上記目的を達成するために、本発明の口紅用容器またはケースは、透明または半透明の材料からなるとともに、一端側が開口し、他端側が閉塞された筒形状をしており、内部に口紅を収容する収容体と、この収容体の一端側を覆い、両端が閉塞された筒形状をしている閉塞体とをヒンジ部を介して接続してなる（請求項１）。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図１（Ａ）および（Ｂ）は、本発明の第一実施例に係る閉状態および開状態の口紅用容器またはケース（以下、ケースという）Ｄの構成を概略的に示す斜視図、図２は、前記ケースＤの構成を概略的に示す縦断面図である。
ケースＤは、内部に口紅Ｌを収容する収容体１と、この収容体１の一端側を覆う閉塞体２とをヒンジ部３を介して接続してなる。
