しかしながら、このような従来技術においては、扉はある角度以上開かないようにロックされるが、保持力が弱い為、ある程度の力が加わると扉が閉まってしまうという問題があった。
本発明は、このような問題を解決するためになされたもので、扉がある角度開くと、扉が機械的にロックされる箱体のロック機構を提供することを目的とするものである。

上記問題を解決するため、本発明は、フレームと、フレームの開口部を覆う開閉可能な扉を有する箱体のロック機構において、前記扉には、下部に、扉の幅方向に延びるガイドレールを設けるとともに、前記ガイドレールの回動中心側のガイドレール端部にストッパ穴を設け、かつ、前記フレームには、前面の下部に、固定金具を取付けるとともに、前記固定金具に、先端部が前記ガイドレールに摺動可能に係合するリンク棒の後端部を回動可能に取付け、前記扉の開口時に、前記リンク棒の先端部が、前記ガイドレール内を摺動して、扉が所定の角度開口したときに、前記リンク棒の先端部が前記ガイドレールのストッパ穴に落下して係合するようにしたものである。

以下、本発明の実施例を図1に基づいて説明する。
図1は、本発明の実施例における箱体の扉ロック機構を示す図で、(a)は平断面図、(b)は正断面図、(c)は側断面図である。
図において、1は箱体のフレーム、2は前記箱体のフレーム1の前面の下部に取り付けたL字状の固定金具、3は前記箱体のフレーム1の前面に、前記フレーム1の開口部を覆うように開閉可能に取付けられた扉、4は前記扉3の下部に設けられた、扉3の幅方向に延びる略C字形のガイドレール4、5は前記ガイドレール4の回動中心側のガイドレール端部に設けられたストッパ穴、6はリンク棒で、先端部は前記ガイドレール4に係合し、後端部は前記固定金具2に回動可能に取付けられている。
このような構成において、前記扉3を開けていくと、前記リンク棒6の先端部が前記ガイドレール4の内部を摺動していく。そして、前記扉3が所定の角度開口したときに、前記リンク棒6の先端部が前記ガイドレール4のストッパ穴5に落下して係合する。これにより、前記扉3の開閉にストップがかかり、ロックされることになる。
