<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clip excellent in workability which has strong fixing strength to a linear object. <P>SOLUTION: The clip is composed of a linear object holding part 14 having a linear object storing groove 13 capable of storing the linear object 10, a pressing plate 17 integrally and continuously connected to the linear object holding part 14 via a thin-wall hinge 15, a lock claw 16 provided to the tip of the pressing plate 17, a plate-like part 19 integrally provided to the side opposite to the thin-wall hinge of the linear object holding part 14, a claw locking part 20 provided to the plate-like art 19, and an anchor member 24 fixed on the rear face of the plate-like part 19. この発明は、自動車等においてワイヤハーネスをパネルに固定するために用いるワイヤハーネス用クリップ等に適用して好適なクリップに関する。

【従来の技術】
自動車等においてワイヤハーネスをパネルに固定するクリップとして、ワイヤハーネスを締付け固定するバンドに、パネル側の取付穴に係合するアンカーを一体成形したバンドクリップが一般的である。
また、薄肉ヒンジを介して一体連結された2つの部分でワイヤハーネスを挟み、前記2つの部分の先端にそれぞれ設けたロック爪と爪係止部とからなるロック機構でワイヤハーネスを固定する構造のクリップも種々提案されている(特開平11−262139、特開平8−68479等)。

図8は特開平11−262139のものであるが、このクリップ1は、ワイヤハーネスを把持するクリップ本体2が、薄肉ヒンジ3を介して一体連結された一対の半リング部4、5からなり、各半リング部4、5の薄肉ヒンジ3と反対側の先端部にロック爪6aと爪係止部6aとからなるロック機構6を設けている。そして、ロック機構6と反対側にアンカー7を一体に設けた構造である。

図9は特開平8−68479のものであるが、このクリップ1’も同様に、クリップ本体2’が薄肉ヒンジ3’を介して連結された2つの部分すなわちベース板4’と押さえ板5’とからなり、このベース板4’と押さえ板5’とでワイヤハーネスHを挟み、両者4’、5’にそれぞれ設けたロック爪6’aと爪係止部6’bとからなるロック機構6’でロックする構造である。なお、このクリップ1’はロック機構6’を両側に、すなわち薄肉ヒンジ3’の反対側だけでなく同じ側にも設けている(ただし一方は補助ロック機構として)。
このクリップ1’の場合、アンカー7’とロック機構6’とが互いに反対側ではないが、ロック機構6’がアンカー7’の方向と直交する方向にあり、少なくとも同じ側ではない。
また、ロック爪と爪係止部とによるロック機構では一般に、このロック機構6’と同様に、ロック爪が内側に突出する形状、爪係止部が外側に突出する形状とするのが通常である。
図9において、9はワイヤハーネスHに直接当たるリブ、8はパネル、8aはパネル8にあけた取付穴である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来の単なるバンドにアンカーを固定したバンドクリップは、構造が簡単でコストが安いが、ワイヤハーネスに対する固着力が弱く、ワイヤハーネスから外れたり回転したりする恐れがある。また、バンドで締付ける作業は煩雑であり、作業性が悪い。
図8のクリップ1は、バンドクリップと比べてワイヤハーネスに取り付ける際の作業性は良いが、ワイヤハーネスに対する固着力が必ずも十分強いとは言えない。また、ロック機構6がアンカー7と反対側にあり前方に突出しているので、ロック機構6の部分に何か物が当たってロック解除となることも有り得る。

図9のクリップ1’は、同様にバンドクリップと比べてワイヤハーネスに取り付ける際の作業性は良い。
また、ワイヤハーネスに対する固着力もある程度強いと思われるが、爪係止部6’bをワイヤハーネス受け部(ベース板4’)に直接形成した構成では、ロック爪6’aを十分深くするとロック解除時に外しにくくなるので、ロック爪6’aの深さはそれほど深くはできず、固着力が必ずしも十分に強固とも言い難い。また、2箇所にロック機構6’がある構造は、煩雑でありコストが高くなる。
また、ロック機構6’の位置がパネル8の面に添う方向にあっても、やはりこの部分に何か物が当たってロック解除となることも有り得る。

本発明は上記従来の欠点を解消するためになされたもので、ワイヤハーネス等に取り付ける際の作業性がよく、ワイヤハーネスに対する固着力が強く、また、ロック機構部分に何か物が当たってロック解除となる恐れのないクリップを提供することを目的とする。

上記課題を解決する本発明のクリップは、線状体を収容可能な線状体収容溝を持つ線状体受け部と、この線状体受け部に薄肉ヒンジを介して一体連接された押さえ板と、この押さえ板の先端に設けた外向き突起状のロック爪と、この線状体受け部の前記薄肉ヒンジと反対側に中空部を介在させて当該線状体受け部と一体に設けられた板状部と、この板状部の上端部に形成された、前記ロック爪が係合可能な内向き突起状の爪係止部と、板状部の背面に設けられた、パネルにあけた取付穴に係合可能なアンカーとを備えたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明の一実施形態のクリップ11の一部切欠き正面図、図2は同平面図、図3は図2のA−A断面図、図4(イ)は図3のB−B断面図、同図(ロ)は(イ)のC−C断面図、図5は図3のD−D断面図(但しアンカー部材は不図示)、図6は把持対象の線状体であるワイヤハーネス10を把持した状態のクリップの正面図である。図示例のワイヤハーネス10は、2本の電線10aをチューブ10b内に収容したいわゆるチューブドワイヤである。

この実施形態のクリップ11は、ワイヤハーネス10を把持して自動車等のパネルに取り付けるためのワイヤハーネス用クリップであり、図3等に示すように、ワイヤハーネス10を収容可能な線状体収容溝13を持つ線状体受け部14と、この線状体受け部14に薄肉ヒンジ15を介して一体連接された押さえ板17と、この押さえ板17の先端に設けた外向き突起状のロック爪16と、この線状体受け部14の前記薄肉ヒンジ15と反対側に中空部18を介在させて当該線状体受け部14と一体に設けられた板状部19と、この板状部19の上端部に形成された、前記ロック爪16が係合可能な内向き突起状の爪係止部20とを備えている。前記ロック爪16と爪係止部20とは、押さえ板17と線状体受け部14とをみだりに外れないように係合させるロック機構23を構成する。以上の線状体受け部14、押さえ板17、板状部19等の部分(図1等で線分aの右側部分)をクランプ本体12と呼ぶ。そして、このクリップ本体12の板状部19の背面に、パネル22にあけた取付穴22a(図7参照)に係合可能なアンカー21を持つアンカー部材24を固定している。

前記押さえ板17には、線状体収容溝13に収容されたワイヤハーネス10を先端部で弾性的に押し付ける板バネ片25を設けている(図4(イ)、(ロ)参照)。この板バネ片25は、押さえ板17に互いに向き合う逆向きの2つのコ字形穴26を形成することで、それぞれコ字に囲まれる形で2つ形成されており、先端側がワイヤハーネス10側に向く傾斜で互いに対称形状をなしている。
クリップ11でワイヤハーネス10を把持した時(図6参照)、この板バネ片25でワイヤハーネス10を押し付けることで、ワイヤハーネス10に対する固着力が増大する。

また、押さえ板17の内側面には、線状体収容溝13に収容されたワイヤハーネス10に接触する円弧状の凹面27aを持つ隆起部27を形成している。
クリップ11でワイヤハーネス10を把持した時(図6参照)、この隆起部27の凹面27aでワイヤハーネス10に対して強い押し付け力を作用させることができ、この点でも、ワイヤハーネス10に対する固着力が増大する。
なお、隆起部27の凹面27aを、ざらざらした粗面にして摩擦を大きくすると、把持したワイヤハーネス10が線状体収容溝13内を長手方向に移動するのを防ぐために効果的である。

また、押さえ板17のロック爪16と反対面に、ロック解除操作用の突起28を形成している。この突起28の存在で、ロック爪16を爪係止部20から外す際に、ロック爪16および押さえ板17に図6の矢印P方向の力を加えることが容易であり、ロック解除の操作が容易である。
また、爪係止部20を上端部に持つ前記板状部19は、図3のD−D断面図(但しアンカー部材24は不図示)である図5に示すように、線状体受け部14と一体の中空部側壁18aに対して下部連接部18bを介して連接するのみで、この下部連接部18bから立ち上がった形状なので、この板状部19は線状体受け部14に対して図6で矢印Q方向の前後に若干撓むことができる。このため、前記突起28の存在と相まって、ロック爪16が深くてもこれを爪係止部20から外す操作は比較的容易であり、これにより、ロック爪16の深さを深くして、爪係止部20との係合を堅固にすることができ、この点でもワイヤハーネス10に対する固着力を十分強固にすることができる。

前記アンカー部材24は、基板部29と、この基板部29に一体連接する略長方形断面の軸21aの両側に係止羽根21bを形成した前述のアンカー21と、このアンカー21の軸21aの基部に連接されてアンカー21を囲む弾性傘状部31と、クリップ本体12への取付部32とからなる構造である。また、基板部29と取付部32との間を中空にして両者29、32間に若干の距離を設けているので、ロック機構23をアンカー21側に配しているにも拘わらず、アンカー部材24がロック操作解除用の突起28に指を掛ける際の邪魔にならない。なお、係止羽根21bは、図7のようにその先端の段差部21cでパネル22の取付穴22aに係合する。

アンカー部材24とクリップ本体12とは、別個に樹脂成形した別部材であり、この別部材のアンカー部材24の前記取付部32を接着剤でクリップ本体12の板状部19の背面に固定している。但し、アンカー部材24をクリップ本体12に固定する手段は、上述の接着接合に限らず、超音波(振動)接合、溶着接合、圧入構造など任意である。
アンカー部材24がクリップ本体12とは別部材なので、ワイヤハーネスの形状・寸法等に対応した複数種のクリップ本体12と、パネルの穴径・板厚等に対応した複数種のアンカー部材24を用意しておき、それぞれの条件に合致するものを選択して組み合わせることができ、種々のバリエーションに対応したクリップを容易に製造することができる。
但し、アンカー部材24をクリップ本体11と樹脂一体成形してもよい。

上記のクリップ11でワイヤハーネス10をパネル22に固定する要領を説明する。まず、クリップ11の線状体受け部14にワイヤハーネス10を挿入し、次いで、押さえ板17を倒して若干強く押し込むと、ロック爪16がその傾斜面で爪係止部20の上面を摺動して下降し、図6のように爪係止部20に係合する。これにより、押さえ板17が開かないようにロックされる。
このように、ワイヤハーネス10を線状体収容溝13に挿入し押さえ板17を押し込むという簡単な操作でワイヤハーネス10を把持できるので、従来のバンドクリップと比べて作業性は極めて良好である。
また、ロック爪16と爪係止部20とによるロック機構23が、クリップ11の手前側ではなくアンカー21側(パネル22側)に、すなわち、奥まった位置にあるので、このロック機構23の部分に何か物が当たる恐れは少なく、ロック解除となってしまうことを防止できる。
また、ロック爪16が外向き突起状、爪係止部20が板状部19の内側の中空部18に突出する内向き突起状であり、ロック機構23の部分が板状部19の内側に隠された態様となる点でも、ロック機構23の部分に何か物がロック解除となる恐れは少ない。

上記のクリップ11で把持するワイヤハーネスは、実施形態のようなチューブドワイヤに限るものでなく、種々の形状・寸法のワイヤハーネスに適用でき、用途も自動車用に限らず種々の用途のワイヤハーネスに適用できる。さらに、ワイヤハーネスに限らず種々の電線に適用でき、また、電線に限らず、種々の線状体(1本の線状体、または複数本の線状体の束)を把持する場合に適用できる。

【発明の効果】
本発明のクリップによれば、ワイヤハーネス等の線状体を線状体収容溝に挿入し押さえ板を押し込むという簡単な操作で線状体を把持できるので、従来のバンドクリップと比べて作業性は極めて良好である。
また、ロック爪と爪係止部とによるロック機構が、クリップの手前側ではなくアンカー側(パネル側)に、すなわち、奥まった位置にあるので、このロック機構の部分に何か物が当たる恐れは少なく、通常の使用状態でロック解除となってしまうことを防止できる。また、ロック爪が外向き突起状、爪係止部が内向き突起状である点でも、ロック機構の部分に何か物が当たってロック解除となる恐れは少ない
