【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の食品の製造工場は出入口をきちんとしていても完全でなく、例えば、農村近郊などにある工場では、周囲の自然界に多数の昆虫が生息しており、又、汚水や雨水の排水管路にはトラップなどのガス逆流防止の機能のないものが多く、工場のみでなく一般家庭も一緒に使用している汚水や雨水が集められる集水枡やU字溝は、水が腐って悪臭や虫が大量発生し易く、この集水枡やU字溝に開口している排出口から小さな羽虫などが工場や家庭内に連通する排水管路から侵入したり、悪臭が入ってくるなどの問題点があり、又、工場や家庭内の複数の換気扇が連なった換気管路において外に開いた排出口から羽虫が侵入したり、悪臭が逆流したり、食品の品質や人の健康に有害な車の排ガス、ホコリ、花粉、カビなどが侵入する問題点があった。

本発明はこれらの問題点を解消し、排水や換気の管路から悪臭や小さな羽虫や有害な微小物質などの侵入を防止する流体排出口の封口装置を提供することを目的とする。

本発明は上記の目的を達成すべく、排出流体により開弁する以外は閉弁状態の封止弁と、該封止弁を枢支し流体の排出口部に嵌着可能な封止弁支持手段とからなる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の1実施の形態を図1乃至図4により説明する。

1は本発明の1実施の形態である流体排出口の封口装置を示し、該封口装置1は円形又は方形の板状体からなる封止弁2と、該封止弁2を枢支し排出流体の排出口部Aに嵌着可能な封止弁支持手段3とからなり、該封止弁支持手段3は前記排出口部Aの内周面或いは外周面に嵌着可能な管部4と該管部4の先端部4aの上部に設けた前記封止弁2を枢支するためのヒンジ部5とからなる。

そして図1に示す例では、該排出口Aの内周面に嵌着した管部4の先端部4aは斜めに形成しており、ヒンジ部5の支点5aより封止弁2は図1で常に右側に重心が変位した斜めの状態となり該封止弁2自体の重力により先端部4aに当接するように形成した。

又、図2に示す例では、管部4の先端部4aが垂直に形成されており、ヒンジ部5にスプリング5bを設けて該スプリング5bの弾発により封止弁2を該先端部4aに当接させるように形成している。

排出口部Aに嵌着する管部4は、連続した環形の筒体に形成されているか又は図4に示す如く切り込み溝部4bを設けた断面C字状の筒体4dに形成してもよく、この断面C字状の筒体の場合に、管部4を前記排出口部Aの内周面に嵌着する時には管部4について該排出口部Aの内周径よりやや大きなC字状の筒体4dの外径に形成し、管部4を該排出口部Aの外周面に嵌着する時には管部4について該排出口Aの外周径よりやや小さなC字状の筒体4dの内径に形成し、C字状の筒体4dの弾性で該筒体4dを排出口部Aの嵌着面に密着するようにした。
