Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to an ultraviolet sterilization apparatus that removes dirt from an ultraviolet sterilization lamp.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the sewage treatment process such as sewage, instead of chlorine sterilization, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of ultraviolet lamps 3 supported by a socket 2 are mounted in the sewage pipe 1, and the socket 2 is connected to the sewage pipe 1. It is known that an external power supply 4 is connected, an ultraviolet lamp 3 supplied with power from the power supply 4 is turned on, and sewage flowing through the sewage pipe 1 is sterilized with ultraviolet light. The ultraviolet rays that are produced are strong and have no advantage of producing by-products. However, since the ultraviolet lamp 3 is immersed in the sewage in the sewer pipe 1, the filth adheres to the surface of the ultraviolet lamp 2 and is sterilized. There is a problem of weakening.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to solve this problem, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, the ultraviolet lamp 3 is passed through the center hole 5a of the hard rubber ring 5, and the hard rubber ring 5 is moved by a motor (not shown) or the like. Although the filth on the surface of the ultraviolet lamp 3 is scraped off by the central hole 5a of the hard rubber 5, in this method, the filth is forcibly removed. There is also a known method of coating the surface of the ultraviolet lamp 3 with a resin that is less likely to be contaminated with dirt. There was a drawback of being expensive.
[0004]
[Means to solve the problem]
The present invention provides an ultraviolet sterilization treatment apparatus in which an ultraviolet lamp is mounted inside a sewage pipe and the sewage flowing through the sewage pipe is irradiated with ultraviolet rays from the ultraviolet lamp to sterilize the sewage. An ultrasonic transmission member having a built-in ultrasonic vibrator is attached to the ultrasonic lamp, and the ultraviolet lamp is vibrated ultrasonically by ultrasonic waves transmitted from the ultrasonic vibrator of the ultrasonic transmission member, and dirt is attached to the ultraviolet lamp. In addition, an ultrasonic transmission member incorporating the ultrasonic transducer is mounted on the socket side where the ultraviolet lamp is mounted.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
According to the present invention, an ultrasonic wave is transmitted from an ultrasonic wave transmission member to an ultraviolet lamp by attaching an ultrasonic wave transmission member incorporating an ultrasonic vibrator to an ultraviolet lamp mounted inside a sewer pipe. The ultraviolet lamp is ultrasonically vibrated by the sound wave, and this ultrasonic vibration is high-speed vibration (tens of thousands of times per second), and therefore, dirt attached or deposited on the surface of the ultraviolet lamp is not easily attached or deposited on the ultraviolet lamp. UV lamps do not lose their ability to irradiate ultraviolet rays for a long time.
[0006]
【Example】
FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of an ultraviolet sterilization treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. A lamp receiver 6b and a presser spring 6c are attached to an end portion 6a of a waterproof case 6, and an ultrasonic vibrator 7 is provided inside the waterproof case 6. An ultrasonic transmission member 8 that is mounted and fixed to one end of the waterproof case 6 is configured at the end of the ultrasonic transducer 7, and the lamp receiver 6 b and the presser spring 6 c of the waterproof case 6 of the ultrasonic transmission member 8 The end 3 a of the ultraviolet lamp 3 shown in FIG. 3 is sandwiched, and the end of the end 3 a of the ultraviolet lamp 3 is in contact with the end 6 a of the waterproof case 6.
[0007]
In the ultraviolet sterilization treatment apparatus of the present embodiment configured as described above, the ultraviolet lamp 3 is ultrasonically vibrated by applying an ultrasonic oscillator as an oscillation output from an oscillator (not shown). Due to vibration (tens of thousands of times per second), dirt on the surface of the UV lamp 3 is difficult to adhere to. Therefore, the UV lamp 3 does not lose its irradiation ability for a long time and can continue to sterilize the waste water. it can.
[0008]
In the above embodiment, the ultrasonic transmission member 8 is attached to the end of the ultraviolet lamp 3, but as shown in FIG. 2, the ultrasonic transmission member 8 is inserted into the socket 2 to which the ultraviolet lamp 3 is attached. The same effect can be obtained even if is attached.
[0009]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the ultraviolet sterilization treatment apparatus of the present invention, the ultrasonic transmission member from the ultrasonic transmission member to the ultraviolet lamp is mounted by mounting the ultrasonic transmission member incorporating the ultrasonic vibrator on the ultraviolet lamp mounted inside the sewer pipe. Ultrasonic waves are transmitted, and the ultraviolet lamp is ultrasonically vibrated by the transmitted ultrasonic waves. This ultrasonic vibration adheres to or accumulates on the surface of the ultraviolet lamp due to high-speed vibration (tens of thousands of times per second). Soil is less likely to adhere to or deposit on the ultraviolet lamp, and the ultraviolet lamp has the advantage that the ability to irradiate ultraviolet rays does not deteriorate for a long time.
