【発明の目的】
この発明は、生鮮食料品や日用雑貨や小物等を、品質維持できる状態で適正に梱包すると共に、良好な外観が得られるよう店頭に陳列することを実現可能とする陳列用の収容パックに関するものであって、特に、果実を見栄えが良く収容する上で好都合であり、しかも、収容した果実等収容物の形や色付き等の品質を一目で確認することができるようにする新規な構造からなる果実等陳列兼用収容パック、およびそれを用いた新規な構成の桜桃果実の梱包方法を提供しようとするものである。

【従来の技術】
桜桃は、果実部分と長い果柄とからなっていて、食品パックへの詰め方や並べ方によって価格が大きく変動してしまうことから、その詰め方には工夫がなされていて、一般に「バラ詰め」と「本詰め（別名：石垣詰め）」とが実施されている。その中、「バラ詰め」というのは、読んで字の如く、プラスチック製または段ボール製のパックや箱等に桜桃を無造作に所定量収容してしまうようにする詰め方のことであり、非常に簡単である反面、果柄と果実との向きが一定せずに煩雑な収まり方となって、当然埋もれる果実も生じてしまうことから、手間暇を掛けていないというだけではなく、見栄えが悪いとして販売価格が低下してしまう欠点があり、これに対し、「本詰め」は、恰も石垣を積み上げるように桜桃の果実部分のみが表に現れ、果柄を中に隠すようにする熟練を要する詰め方によるもので、縦横に整然と並べられていて「食べる宝石」とまで称される程に外観に秀れていることら、格段に商品価値が上がって販売価格も高く設定されることとなる。

しかしながら、この従前からの「本詰め」作業は、熟練者であっても５００ｇ用プラスチック容器に収容するのに約１５分程度は掛かって作業効率を悪くしてしまう上、かなりの熟練を必要としていて作業者が限定されてしまう等、価格の高騰化を招く要因となっていて、低価格化された海外製品に対抗できなくするばかりではなく、産地間競争力を落としてしまうという大きな欠点にも繋がることから、それらに対処すべくして、例えば、実開平６−１８２１３号公報の、整理板の網目に桜桃を通過させることによって果柄が網目にかかり、果実部分が先に落ちるので、収容容器を反転させると容器上面に色付きの良い果実部分が現れ、見た目の良い箱詰め作業を簡便に行うことができるようにした「サクランボの箱詰め用治具」考案が提案されていて、経験の少ない人やアルバイト達等であっても比較的簡単、短時間の中に「本詰め」が実施できるように工夫されたものもある。

この提案済みとなっている整理板利用の「本詰め」されたプラスチック容器の場合にも、熟練者が箱詰めした場合と同様、裏返しにして詰め作業を実施してから当該容器を反転させて容器としての表側を上にし、その上方から見た場合になって初めて、桜桃の果実部分が容器に沿ってその内側に整列するようにして見栄え良く見え、果柄部分は裏側に隠れるようにしたものであることから、店頭に並べられた桜桃入りパックを、消費者が、パック内部の桜桃の品質もついでに確認しようとしてパックを反転させてしまうと、容器底部側の果柄部分だけが露となってその奥に埋もれてしまっている果実があまり良く確認できなくしてしまうという弊害を伴っていて、店頭で未確認のまま購入してしまったがために、見えない内部に品質の悪い桜桃が紛れ込んでいた等という苦情に繋がることにもなり兼ねなかった。

この発明は、以上のようにな実情に鑑み、そうした弊害がこれまで長期間に渡って放置され続けていたという事実に疑問を抱き、パックを反転させても収容物である桜桃果実等の形や色付き、変色具合等の品質を確実に確認でき、しかもデザインに優れて購買意欲を高めることができるようにした収容パックはできないものかとの判断から、逸速くその開発、研究に着手し、長期に渡る試行錯誤と幾多の試作、実験とを繰り返してきた結果、今回、遂に新規な構造の果実等陳列兼用収容パック、およびそれを用いた新規な構成の桜桃果実の梱包方法を実現化することに成功したものであり、以下では、図面に示すこの発明を代表する実施例と共に、その構成を詳述していくこととする。

【発明の構成】
図面に示すこの発明を代表する実施例からも明確に理解されるように、この発明の果実等陳列兼用収容パックは、基本的に次のような構造から成り立っている。
即ち、周辺フランジ部の少なくとも主要輪郭形を同一形とし、夫々当該周辺フランジ部の内側を凹所に成形して上向き透明収容部としたパック体一対が、ヒンジ部を介して連結、一体化されると共に、それら両パック体上向き透明収容部の開口面の少なくとも何れか一方には、薄板状蓋体が組み合わされてなる構成を要旨とする果実等陳列兼用収容パックである。

この基本的な構造からなる果実等陳列兼用収容パックを、より具体的なものとして示すと、周辺フランジ部の少なくとも主要輪郭形を同一形とし、夫々当該周辺フランジ部の内側を凹所に成形して上向き透明収容部としたパック体一対が、ヒンジ部を介して連結、一体化されると共に、それら両パック体上向き透明収容部の開口面の少なくとも何れか一方には、薄板状蓋体が組み合わされてなるものとし、両パック体をヒンジ部で折り畳み、互いの周辺フランジ部同士を対峙、当接状としたとき、薄板状蓋体が、両上向き透明収容部の各開口面を閉鎖状としたまま内部中心位置に止まって隠蔽状にされてしまう一方、両上向き透明収容部の各底面内側は、何れも外部から透視可能となるようにした構成の果実等陳列兼用収容パックということができる。

また、上記した構成の果実等陳列兼用収容パックを、換言すると、周辺フランジ部の少なくとも主要輪郭形を同一形とし、当該周辺フランジ部の内側を凹所に成形して上向き透明収容部としたパック体一対が、ヒンジ部を介して連結、一体化されると共に、それら両パック体上向き透明収容部の開口面の少なくとも何れか一方には、薄板状蓋体が組み合わされてなるものとし、両パック体をヒンジ部で折り畳み、互いの周辺フランジ部同士を対峙、当接状としたとき、薄板状蓋体が、両上向き透明収容部の各開口面を閉鎖状としたまま内部中心位置に止まって隠蔽状にされてしまう一方、両上向き透明収容部の各底面内側が何れも外部から透視可能となり、各上向き透明収容部の底面内側に接する姿勢に収めた果実等がそのまま飾り面となるようにした果実等陳列兼用収容パックであるということができる。

そして、上記のとおりの構成を基本とするこの発明の果実等陳列兼用収容パックは、以下のような幾つかのより望ましい態様の果実等陳列兼用収容パックを包含している。
先ず、その一つが、周辺フランジ部の少なくとも主要輪郭形を同一形とし、当該周辺フランジ部の内側を凹所に成形して上向き透明収容部としたパック体一対が、ヒンジ部を介して連結、一体化されると共に、それら両パック体上向き透明収容部の各開口面には、夫々薄板状蓋体が組み合わされてなるものとし、両パック体をヒンジ部で折り畳み、互いの周辺フランジ部同士を対峙、当接状としたとき、両上向き透明収容部の各開口面を閉鎖状とする薄板状蓋体同士が背中合わせとなって内部中心位置に隠蔽状にされてしまう一方、両上向き透明収容部の各底面内側が何れも外部から透視可能となるようにした果実等陳列兼用収容パックである。

続いて、周辺フランジ部の少なくとも主要輪郭形を、適所に把手形成部を有した同一形とし、当該周辺フランジ部の内側を凹所に成形して上向き透明収容部としたパック体一対が、ヒンジ部を介して連結、一体化されると共に、それら両パック体上向き透明収容部の開口面の少なくとも何れか一方には、薄板状蓋体が組み合わされてなるものとし、両パック体をヒンジ部で折り畳み、互いの周辺フランジ部同士を対峙、当接状としたとき、薄板状蓋体が、両上向き透明収容部の各開口面を閉鎖状としたまま内部中心位置に止まって隠蔽状にされてしまう一方、両上向き透明収容部の各底面内側は、何れも外部から透視可能となる上、両把手形成部が接合して一つの把手部を形成するようにした果実等陳列兼用収容パックもその一つである。

さらに、周辺フランジ部の少なくとも主要輪郭形を同一形とし、当該周辺フランジ部の内側を凹所に成形して上向き透明収容部としたパック体一対が、ヒンジ部を介して連結、一体化されると共に、何れか一方のパック体周辺フランジ部の一もしくは多数適所に凸状ボスを形成し、他方のパック体周辺フランジ部の対応箇所は凸状ボスが嵌合可能な凹状ボス穴を形成し、両パック体上向き透明収容部開口面の少なくとも何れか一方には、薄板状蓋体が組み合わされてなるものとし、両パック体をヒンジ部で折り畳み、互いの周辺フランジ部同士を対峙、当接状としたとき、薄板状蓋体が、両上向き透明収容部の各開口面を閉鎖状としたまま内部中心位置に止まって隠蔽状にされてしまう一方、両周辺フランジ部の凸状ボスと凹状ボス穴とが嵌合して両パック体同士が閉鎖状に連結され、両上向き透明収容部の各底面内側は、何れも外部から透視可能となるようにした構成からなる果実等陳列兼用収容パックも包含している。

さらには、周辺フランジ部の少なくとも主要輪郭形を、適所に把手形成部を有した同一形とし、当該周辺フランジ部の内側を凹所に成形して上向き透明収容部としたパック体一対が、ヒンジ部を介して連結、一体化されると共に、何れか一方のパック体周辺フランジ部の一もしくは多数適所に凸状ボスを形成し、他方のパック体周辺フランジ部の対応箇所は凸状ボスが嵌合可能な凹状ボス穴を形成し、両パック体上向き透明収容部の開口面の少なくとも何れか一方には、薄板状蓋体が組み合わされてなるものとし、両パック体をヒンジ部で折り畳み、互いの周辺フランジ部同士を対峙、当接状としたとき、薄板状蓋体が、両上向き透明収容部の各開口面を閉鎖状としたまま内部中心位置に止まって隠蔽状にされてしまう一方、両周辺フランジ部の凸状ボスと凹状ボス穴とが嵌合して両パック体同士が閉鎖状に連結され、両上向き透明収容部の各底面内側は、何れも外部から透視可能となる上、両把手形成部が接合して一つの把手部を形成するようにした果実等陳列兼用収容パックもそうである。

パック体は、その上向き透明収容部内に多数の果実を収容可能とすると共に、一対のパック体同士が互いに施蓋状に接合し、閉鎖状に梱包可能とする機能を果たすものであり、一対のパック体同士の互いに対応する端部側の適所に、ヒンジ部を設け、このヒンジ部を折り畳むことにより、双方が互いに閉鎖された状態に接合するよう形成したものとしなければならず、少なくとも上向き透明収容部を無色透明な素材によって形成する必要があり、製造上等からは周辺フランジ部および上向き透明収容部ならびにヒンジ部が、同一の合成樹脂によって一体成型によるものとするのが望ましいといえる。

周辺フランジ部は、上記各パック体の周辺部分にその主要輪郭形が略一致するようにして形成され、両パック体をヒンジ部で折り畳んで各々の周辺フランジ部を対峙さると、その主要輪郭縁部分が重なって当接状となって後述する上向き透明収容部の空間を閉鎖状にすると共に、同上向き透明収容部を補強して形状を維持する機能を果たすものであり、比較的硬質に形成され、収容された果実重量や運搬等によって容易に変形しない程度の強度をもつものとしなければならず、必要に応じて一対のパック体同士の嵌合部を形成したり、把手部を形成すること等が可能であり、イラストや写真、模様等を印刷、顔料の添加、その他によって表示するものや、それらを印刷した台紙等を挟み込んだ構造にすることも可能である。

凸状ボスおよび凹状ボス穴は、上記一対のパック体の各周辺フランジ部の一方に凸状ボス、対応する他方に凹状ボス穴を夫々一体成形したものとし、必要時に双方を押圧、嵌合することにより、接着剤やステープラー、金具類、その他の連結構造を使用することなく、一対のパック体を互いに閉鎖してその状態を持続させる機能を果たすものであり、凸状ボスの先端側外径は、凹状ボス穴の開口部直径より僅かに大きく形成され、ボタン状に着脱して、パック体同士を開閉可能に閉鎖するものとし、周辺フランジ部の一箇所または多数箇所の互いに対応する箇所に形成し、閉鎖した後には、収容果実の重量や運搬による振動等によって不用意に離脱、開放しない程度に十分な連結強度を確保できる形状に形成したものとしなければならない。

把手形成部は、既述の一対のパック体を閉鎖状に接合したときに、把手部を形成して果実等陳列兼用収容パック全体がハンドバッグやカバン状に把持可能にする機能を果たすものであり、一対のパック体に形成された把手形成部が、双方とも同一形状をなして互いに重ね合わせると持ち運びに十分な強度を確保できるようにしたり、一方の把手形成部と他方の把手形成部とが、互いに把手部の一部ずつを形成するものとして、一対のパック体同士を閉鎖したときに、互いの欠陥部分を補って一個の把手部を形成するようにしたものとすることができる。

上向き透明収容部は、各パック体の上記した周辺フランジ部に囲まれるか、殆ど囲まれるようにして形成された、何れも上方を開口面として多数の果実を収容可能とする機能と共に、そこに収容された果実が、該上向き透明収容部の底部を通して外部から観察できるものとし、梱包状態のままであっても収容された果実の色や形を見て品質や鮮度等を確認可能とする機能をも果たすものであり、透明な素材、例えば透明合成樹脂素材（無色透明なものが望ましいが、必要に応じて有色透明のものとすることもできる。）から形成されたものとしなければならず、その容量は自由に設定することが可能であり、収容果実個数や重量等に応じて適宜設定すれば足りるものであって、その形状もまた、後述の実施例に示すもののようにハート型にする等、果実の収納性や全体の商品価値に繋がるデザインを考慮して自由に選択することが可能である。

ヒンジ部は、同一平面上に展開状とした一対のパック体を互いに閉鎖状に折り曲げることを可能にすると共に、開封の際には、それら閉鎖状とした一対のパック体を逆に同一平面上のものにまで展開して各々の開口面を開放状とするようにする機能を果たし、パック体の上記した周辺フランジ部同士の適所を回動自在な連結構造にして、同一合成樹脂製の薄肉、脆弱部から一体成型したものとするのが望ましいが、二つのパック体を、別体に形成されたヒンジ部と接着または金具連結等によって開閉自在に連結したものとすることもできる。

薄板状蓋体は、詰め作業の後にパック体同士を当接、閉鎖したり、既に収容されたパックを開封する際に、収容されている果実等が、上向き透明収容部内から溢れ出ないように抑え込み、パック体同士を閉鎖した後には、双方の上向き透明収容部に収容された果実が、反対側に移動したり、姿勢を変えてしなうことのないよう、双方の上向き透明収容部間を仕切る機能を果たすものであり、上向き透明収容部開口を隠蔽状に閉鎖可能な形状および寸法に形成した厚紙やプラスチック薄板等、単層素材による外、段ボールや発泡ポリスチレン等ある程度の保形性ある素材等によるものとすることができる。

そして、この薄板状蓋体は、前出の周辺フランジ部適所に一体的に形成され、折り畳んで上向き透明収容部開口を閉鎖するようにしたものや、上向き透明収容部開口を挟んで向かい合う周辺フランジ部にアリ溝状をなす一対の案内レールを設け、これら案内レール間に嵌合状に挿し通して上向き透明収容部開口を閉鎖するものとする外、周辺フランジ部に上向き透明収容部開口の周囲に沿って凹欠枠部を形成し、該凹欠枠部に周縁部を単純に嵌合、装着可能にするか、あるいは単に施蓋するためだけの平板状で一切嵌合、装着手段を備えないで組み合わせる、全くパック体とは別体に形成したものとすることもできる。

なお、この薄板状蓋体は、上記したとおり、双方の上向き透明収容部間を仕切って収容されている果実等が零れてしまわないようにする機能を果たす外、必要に応じ、上向き透明収容部開口から上向き透明収容部開口側に向けて収めらる多数の果柄が、反対側の上向き透明収容部を通して見えなくする遮蔽機能をも果たし得るようにするために、不透明な素材から形成されたものとすることができる外、その表面を、収容物の説明やその宣伝広告、地域の由来、雑学知識その他各種記事の記載面に利用したり、開封後には、予め用意された折り目に従って折曲、組み立てると小さな果物受けその他のものに立体化することができるようにする等、本来の機能以外の機能を付加して商品価値がより高められるよう工夫したものにすることができる。

【関連する発明】
上記した果実等陳列兼用収容パックに関連し、この発明には、当該果実等陳列兼用収容パックを用いた桜桃果実の梱包方法も包含されており、その構成は、基本的に次のとおりのものである。
即ち、周辺フランジ部の少なくとも主要輪郭形を、適所に把手形成部を有した同一形とし、夫々当該周辺フランジ部の内側を凹所に成形して上向き透明収容部としたパック体一対が、ヒンジ部を介して連結、一体化されると共に、何れか一方のパック体周辺フランジ部の一もしくは多数適所に凸状ボスを形成し、他方のパック体周辺フランジ部の対応箇所は凸状ボスが嵌合可能な凹状ボス穴を形成し、両パック体上向き透明収容部の開口面の少なくとも何れか一方には、薄板状蓋体が組み合わされてなるものとし、両パック体をヒンジ部で折り畳み、互いの周辺フランジ部同士を対峙、当接状としたとき、薄板状蓋体が、両上向き透明収容部の各開口面を夫々閉鎖状としたまま内部中心位置に止まって隠蔽状にされてしまう一方、両周辺フランジ部の凸状ボスと凹状ボス穴とが嵌合して両パック体同士が閉鎖状に連結され、両上向き透明収容部の各底面内側は、何れも外部から透視可能となる上、両把手形成部が接合して一つの把手部を形成するようにした前記までのこの発明に包含される果実等陳列兼用収容パックを用いた桜桃果実の梱包方法である。

そして、この発明の桜桃果実の梱包方法の、より望ましい構成によるものとしては、周辺フランジ部の少なくとも主要輪郭形を同一形とし、夫々当該周辺フランジ部の内側を凹所に成形して上向き透明収容部としたパック体一対が、ヒンジ部を介して連結、一体化されると共に、それら両パック体上向き透明収容部の開口面の少なくとも何れか一方には、薄板状蓋体が組み合わされてなる果実等陳列兼用収容パックを用い、両パック体上向き透明収容部の夫々に、果実が容易に通過し、果柄が引っ掛かる程度の網目を有する整理板を使って多数の桜桃を通過させ、その過程で果実を下、果柄を上方とした姿勢にして透明収容部開口付近まで桜桃果実を整然と収容した上、当該開口面を薄板状蓋体で閉鎖してそのまま内部中心位置に止まって隠蔽状となるよう両パック体をヒンジ部で折り畳み、互いの周辺フランジ部同士を対峙、当接状として両上向き透明収容部の各底面内側に収容、配置された桜桃果実が、何れも果柄が内向きとなって隠れ、主として果実部分だけが外部から透視可能となるよう収容されてしまうようにした、前記までのこの発明に包含される果実等陳列兼用収容パックを用いた桜桃果実の梱包方法であるということができる。

この発明の果実等陳列兼用収容パックの梱包には、両パック体をヒンジ部で平面状に開き、開口面が上方に解放された状態として、桜桃果実等収容物がびっしりと隙間なく、しかも、収容物の主要な面、例えば桜桃果実であれば、その果実部分が底に着き、果柄は上になる姿勢（即ち、桜桃果実を普通に摘んだ姿勢。したがって、作業に特段の配慮が不要。）となるようにして手作業によって詰めていくようにしてもよいが、より効率化しようとすれば、果実が容易に通過し、果柄が引っ掛かる程度の網目を有する整理板を使って詰め作業を実施するようにすれば、好都合のものとなる。

この梱包方法は、特に桜桃果実を梱包するのに適しているとはいうものの、桜桃以外にも、苺、葡萄、李、ブルーベリー等の他の果実類や、ナッツ類や野菜類といった青果物の外、全く青果物と関係のない、例えばハンカチ、ネクタイ、靴下、手袋、女性用下着類、各種アクセサリー等といった多様な物品用の小物販売パックや機械部品販売パックとする等として、用途を限定しないで種々の製品陳列兼用収納パックとして利用することも可能であり、あるいはまた、例えば、桜桃用パックとして使用したものを、捨てないで小物入れに転用する等といった活用も随時可能となる。
以下では、図面に示すこの発明を代表する実施例と共に、その構造について詳述することとする。

【実施例】
図１の果実等陳列兼用収容パックの斜視図、図２の桜桃を収容した果実等陳列兼用収容パックの正面図、図３の桜桃を収容した果実等陳列兼用収容パックの側面図に示される事例は、主要輪郭形状を同一とした周辺フランジ部の内側を凹所に形成して上向き透明収容部としたパック体の一対を、ヒンジ部を介して連結、一体化すると共に、両パック体上向き透明収容部の開口面の少なくとも何れか一方に、薄板状蓋体を組み合わせたものとする、この発明の基本的な構成を兼ね備えた果実等陳列兼用収容パックの代表的な一実施例について取り上げてみたものである。

当該果実等陳列兼用収容パック１は、ポリプロピレンやポリエチレン等の合成樹脂による無色、透明な一体成型品とするよう形成されており、一対のパック体２，２が、互いの突合せ端部間を、薄肉状脆弱部分からなるヒンジ部４によって互いに接合状に閉鎖、展開状に開放可能とするよう、回動可能に連結したものとされ、各パック体２は、主要輪郭形を同一の略矩形状とした平板状の周辺フランジ部２１を有し、その内側に平面矩形型の凹形状をなし、底面にヒンジ部４側からパック体２遊端側にかけて水平状且つ多数条であって桜桃７を多数段に渡り、収容可能とする半円筒状の収容溝３１，３１，……を形成し、周辺フランジ部２１から収容溝３１までの深さ寸法を、桜桃果実７１の平均的直径よりも僅かに深く設定し、多数個の桜桃７を単一層状に収容可能とした上向き透明収容部３を形成したものとなっている。

何れか一方のパック体２遊端側左右角部付近の周辺フランジ部２１には、閉鎖梱包の際の接合面側に円柱状に突出し、先端側の直径が僅かに拡大状としてなる凸状ボス２２，２２を形成し、これに対応する何れか他方のパック体２遊端側左右角部付近の周辺フランジ部２１には、円柱状であって底部側直径が僅かに拡大され、左右の凸状ボス２２，２２を嵌合可能とした凹状ボス穴２３，２３が形成されたものとなっている。また、双方のパック体２の遊端側中央の周辺フランジ部２１は、平板円弧状に延伸された上、その略中央の同一箇所には、肉厚方向に穿孔された略楕円形の貫通孔であって同一形状とした把手形成部５１，５１が形成されたものとなっている。

さらに、各周辺フランジ部２１，２１の一側縁部には夫々、薄肉脆弱部からなるヒンジ部分を介して、対応する各上向き透明収容部３，３を閉鎖可能な矩形平板状の薄板状蓋体６，６が設けられている。
なお、前記上向き透明収容部３は、桜桃果実７を単一層状に収容するものとして示したが、二層以上の多数層状（石垣状）に収容できる深さ寸法に設定したものとすることも可能であり、しかも、図４の果実等陳列兼用収容パックの変形例の斜視図に示すように、その形状をハート型としたり、あるいはダイヤ型、星型、三角形状、円形状等その他の形状とすることも可能である。
