stroke is normal, there is a problem that it protrudes from the door surface.
[0006]
B is a lock called LL type used for the door.
Push the pusher with your fingertip to pull in the latch bolt, and press or pull the pusher to open the door.
The problem with this lock is that it is strange to push the pusher with your fingertips when opening the door. In addition, since it is pushed sideways with the fingertips, it does not apply much force and is difficult to open when pressure is applied to the latch bolt.
Structurally, large strength cannot be expected.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
If there is no latch bolt on the lock, the unlocked door cannot be locked at the closed position.
It is a lock with a latch bolt, and there are few protrusions from the door surface, it has strength, it is easy to use, and it is a subject to make a lock with versatility.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
There is a digging handle shown in FIG. 5B which does not have a latch bolt but is easy to use.
There is a push-pull lock shown in FIG.
When these two are considered in combination, the push-side handle will be on a business trip.
If the handle on both sides of the door is a pull handle, it can be eliminated.
In conventional lock handles, there is no one that pulls the handle on the side that pushes the door and opens it or causes it to be triggered.
[0009]
Is it difficult to operate it by pushing it open?
When pursuing this, I realized that most of the indoor handles at the door of the car were this method.
When opening the door of the car from the room, it will cause a handle and push the door open.
There is no sense of incongruity in this operation, and there is no inconvenience.
There is a difference in structure between the handle structure and the lock structure of an automobile, but a structure that can be operated similarly may be used.
Although a mock test was performed, it is easier to use than it looks.
It becomes easier to use by devising the shape of the handle.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The flat lock mechanism according to claim 1 will be described with reference to FIG. The door and frame cross sections are shown in black.
On the side where the door is pulled open, the handle (4) with the latch bar (8) is assembled to the handle case (3) with the rotating shaft (7).
When the handle is not operated, the handle is stored in the handle case by the spring (19).
When opening the door (11), put a finger in the recess (12) of the handle case, and pull the handle, the latch bar pushes the latch bar receiver (17) of the latch bolt (2) and retracts the latch bolt.
When the hand is released from the handle after opening the door, the latch bolt is pushed by the latch spring (18) and protrudes. The structure on the side that pushes and opens the door is the same as the side that pulls and opens.
[0011]
When the door is closed, the latch bolt hits the lock receiver (5) and is pushed, resulting in the state shown in FIG. 3B. If the door is fully closed, the state shown in FIG. 3A is obtained.
The bulge from the door surface of the flat lock mechanism becomes the bulge dimensions (20) and (21) when the handle is housed in the handle case when the operation is not performed, and the bulge can be kept small.
[0012]
The operation of the flat lock mechanism will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 4A shows the operation from the side of pulling and opening the door.
Put the finger (22) into the recess of the handle case and hang it on the handle (4).
If pulled as it is, the latch bolt is pulled in and the door opens.
[0013]
FIG. 4B shows the operation from the side that pushes and opens the door.
Put a finger (23) other than the thumb into the recess of the handle case and hang it on the handle (14) to cause the handle. Latch bolt pulls in by causing the handle.
If you hold the thumb (24) against the handle case or door, the door will open.
The action of causing the handle with a finger other than the thumb and simultaneously pushing the door with the thumb can be operated with a natural action by adding a wrist snap action.
[0014]
In the past, no locks were found to pull or cause a handle operation from the door opening side.
However, this is often the case when pushing a car door from the room.
The lock is also opened by the same operation, and a flat lock mechanism with a small protruding dimension from the door surface can be realized when the handle is not operated.
