Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0035】
<考察>

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to tissue paper and articles containing the tissue paper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The tissue paper is stored in a storage box called a carton having a slit-shaped outlet on the upper surface and is commercially available. Generally, tissue paper is a so-called two-ply state in which two pieces of tissue paper are stacked, and when a piece of tissue paper is taken out through a slit of a film attached to a window on the upper surface of the storage box, a part of the next piece of tissue paper is obtained. Is exposed to the outside and is folded in a so-called pop-up system so that it can be easily taken out next time, and stored in a storage box.
[0003]
In this way, commercially available tissue paper includes a so-called soft type that is specialized for directly touching the skin, and is generally compared to a general-purpose type that is commercially available in a pack of five. Rice tsubo is as high as about 13 to 20 g / m 2 .
[0004]
By the way, the present inventors, regarding general-purpose type tissue paper, based on the results of surveying the trends of consumers, based on the results of surveys of consumers, raised the actual feeling of use of consumers considering the use of the most frequently used droppings. A general-purpose tissue paper has been disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-255944.

Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-255944
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A survey of the consumer trends of soft tissue paper shows that the majority of consumers must (1) clean their droppings frequently, such as at the birth of hay fever or when suffering from a cold. In most cases, soft tissue paper is purchased, and it has been found that products are selected with an emphasis on the feeling of use of the droppings more than general-purpose tissue paper.
[0006]
Other important factors in purchasing the soft tissue paper are (2) smooth and quick removal from the carton so that the drop can be dealt with quickly, and (3) luxury. More specifically, there is a feeling of hand flesh, softness, and fluffiness when picked up in the hand. (4) Since it is more expensive than general-purpose type, it is used at the start of use (when taking out the first sheet from a carton). )), And there are many opinions that (5) additives and the like are not applied to the tissue paper surface and can be used safely for delicate infants with skin. It was found.
[0007]
In view of the above, the present invention, in view of the above-mentioned consumer's opinion, emphasizes the usage of the consumer and the factors that motivate the purchase of products, and considers the factors that consumers demand for soft-type tissue paper more than conventional products. It is to provide an improved tissue paper.

[0013]
(Effect)
According to the first aspect of the present invention, by satisfying the conditions (A) to (B), the paper has a feeling of thickness when picked up by hand instead of the paper thickness, and the softness and the feeling of thickness are compatible. You. If the conditions of (A) to (C) are satisfied, there is a feeling of smoothness when used for wiping at a site where a lot of sebum exists, despite a feeling of thickness. Therefore, there is a feeling of softness and thickness when picked up by the hand, so that consumers can feel safe.At the same time, there is a feeling of smoothness when used in areas where there is a relatively large amount of sebum, such as around the nose. At times, it becomes a soft tissue paper with excellent usability. The test (C) can be easily performed according to the second aspect of the present invention.
[0014]
On the other hand, when the value of T0-TM is 0.100 mm or more, when the consumer picks up the tissue paper, there is a moderate sinking and repulsion due to compression, giving a sufficient thickness feeling, so-called It has a "fluffy (fluffy thickness)" feeling. Further, when the TM is 0.200 mm or more, the tissue paper has an appropriate thickness even when it is pinched by hand, and has a higher hand-feeling feeling than general-purpose or conventional product tissue paper.
[0015]
On the other hand, tissue paper is usually sold in a storage box called a carton, but the dry tensile strength in the longitudinal direction of one piece is 150 to 350 cN / 25 mm width, and the dry tensile strength in the transverse direction is one. When the strength is 80 to 140 cN / 25 mm width and the value of (longitudinal dry tensile strength) / (longitudinal dry tensile strength) is 1.0 to 3.0, the actual nose may be chewed. Breakage during use is unlikely to occur. In addition, it is possible to smoothly pull out from the carton, and it is difficult for breakage to occur at the time of removal.
[0016]
In producing the soft-type tissue paper, it is preferable to use pulp fibers having an NBKP compounding ratio of 30 to 80% as a main raw material.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
The soft-type tissue paper according to the present invention is a tissue paper formed by stacking two pieces of paper, wherein (A) one tissue paper has a U.S.P. of 13 to 20 g / m 2 , (B) ( The sheet density represented by (one square meter of tissue paper × 2) / (paper thickness when two sheets are stacked) is 0.240 g / cm 3 or less, preferably 0.220 to 0.230 g / cm 3 . (C) 4 mg of olive oil is uniformly applied to a 10 mm square contact plane made of artificial leather, and the entire contact plane is fixed on a horizontal measurement surface made of artificial leather with a contact pressure of 50 gf / cm 2. In this state, the paper sample is applied with a tension of 20 gf / cm in the moving direction, and at a speed of 0.1 cm / sec in a direction orthogonal to the length direction or the width direction of the contact plane. Paper sample The vertical and horizontal average of the surface characteristics represented by the average deviation of the coefficient of friction when the horizontal measurement surface is moved by 2 cm is 0.065 or less, preferably 0.060 or less, particularly preferably 0.55 or less. Meet that.
[0018]
The measurement of the rice tsubo under the condition (A) is performed based on JIS P8124.
[0019]
The measurement of the paper thickness under the condition (B) is performed based on JIS P8118.
[0020]
In the measurement of the surface characteristics under the condition (C), an artificial leather (Suppare: Asahi Kasei) is laid and fixed on a base of an ordinary MMD tester, for example, a friction tester (KES SE) manufactured by Kato Tech Co., Ltd. At the same time, the measuring terminal T is covered with artificial leather (Sapurare: Asahi Kasei), and the portion (contact plane) of the measuring surface of the measuring terminal covered with artificial leather is olive oil (BOSCO extra virgin oil: Nisshin Essential Oil) 4 mg is uniformly applied, and the measurement can be performed in the same manner as the MMD measurement procedure. In detail, the contact plane constituted by the artificial leather according to the present invention is made of a piano wire having a cross-sectional diameter of 0.5 mm, and has a unit bulge having a tip with a radius of curvature of 0.25 mm adjacent thereto, An MMD measurement terminal having a continuous measurement surface with a total width of 10 mm and a measurement surface of approximately 10 mm square having a length of the measurement surface of 10 mm can be formed by coating with the artificial leather. The covering of the terminal with the artificial leather is performed such that the artificial leather is in close contact with the measurement surface of the terminal so that a contact plane of 10 mm square is formed, or by applying a slight tension to cover the terminal exactly. Can be achieved. When fixing the artificial leather to the terminal, firmly fix it so that the artificial leather and the internal terminal do not shift during measurement, that is, when the paper sample is moved, and the artificial leather does not deform the contact plane. is important. For fixing, for example, after covering the terminal so that the contact plane is formed, a part that does not constitute the contact plane is firmly fixed to a part that does not affect the measurement of the device with a rubber band or the like, for example, a support material of the terminal. . Also, artificial leather is spread on the base of the MMD testing machine and fixed with an adhesive tape or the like. At this time, it is important that the artificial leather is firmly fixed to the base so as not to be distorted at the time of measurement. Further, the same artificial leather as the artificial leather constituting the contact plane is used as the artificial leather laid on the base. The paper sample was cut into a 10 cm square and used, and fixed to a base on which artificial leather was spread. At the time of measurement, the sample is held down on a paper sample by a sample holding weight (about 100 g). Also, the load on the measuring terminal of the tester was set to 50 g, and the entire contact plane made of artificial leather was brought into contact with the paper sample at a contact pressure of 50 gf / cm 2 , which was similar to the MMD measurement. This can be achieved by attaching a disk-shaped weight above the terminal. Of course, the manner of fixing one end (the end opposite to the moving direction of the paper sample) of the support material is in accordance with the MMD measurement. The measurement is performed three times in the vertical direction and three times in the horizontal direction of the paper sample, for a total of six times, and the measured value is an average value of the six times.
[0021]
In addition, artificial leather and olive oil can be replaced with equivalent products. Further, the surface properties can be adjusted by pulp blending, calendering conditions, papermaking moisture, doctor blade angle, blade angle, balance of adhesive / peeling strength, crepe rate, addition and amount of surfactant, and the like. is there.
[0022]
On the other hand, the soft type tissue paper according to the present invention is a steel sheet having a circular flat surface with a compression cross-sectional area of 2 cm 2 formed by stacking two sheets, and has a thickness TM when the tissue paper is compressed under a compression load of 50 gf / cm 2. It is desirable that the displacement difference (T0−TM) from the thickness T0 when compressed with a compression load of 0.5 gf / cm 2 is 0.100 mm or more, and the thickness TM is 0.200 mm or more.
[0023]
T0 and (T0-TM) were measured using Kato Tech Co., Ltd. “Handy Compression Tester KES-G5”, a tissue paper was spread on a horizontal pedestal formed of a steel plate, and a compression area of 2 cm was set at the approximate center. The steel plate having the circular flat surface is brought into contact with the steel plate having the circular flat surface at a compression load of 0.5 gf / cm 2 and a speed of 10 mm / min. After being moved and compressed to measure the thickness in a state where the indentation is stable, the compression load is further compressed at 50 gf / cm 2 and a speed of 10 mm / min to measure the thickness (TM) in a state where the indentation is stable. Then, a thickness displacement difference is calculated from the measured values. The greater the displacement difference, the greater the depth of indentation when pushed up to 50 gf / cm 2 , which indicates that the paper is soft and does not make the user feel the thinness of the paper. In addition, each measured value makes the value read from the gauge of the said compression testing machine the measured value.
[0024]
The above T0 and (T0-TM) are the mixing ratio of LBKP and NBKP as raw materials, the type of pulp (fiber roughness, or the type and age of the tree as raw material), beating degree, papermaking moisture, calender gap, pressure and material. It can be adjusted by the addition and amount of a surfactant.
[0025]
On the other hand, the soft-type tissue paper according to the present invention has a single piece of dry tensile strength in the longitudinal direction of 150 to 350 cN / 25 mm width, a transverse dry tensile strength of 80 to 140 cN / 25 mm width, and ( It is desirable that the value of (dry tensile strength in the vertical direction) / (dry tensile strength in the horizontal direction) be 1.0 to 3.0. The dry tensile strength in the machine direction and the transverse direction is measured based on JIS S 3104 and JIS P 8113.
[0026]
With such dry tensile strength, breakage during actual use to wipe off the drop is unlikely to occur, and within the above range of tensile strength, it is a set of two sheets of a normal soft type tissue paper storage form and a commercial form. When folded in a pop-up manner and stored in a storage box having a take-out opening at the top, tissue paper can be smoothly taken out from the take-out opening at the top of the storage box without breaking. In this case, the size (area) of the tissue paper is one size (150 to 200 mm in length × 150 to 200 mm in width) specified in JIS S 3104, and a general storage box as shown in FIG. If it is stored in the storage box, it is preferable that the length of the storage box is 240 ± 25 mm, the width is 115 ± 25 mm, and the height is 30 mm to 150 mm. As shown in the example of the drawing, a
[0027]
On the other hand, in the production of the soft tissue paper according to the present invention, it is desirable to use pulp fibers having an NBKP compounding ratio of 30 to 80% as a main raw material. Within such a range, a tissue paper with a high texture can be obtained while maintaining the surface characteristics and the compression characteristics according to the present invention.
[0028]
In addition, the soft tissue paper according to the present invention can be manufactured according to known facilities and manufacturing processes. That is, the raw material pulp can be produced by a production method in which the raw material pulp is subjected to paper making, creping, and calendering.
[0029]
In producing the soft tissue paper of the present invention, the raw material pulp and papermaking conditions are adjusted in the papermaking process so as to fall within the range of the rice tsubo of the present invention. At this time, the beating width of the raw pulp is reduced to increase the density. In general, when the density is increased by defining the rice tsubo, the paper strength is increased, the paper thickness is reduced and the feeling of fluff is not obtained, but in the subsequent creping process, the crepe ratio is adjusted by adjusting the blade angle of the crepe. If you increase it, you will feel softer. The crepe rate is defined by the following equation (1).
[0030]
Finally, in the calendering step, the calendering is performed by adjusting the pressure in each calendering process of the online machine calendar and the ply machine calendar so that the paper thickness is excessively reduced and does not fall out of the range of the paper thickness of the present invention. .
[0031]
That is, when the above-described production method is employed, a base paper having a thin paper thickness and a high surface smoothness is formed by narrowing the beating width of the raw pulp and increasing the density, and creping is performed on the base paper at a high creping rate. As a result, a plump feeling is exhibited while having smoothness, and the final paper thickness is adjusted in the subsequent calendering process. In addition, what is necessary is just to adjust suitably according to the concrete crepe rate, the manufacturing equipment used, an additive, and the compounding ratio of a raw material pulp.
