Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a roaster equipped with a detachable storage which can be heated and cooked and which can be detached from the outside.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for example, in a built-in type heating cooker incorporated in a kitchen or the like, a pot or the like is placed on a top plate on an upper surface, and an induction heating coil or a nichrome wire heater provided in a lower portion inside the pan is placed. And a roaster which is operated from the front of the cooker main body and enables heating (baked) cooking of fish and the like.
Of these, the roaster cooks directly for cooking, so the inside of the cooking chamber is easily contaminated and needs to be cleaned as needed. Therefore, in order to facilitate the cleaning work, a configuration has been proposed in which the cooking cabinet is configured to be able to be taken out of the cooking appliance main body, so that the washing can be easily performed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2001-112641 A (Page 2, FIG. 4)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
According to the above configuration, it is easy to clean dirt in the cooking chamber, and it is possible to clean every corner of the cooking chamber, which is convenient.
However, there is a risk that the cooking chamber which is completely removed as described above may be used by mistake after being cleaned, and may be left unattended. And it is not preferable in terms of heat resistance and safety because the temperature control in the refrigerator cannot be performed accurately.
In order to cope with this, for example, it is conceivable to provide a safety switch responding to the attachment / detachment of the cooking chamber. However, providing an ON / OFF switch in an atmosphere heated at a high temperature requires safety and long-term reliability. Is not a good idea.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and accordingly, an object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily detect forgetting to attach a detachable heating cooking cabinet and prevent erroneous use from occurring. To provide a roaster.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a roaster of the present invention comprises, as a first means, a fixed storage as a heating and cooking storage, and a detachable storage which is detachably housed in the fixed storage from the outside and in which a heating means is arranged. And a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in the fixed storage is provided in the fixed storage, and the presence / absence of the detachable storage can be detected based on the detection result of the temperature in the storage (claim 1). Invention).
[0007]
According to such means, it is possible to forget to attach and remove the detached storage box that is detached because it is detachable for cleaning, and it is possible to prevent erroneous use in which the heating operation is continuously performed as it is, and therefore, the convenience of detachability can be improved. Without losing, it is possible to eliminate the fear of safety or the problem of the finished cooking.
[0008]
Further, in order to achieve the above object, the roaster of the present invention comprises, as a second means, a fixed storage as a heating cooking storage, and a detachable storage which is detachably housed in the fixed storage from the outside and in which a heating means is arranged. A first temperature sensor is provided in the fixed housing, and a second temperature sensor is provided in the mounting / removing housing, and each of the first and second temperature sensors detects a temperature in each of the housings. The presence or absence of the detachable storage can be detected based on the result (the invention of claim 2).
[0009]
According to such a means, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, the detection accuracy is improved by detecting the temperature in each storage, and it is possible to accurately and promptly detect the removable storage.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the first and second temperature sensors are disposed at substantially the same height (the invention of a third aspect).
[0011]
According to such a configuration, by making the conditions for temperature detection by each temperature sensor common, the detection result based on each measured temperature can be made more accurate and reliability can be improved.
[0012]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, when the temperature difference between the first and second temperature sensors is smaller than a predetermined value, it is determined that there is no detachable storage. The invention of claim 4).
[0013]
According to such a configuration, the presence or absence of the detachable storage can be quickly and reliably determined by using the temperature difference.
[0014]

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional plan view of a main part cut along line AA of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the roaster 8 is partitioned by a rectangular box-shaped heat shield case 10 in the cooker main body 3, and is provided in a space configured to block heat transfer. Only the left side in the figure is opened.
[0017]
The roaster 8 has a double cooking configuration including a fixed storage 11 disposed in the heat shield case 10 and a removable storage 12 that is detachably accommodated in the fixed storage 11. The fixed housing 11 has a rectangular box shape with an open front, and is fixed facing the opening 3 b of the front plate 3 a of the main body 3. The attachment / detachment case 12 also has a rectangular box shape with an open front (see also FIG. 2 described later), and two flat ribs 11 a projecting from the inner bottom surface of the fixed case 11 and extending in the front-rear direction. The front plate 3a is positioned and accommodated by being placed on the upper surface thereof so that the flange portion 12a of the opening peripheral edge of the front surface thereof contacts the peripheral edge of the opening portion 3b of the front plate 3a.
[0018]
Although not shown, in order to hold the detachable storage 12 in a stable storage state in the fixed storage 11, the detachable storage 12 is elastically supported or combined with a detachable engaging means. Then, an appropriate supporting means is provided. Therefore, the attachment / detachment case 12 can be slid on the rib 11a and taken out of the opening 3b by pulling it forward against the above-mentioned supporting means. Can be inserted by simple operation until it comes into contact with it, so that it is detachable.
[0019]
In addition, a heat generating means for heating the object to be cooked B such as a fish is provided in the detachable storage 12, and is provided with a meandering upper heater 13 composed of, for example, a sheathed heater (see FIG. 3 described later). A lower heater 14 is provided, and the base end of the lower heater 14 is attached and fixed to a rear wall portion 11b of the fixed housing 11, and is led out through the rear wall portion 12b of the removable housing 12. .
[0020]
As is well known, a roaster plate 15 slidable on the bottom surface of the loading / unloading cabinet 12 for accommodating the object B to be cooked between the upper and lower heaters 13 and 14 and supported by the roaster plate 15. A grill 16 is provided, and the roaster plate 15 is integrally connected to a door 17 that opens and closes a front opening. Accordingly, if the roaster plate 15 and the grill 16 are pulled out to an appropriate position by pulling the door 17 forward with the handle 17a, the food B can be taken out.
[0021]
In addition, the specific configuration of the detachable box 12 will be described with reference to FIG. 2 as well. As described above, the lower heaters 13 and 14 are fixed to the fixed box 12 while the heating means and the lower heaters 13 and 14 are fixed. In order to make the cabinet 12 slidable, through holes 18 and 19 through which the heaters 13 and 14 can be inserted are formed vertically on a rear wall portion 12b of the detachable cabinet 12. The through holes 18 and 19 have a horizontally long shape that is equal to or larger than the width of each of the heaters 13 and 14, and in this embodiment, a shielding member 20 formed by cutting and raising the lower edge of the upper through hole 18. Is extended rearward, and its end is disposed close to the rear wall 11a of the fixed housing 11.
[0022]
Therefore, in a state where the detachable storage 12 is housed in the fixed storage 11, the shielding member 20 is disposed below and in the vicinity of the upper heater 13 as shown in FIG.
However, when it is desired to clean the detachable case 12, the door 17 is pulled forward, the roaster plate 15 and the grill 16 are integrally pulled out and taken out. The upper and lower heaters 13 attached to and fixed to the fixed housing 11 can be completely taken out to the outside while leaving the lower heater 13, so that cleaning can be easily performed.
[0023]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a through hole 21 is formed in the rear wall portion 12 b of the attachment / detachment 12 at the lower right side of the shielding member 20. This allows a second temperature sensor 24, which will be described later, for detecting the temperature in the removable storage 12 to be inserted therethrough. This is because it is fixed and the temperature detecting section on the tip side is held at a position where the temperature detecting section extends to the inside of the detachable storage 12.
In FIG. 2, projecting portions 22 extending in the front-rear direction are provided on both left and right sides of the loading / unloading case 12, but this causes an unintentional upward movement of the roaster plate 15 sliding on the bottom surface. It is for regulating and guiding horizontal movement.
[0024]
The temperature sensor of the roaster 8 will now be described. In the present embodiment, two temperature sensors 23 and 24 each composed of, for example, a thermistor are provided. That is, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, both are fixed to the rear wall portion 11 b of the fixed housing 11, and the first temperature sensor 23 has a temperature detecting part of the fixed housing 11 and the removable housing 12. It is located between each of the rear wall portions 11b and 12b and functions as a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in the so-called fixed housing 11.
On the other hand, the other second temperature sensor 24 has a temperature detecting portion extending to the inside of the detachable case 12 through the through hole 21, and functions as a temperature sensor for performing temperature detection in the detachable case 12. .
[0025]
These temperature sensors 23 and 24 are mounted side by side, for example, as is apparent from FIG. 3, and are disposed at substantially the same height as shown in FIG. Therefore, these temperature sensors 23 and 24 are provided at the same height position on the same rear wall portion 11b, and the installation conditions for detecting the internal temperature of the fixed storage 11 and the removable storage 12 are the same, and the description of the operation will be made. Thus, a comparison result, which is a temperature difference described later, is accurately obtained.
[0026]
Next, the operation of the roaster 8 having the above configuration will be described with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG.
First, as shown in FIG. 1, to-be-cooked food such as fish is to be cooked. The food B is placed on the grill 16 and the door 17 is closed. . Then, after setting the heating conditions, the timer time limit, and the like, including the ON operation of the power switch by the operation unit 9, the start switch is operated to start the heating cooking.
[0027]
Hereinafter, a description will be given with reference to the flowchart of FIG. 5 showing the control contents of the main part. This is an example in the case where the time (H) for heating and cooking is set, and the timer starts with the start of operation (step S1). ) At the same time, the upper and lower heaters 13 and 14, which are the heat generating means, are turned on to generate electricity (step S2), and the object to be cooked B is heated from above and below to start grilling.
Then, after a lapse of some time, the process proceeds to step S3, where the results of temperature detection by the first temperature sensor 23 and the second temperature sensor 24, which are temperature sensors, are compared.
[0028]
That is, the first temperature sensor 23 normally detects the temperature in the fixed housing 11 in a state in which the detachable housing 12 is housed (referred to as a measured temperature T1), while the second temperature sensor 24 operates in a heated atmosphere. Is detected (hereinafter referred to as a measured temperature T2), and it is determined whether or not the temperature difference (T2-T1) is equal to or less than a predetermined value. In this case, since the detachable case 12 is in a normal accommodation state, the temperature T2 in the detachable case 12 during heating is naturally much higher than the temperature T1 in the fixed case 11, and the temperature difference (T2−T1). Results in exceeding a predetermined range value set in advance, and therefore is not less than or equal to the predetermined value and is determined as "NO".
[0029]
This is performed until it is determined that the normal heating cooking is in progress and the cooking time reaches the set predetermined time. In the next step S4, it is monitored whether the predetermined time (H) has elapsed. If “YES” has elapsed, the process proceeds to step S5, in which the upper and lower heaters 13 and 14 are turned off and deenergized, and a buzzer (not shown) notifies the end of the predetermined time (step S6). The cooking is ended, the timer is reset, and the apparatus enters a standby state.
The second temperature sensor 24 for detecting the temperature in the detachable storage 12 may be used as an input signal for controlling the internal temperature of the upper and lower heaters 13 and 14 to a predetermined temperature via a control device (not shown). It is used to control the heating of a so-called cooked object.
[0030]
By the way, it is conceivable that when the detachable case 12 is cleaned, the detachable case 12 is taken out to the outside as described above, and after the cleaning, the door 17 or the roaster plate 15 or the like is forgotten to be attached. In this case, since it is not visible from the outside, it is conceivable that the heating means is preheated by supplying electricity to the heating means from that state, or that the cooking object is erroneously heated and cooked. There is a fear that heat treatment is not performed and that a good finish cannot be obtained by heating.
[0031]
However, in such a case, since the first and second temperature sensors 23 and 24 do not have the detachable case 12, temperature detection is performed under almost common installation conditions. Temperature detection in the fixed housing 11 is performed, and the measured temperature difference (T2−T1) is substantially zero or only slightly.
Therefore, when used in such a state, the temperature difference (T2−T1) is determined to be “YES” which is equal to or less than the predetermined value in the above-described step S3, and this is an abnormal state in which the detachable storage 12 is not present. Is determined.
[0032]
For this reason, thereafter, the process proceeds to step S7, in which the upper and lower heaters 13 and 14 are immediately turned off to deactivate, an abnormality is notified by a buzzer for a predetermined time, and an error display is continuously lit on the display unit of the operation unit 9. It is displayed to inform the user of an abnormal situation (step S8). Therefore, the user can quickly detect and deal with an abnormal situation in which the user has left the attachment / detachment case 12 unattached, and can prevent the heating operation from being continued in an erroneous use state.
[0033]
Thus, the present embodiment has the following effects.
As a temperature sensor of the cooking chamber of the roaster 8, there are provided first and second temperature sensors 23 and 24 having a fixed chamber 11 and a detachable chamber 12 for detecting the temperature in each chamber. The presence / absence of the detachable storage 12 can be detected based on the above.
This is because the temperature of the inside of the detachable storage 12 on which the upper and lower heaters 13 and 14 serving as the heat generating means are disposed greatly changes depending on the presence or absence of the first and second temperature sensors 23 and 24. The measurement temperatures T1 and T2 are compared, and the presence or absence of the detachable case 12 can be determined based on the relative temperature difference. For example, when the heating operation is performed without the detachable case 12, these first and second operations are performed. Since the detected temperatures T1 and T2 are substantially the same and rise by the same temperature by the temperature sensors 23 and 24, the temperature difference between them is at least a small difference that is equal to or less than a predetermined value. It can be easily and reliably determined that there is no 12.
[0034]
Therefore, if the user forgets to attach the detachable case 12, the heating means is immediately turned off based on the above result to eliminate the danger of continuing the heating operation, and to notify the user using a buzzer or a display unit. Since an erroneous use form can be corrected, it is possible to eliminate the anxiety accompanying the convenience without making the detachable case 12 detachable for cleaning.
In this case, based on the large change in the internal temperature of the fixed storage 11 as described above, the temperature change caused by only the first temperature sensor 23 is compared with a predetermined value in the normal range, and the presence or absence of the removable storage 12 is determined. May be detected. However, according to the first and second temperature sensors 23 and 24 as in the present embodiment and the means for determining the presence or absence of the detachable storage 12 based on the relative temperature difference, It is advantageous in that it is unaffected, reliable and reliable.
In particular, in the present embodiment, the two temperature sensors 23 and 24 are attached to the rear wall 11b of the fixed housing 11, which is substantially the same location, and are provided at the same height position. At the same time, the detection result can be made more reliable.
[0035]
In addition, since the shielding member 20 is provided between each of the temperature sensors 23 and 24 and the upper heater 13 adjacent above the temperature sensors 23 and 24, radiant heat from the upper heater 13 and heat leaked from the attaching / detaching chamber 12 which are originally unnecessary are directly transferred. Without being received, the temperature inside the fixed storage 11 side by the temperature sensor 23 can be accurately detected. For this reason, in this embodiment, the shielding member 20 only needs to be a configuration that can shield at least the first temperature sensor 23 from unnecessary heating factors, and may be configured as a separate member, Various specific shapes such as reduction in size according to the configuration are also conceivable.
[0036]
In addition, the second temperature sensor 24 can also be used without complicating the configuration, since it can also be used for controlling the temperature for cooking in the detachable storage 12 in which the heating means is arranged.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above and shown in the drawings. For example, the present invention is not limited to the one incorporated in a three-port type cooking device, but may be a roaster alone. In this case, various changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
[0037]
【The invention's effect】
As is evident from the above description, the roaster of the present invention is configured such that the cooking chamber comprises a fixed storage and a detachable storage provided with a heating means and is detachable, and the temperature in the fixed storage is detected by a temperature sensor. The presence or absence of the detachable storage can be detected based on the detection result.
As a result, it is possible to prevent an erroneous use in which the heating operation is continuously performed with the detachable storage box detached because the detachable detachable box is provided for cleaning. Therefore, it is possible to provide a roaster that can be expected to have a practical effect, such as eliminating the problem of the finish of heating cooking or the concern about safety without losing the convenience of being detachable.
