TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention includes a game board provided with a game area on the front side, and a frame member for removably accommodating the game board, and configured to play a game by launching a game ball in the game area. More particularly, the present invention relates to a game board fixing device for fixing and holding a game board at a predetermined position of a frame member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Pachinko machines, arranged ball machines, sparrow ball game machines, and the like are generally known as ball game machines having the above-described game board and frame members. Taking a pachinko machine as an example of this type of gaming machine, the pachinko machine is described as follows. A front frame as an open / close mounting frame is hinged to the outer frame having a rectangular outer shape so that it can be opened and closed horizontally. A game board in which a game area is formed by gauge setting is assembled in an upright posture. In front of the game board, a glass door is attached to the front frame so as to be openable and closable, and always covers the front surface of the game board and is closed and held so that the game area can be seen through. A game ball launching device and an operation handle are provided at a lower portion of the front frame so that the game ball can be launched at a desired position in the game area, and the game ball launched into the game area falls and moves in the game area. The player operates the operating handle so as to win a prize.
[0003]
In the pachinko machine having such a configuration, the game board is provided with a game board to ensure flexibility of production response to the change of the pachinko machine model, and to be able to quickly respond to so-called board change or maintenance replacement of the game board. The main shape and dimensions of the board are common, and generally, the front frame is detachably housed in a housing frame formed in a frame shape slightly larger than the outer shape of the game board, and provided in the housing frame. It is configured to be fixedly held at a predetermined position on the front frame by the locking mechanism. As the accommodation form of the game board, there is a game board rear detachable form in which the game board is attached to and detached from the accommodation frame from the rear side of the front frame, and a game board front detachable form in which the game panel is attached to and detached from the accommodation frame from the front side of the front frame. Has been put to practical use. On the other hand, the locking mechanism is required to firmly hold and hold the game board housed in the housing frame as a basic function, but also requires easy and quick detaching operation. For this reason, in recent years, when the game board is housed in the housing frame and the operation lever is rotated to a fixed angle position, the game board is fixedly held at a predetermined position on the front frame, so-called lever rotation. A dynamic fixing device (locking device) has been devised (see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
For example, the locking device described in Patent Literature 1 is a pachinko machine of the aforementioned game board front detachable type, in which a holding portion provided at a predetermined position of an accommodation frame (set holding frame) and a detachable attachment / detachment to the holding portion are provided. A locking device that is fitted and set and rotatably supported, and is provided at a plurality of locations such as the four corners of the housing frame. The locking device has a rotating support plate supported by the holding portion on the housing frame side at the rear side of the shaft portion extending in the front-rear direction, and a finger-operable operation portion and an engagement portion are integrally formed at the front side of the shaft portion. When the locking device rotatably fitted to and supported by the holding portion is rotated by 180 degrees, the engaging portion at the eccentric position from the shaft portion pivots toward the front side of the game board to play the game. It is configured to engage with an engagement receiving portion on the board side, and to pinch and hold the game board between the engaging portion and the holding portion.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, to summarize the fixing mechanism in the conventional lever-rotating fixing device as described above, the engaging portion of the locking device is pivoted in a plane orthogonal to the rotation axis, and the engagement receiving portion on the game board side is rotated. The game device is configured to engage and lock so as to ride on the portion, and a force for pinching the game board (hereinafter, referred to as a fixed holding force) is basically generated when a synthetic resin locking tool is bent and deformed. It just uses the reaction force. On the other hand, the thickness of the game board, the position and shape of the holding part, the shape and the size of the locking device, etc. The dimensions of each part are not constant, and the warpage of laminated plywood generally used as a board material of the game board For example, a plurality of engagement receiving portions may be disposed at relatively different front-rear positions due to, for example, the above.
[0007]
For this reason, the amount of bending deformation (tightening) of the locking device when the game board is fixed, in other words, the fixed holding force for holding the game board varies, and the locking device is fixed regardless of the fixed angle position. There was a problem in terms of stable and secure fixed holding of the game board, such as the rattling of the game board due to insufficient holding force, and the situation where the locking margin was too large to lock and hold at the fixed angle position. . Also, if an excessive tensile force is applied to the synthetic resin locking device for a long period of time, the locking device may be permanently deformed due to aging and the fixed holding force may be reduced. In such a case, It was pointed out that the problem could not be solved without replacing the lock.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and is capable of stably and reliably fixing and holding a game board even when there is a variation in dimensional accuracy of each component member, an assembly error, a warpage of the game board, and the like. It is an object of the present invention to provide a game board fixing device.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a game board provided with a game area on the front and a frame member provided with an accommodating portion for removably housing the game board at a predetermined position (for example, a front frame in the embodiment). 2), in a ball game machine configured to play a game ball in a game area to play a game, a fixed support portion provided to protrude forward in the accommodation portion, and a front-rear direction in the fixed support portion. And a locking portion (e.g., the lever portion 215c in the embodiment) on the rear end side of which is screwed around the screwing shaft and protrudes forward from the fixed support portion. A fixing member (for example, the fixing lever 215 in the embodiment) supported so as to be able to move and move back and forth, and a locking opening for passing the locking portion and projecting forward when the fixing member is at a predetermined release angle position. Provided on the game board Game board fixing device is formed by a the latch receiving portion. In this fixing device, the fixing member is positioned at the release angle position, and the locking portion projects through the locking opening toward the front side of the game board. Thus, the release angle at which the locking portion protrudes toward the front side of the game board. When the fixing member is rotated in the screw fastening direction from the position, the fixing member moves rearward while rotating in accordance with the screw engagement with the screw portion, and the front end side locking portion is the front surface of the locking receiving portion. The game board is locked and held in the accommodation portion at a predetermined position by holding the locking receiving portion between the locking portion and the fixed support portion.
[0010]
In the game board fixing device having such a configuration, when the fixing member is positioned at the release angle position and the game board is accommodated in the accommodation frame, the locking portion on the front end side of the fixing member becomes the locking receiving portion of the game board. It protrudes to the front side of the game board through the formed locking opening. Therefore, when the fixing member is rotated in the screw fastening direction, the fixing member moves rearward while rotating in accordance with the screw engagement with the screw portion, and the locking portion engages with the front surface of the locking receiving portion, The game board is locked and held at a predetermined position by holding a lock receiving portion between the locking portion and the fixed support portion. As described above, in the fixing device of this configuration, the locking portion of the fixing member does not simply rotate but moves rearward while rotating in accordance with the screw engagement with the screw portion, and the front surface of the locking receiving portion. , And then presses and holds the lock receiving portion backward with the pressing force according to the rotation angle position, and the fixed holding force for pressing the game board is basically generated by the screw fastening force Is done. For this reason, even if there is a variation in dimensional accuracy, an assembly error, a warpage of the game board, or the like in each of the members constituting the fixing device, these can be absorbed as a difference in the rotation angle position according to the screw pitch. The game board can be stably and reliably fixed and held.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of preferred examples. In the embodiment, a case will be mainly described in which the present invention is applied to a pachinko machine in which a game board is accommodated and held in a front inner part of a front frame.

A prize ball mechanism such as a ball dispensing device for dispensing a ball, a ball dispensing passage for guiding game balls dispensed from the ball dispensing device to the ball tray 6, and a game ball discharged on the back side of the game board 20 are provided. A discharge passage or the like is provided to collect and discharge the collected buckets to a collection bucket of the game facility. Various circuit boards such as a power supply board and a main board, electronic components, and the like are attached to the back side of the back set board 30, and these are connected by a wire harness so as to be playable.
[0018]
The pachinko machine PM is provided for a game with the front frame 2, the glass door 5, and the ball tray 6 closed and locked together, and the game ball is stored in the ball tray 6, and the operation handle 8 is rotated to operate. The game is started. When the operation handle 8 is rotated, the game balls stored in the ball plate 6 are sent out to the game ball launching device one by one, and are hit into the game area PA of the game board 20 by the hammer of the game ball launching device. The pachinko game will be developed thereafter.
[0019]
In the pachinko machine PM schematically configured as described above, the game board 20 is removably housed in the housing frame 10 from the front of the front frame 2, and the game board 20 is fixed in the housing frame 10 using the game board fixing device FS. Fixedly held in position.
[0020]
The game board fixing device FS mainly includes a locking mechanism 200 provided at a predetermined position of the housing frame 10 and the game board 20. In the present embodiment, a fixing forgetting prevention mechanism 250 for preventing the game board 20 from being left unfixed. Is illustrated as an example. Here, the locking mechanism 200 includes a frame-side locking structure 210 provided on the housing frame 10 side and a board-side locking structure 220 provided on the gaming board 20 side. Is a mechanism for holding the game board 20 in a fixed manner. The locking forgetting prevention mechanism 250 is a mechanism for clarifying the locking mechanism 200 when the locking mechanism 200 is in an unfixed state (locking standby state) and preventing the game board 20 from being forgotten to be fixed. Hereinafter, the locking mechanism 200 will be sequentially described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 12.

It is a front view for explaining a degree. In each of the drawings, a cross section of the upper right locking structure is shown for a plan sectional view, and a cross section of the upper left locking structure is shown for a side sectional view.
[0023]
The arrangement position of the locking mechanism 200 is set so that the game board 20 can be fixed and held as evenly as possible in consideration of the game area PA and the formation position of the launch path provided on the game board 20. The example provided in four places of up, down, left and right outside the game area PA is shown. Each locking mechanism 200 includes a frame-side locking structure 210 provided on the housing frame 10 and a board-side locking structure 220 provided on the game board 20.
[0024]
The frame-side locking structure 210 includes a fixed support portion 211 which is formed by swelling forward in the housing frame 10, a bolt support portion 212 formed on the back side of the fixed support portion 211, and press-fit into the bolt support portion 212 from behind. A bolt 213 extending to and fixed to the front fixed support portion 211, and a fixed lever 215 rotatably supported by a rear end screwed into a screw portion of the bolt 213 and the like are provided.
[0025]
The fixed support portion 211 has a cylindrical lever housing portion 211a and an annular fixed support surface 211c at the front end of the cylinder, and is formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom that opens forward in the housing frame 10. The inner diameter of the lever housing portion 211a is formed slightly larger than the outer diameter of the rotating shaft portion 215a of the fixed lever 215, and the lever housing portion 211a receives the rotating shaft portion 215a from the front and is rotatable. Can be fitted and supported. The fixed support surface 211c is an annular support surface formed flat, and the fixed support surfaces 211c of the fixed support portions provided at four positions of up, down, left, and right are formed on the same surface, and the support reference surface of the game board 10 is formed. To form It is also a preferred embodiment to form guide pins 211p projecting forward at upper and lower positions of the fixed support surface 211c, and the guide pins 211p will be described later in detail.
[0026]
The bolt support portion 212 has a support shaft hole 212a opened in front and rear communication with the bottom portion of the fixed support portion 211, and a hexagonally-shaped head receiving hole 212c that opens to the rear surface of the front frame at the rear thereof. Are molded integrally with the fixed support portion 211. The shaft hole 212a is located coaxially with the lever accommodating portion 211a and has a slightly smaller diameter than the outer shape of the shaft portion 213a of the bolt 213. When the bolt 213 is press-fitted from behind, the shaft hole 213a of the bolt 213 is formed. The bolt 213 is fixed and held so as not to move in the front-rear direction while being tightened. Also, the head receiving hole 212c is formed slightly larger than the hexagonal shape of the bolt head 213c to accommodate the bolt head when the bolt 213 is press-fitted from the rear, and the bolt 213 is bolted. Is held so that it does not rotate around the shaft part of.
[0027]
The bolt 213 has a shaft portion 213a, a screw portion 213b formed at the front of the shaft portion, and a bolt head 213c formed at the rear end portion, and is an example using a commercially available partial screw type hexagon bolt. When the fixing lever 215 is rotated, a bolt having a thread portion whose front-to-rear movement amount with respect to the rotation operation angle is suitable for attaching and detaching the game board 20 is used. Specifically, in the locking mechanism 200 shown in this embodiment, plated bolts or stainless steel bolts having a screw pitch of about 1 to 2 mm are used.
[0028]
The bolt 213 is pressed into the bolt support portion 212 from the rear surface side of the front frame 2, the screw portion 213 b at the front of the bolt is located at the axis of the lever housing portion 211 a and extends forward, and the shaft portion 213 a at the bolt base end side is supported. The bolt head 213c is held in the shaft hole 212a, and the bolt head 213c is received in the head receiving hole 212c, so that the bolt 213 does not move in the front-rear direction and does not rotate around the bolt shaft. Fixedly held. In addition, since the head accommodating hole 212c is formed in a hexagon conforming to the shape of the bolt head 213c, the radial angular position of the threaded portion of the bolt 213 to be press-fitted and fixed is set in units of 60 degrees (or 60 degrees). (It is possible to dispose it at a substantially constant angular position within the range of degrees.)
[0029]
The fixed lever 215 includes a columnar rotating shaft 215a, a female screw 215b formed from the rear end side on the axis of the rotating shaft 215a, and a rotating shaft 215a in front of the rotating shaft 215a. The lever portion 215c and the like, which are formed in a protruding manner in the opposite direction with the body sandwiched therebetween, are mainly formed, and are integrally formed by a molding means such as injection molding using a resin material such as an ABS resin or a polyacetal resin (POM). Thereby, the angular position of the female screw biting portion with respect to the lever portion 215c can be formed to be constant. In addition, if necessary, glass fiber is added to the resin material to improve the strength of the member, or a metal screw insert having a coil shape is inserted into the female screw portion 215b, or a metal bush having the female screw portion is press-fitted. Or, it is also possible to adopt a form of reinforcement by insert molding.
[0030]
Further, in the present embodiment, a pressing portion 215d which is formed to smoothly project outward from the rotation shaft portion 215a on the rear side of the base portion of the one lever portion 215c, and a hexagon wrench of a predetermined size is formed on the front end of the rotation shaft portion 215a. An example is shown in which a tool engagement hole 215s formed according to the tip shape is provided. Here, the pressing portion 215d is formed on the back side of the base of one of the two lever portions formed in the facing direction, but is instructed to clarify the disposition position of the pressing portion 215d. It is preferable to provide an index, and the figure shows an example in which a marker 215m is attached to a lever portion 215c opposite to the side on which the pressing portion 215d is formed (see FIG. 10).
[0031]
The fixed lever 215 is fixedly supported by inserting the rotating shaft portion 215a into the fixed lever accommodating portion 211a from the front of the fixed support portion 211, screwing the female screw portion 215b into the screw portion 213b of the bolt 213, and screwing in a predetermined amount. The portion 211 is rotatably supported. When the fixing lever 215 is attached in this manner, the lever portion 215c of the fixing lever is disposed facing the front of the fixing support surface 211c, and can rotate and move in the front-rear direction in accordance with the engagement of the male and female screw portions. The frame side locking structure 210 is formed in the housing frame 10.
[0032]
Here, the angle setting of the screw biting portion at the time of press-fitting the bolt 213 and the standard screwing depth of the fixed lever 215 are described with the lever portion 215c provided with the marker 215m positioned vertically above. The distance between the locking surface 215r on the back of the lever portion and the fixed support surface 211c in the front-rear direction is slightly larger than the thickness dimension H of the locking receiving portion 225 to be described later. When tightened 90 degrees clockwise), the front-rear distance between the locking surface 215r on the back of the lever portion and the fixed support surface 211c is equal to or slightly smaller than the thickness H of the locking receiving portion 225. It is set as follows. In the following description, the angle position at which the fixed lever 215 thus attached is positioned such that the lever portion 215c provided with the marker 215m faces vertically upward as described above is referred to as the "release position".
[0033]
When the guide pins 211p are formed so as to protrude above and below the fixed support surface 211c, the protrusion height of the guide pins 211p from the fixed support surface 211c is slightly larger than the thickness H of the lock receiving portion 225. It is set to be small (for example, about 1/2 of the screw pitch of the bolt 213). With such a configuration in which the guide pin 211p is provided, when the fixing lever 215 is screwed in and set to the release position, the upper and lower lever portions 215c are fixed in the direction in which the screw is loosened from the angular position in contact with the guide pin 211p. The fixed lever 215 is disposed at the release position by rotating the lever 215 by 1/2 to 1 turn to position the lever portion 215c on which the marker 215m is attached vertically upward. For this reason, the fixing lever 215 can be quickly and reliably set to the release position without using an angle setting jig or relying on an operator's intuition.
[0034]
The board-side locking structure 220 is provided on the gaming board 10 in position alignment with the frame-side locking structure 210 configured as described above. The board-side locking structure 220 mainly includes a locking receiving portion 221 formed on the decorative plate 21 and a locking receiving portion 225 integrally formed with the upper and lower rail decorations 22 and 23.
[0035]
The lock receiving portion 221 penetrates the board surface of the decorative plate 21 in a longitudinal direction or a U-shaped notch shape slightly larger than this in accordance with the arrangement position and shape of the fixed support portion 211 on the storage frame side. It is formed by router processing, and is formed to be able to receive the fixed support portion 211 protruding forward from the back surface of the housing frame 10.
[0036]
The lock receiving portion 225 is formed immediately before the lock receiving portion 221 in the shape of a circular flange protruding forward from the rear surface of the rail decorations 22, 23, and has a flat lock receiving surface 225c on the front side. Have been. A locking opening 225b similar to the lever portion 215c when the fixed lever 215 is disposed at the release position is formed in the locking receiving surface 225c so as to communicate with the front and rear. The locking opening 225b includes left and right circular arc portions through which the rotating shaft portion 215a of the fixed lever is inserted, and upper and lower lever insertion portions through which the lever portion 215c is inserted, and the front of the fixed lever with the fixed lever 215 in the release position. The part can be inserted back and forth.
[0037]
A support rib 225a extending rearward along the opening edge of the locking opening 225b is formed on the back side of the locking receiving surface 225c. The left and right arc portions of the support rib 225a are slightly larger than the outer diameter of the rotation shaft portion 215a and are formed in accordance with the ring diameter of the fixed support surface 211a. When the lever portion 215c is inserted, the rear end surface of the circular arc portion of the support rib 225a comes into contact with and is supported by the fixed support surface 211a. That is, the rear end surface of the support rib 225a is a support reference surface (supported reference surface) on the game board 20 side.
[0038]
On the other hand, on the back side of the lever portion 215c facing the locking receiving surface 225c, a locking surface 215r formed in a rearwardly convex arc shape is provided (see FIG. 5). For this reason, when the fixing lever 215 is set to the release position, the lever portion 215c is projected forward through the locking opening 225b, and when the fixing lever 215 is rotated in the screw fastening direction from this state (locking standby state), the lever The portion 215c rotates without being caught by the opening edge of the locking opening 225b, and moves rearward in accordance with the screw engagement, so that the locking surface 215r smoothly engages with the locking receiving surface 225c.
[0039]
In a state where the fixed lever 215 is disposed at the release position, the pressing portion 215d formed by overhanging the rotating shaft portion 215a is a base of the lower lever portion (the lever portion on which the marker 215m is not attached). When the lever portion 215c is inserted through the locking opening 225b, the largest diameter portion of the pressing portion 215d slightly protrudes into the lower lever insertion portion, and the left and right support ribs 215a are located on the left and right sides. It is arranged in a state of being close to the inner peripheral surface (see FIG. 10A).
[0040]
When the fixing lever 215 is rotated in the screw tightening direction (clockwise in front view, counterclockwise in FIG. 10 because it is viewed from the rear side) from the lock standby state, the pressing portion 215d is turned to the left support rib. The engagement receiving portion 225 is pressed to the front left direction by engaging with the inner peripheral surface of the 225a (see FIGS. 10B and 11). As a result, the game board 20 is pressed in the front left direction by all the four lock receiving portions 225, and is abutted against a side support reference surface formed on the left side of the housing frame 10 (not shown in detail) to support positioning. It is supposed to be.
[0041]
In addition, lock receiving covers 227 and 228 that cover the front of the lock receiving portion 225 are attached to the rail decoration 23 so as to be openable and closable at the two lock receiving portions 225 located below the game board 20. The locking mechanism 200 is always kept in a closed state so that the locking mechanism 200 is not visible from the front side of the glass door 5, and forms an attachment surface of a type seal or a copyright seal.
[0042]
In order to mount and fix the game board 20 to the housing frame 10 using such a locking mechanism 200, first, the glass door 5 is opened and the four fixing levers 215 in the frame side locking structure 210 are released. The game board 20 is housed in the housing frame 10 from the front of the front frame 2. At this time, the lock receiving portion 221 receives the fixed support portion 211 and enters the housing frame, and the rear end surface of the support rib 225a is supported by the fixed support surface 211c. Also, the lever portion 215c of the fixed lever projects forward of the locking receiving surface 225c through the locking opening 225b (FIG. 12A).
[0043]
Next, the lever 215c protruding forward is pinched and rotated clockwise. Then, the fixing lever 215 rotates and moves rearward according to the screw engagement, so that the locking surface 215r on the back of the lever portion smoothly engages with the locking receiving surface 225c. When the fixing lever 215 is tightened approximately 90 degrees from the release position (that is, when the lever portion 215c provided with the marker 215m is turned to the 90-degree right angle position on the front), the locking surface 215r is locked. The receiving surface 225c is pressed rearward to clamp the locking receiving portion 225 between the lever portion 215c and the fixed support surface 211c, and the game board 20 is positioned in the front-rear direction and pressed and fixed. Further, a pressing portion 215d formed on the back side of the base of the lever portion 215c on the front left side engages with the inner peripheral surface of the support rib 225a on the front left side in the tightening process to press the game board 20 to the left. Is positioned in the left-right direction and pressed and fixed. As a result, the game board 20 is positioned and fixedly held in the housing frame 10 without play (FIGS. 12A to 12B).
[0044]
In the locking mechanism 200, by disposing screws of a suitable pitch at a proper angle position, the locking receiving part 225 is pinched when the fixing lever 215 is tightened 90 degrees from the release position as described above. In such a standard fixing position, a predetermined clearance CA (for example, a clearance equivalent to one screw pitch) is generated between the rear end surface of the fixing lever 215 and the bottom surface of the lever housing portion 211a in such a standard fixing position. The fixed lever 215 and the lever housing portion 211a are set. For this reason, for example, when the thickness dimension of the locking receiving portion 225 varies or varies depending on the rail decoration used, when the decorative plate 21 is warped, or when the fixing lever is fixed for a long time, the fixing lever is deformed. Even in such a case, these errors can be absorbed by adjusting the tightening angle of the fixed lever, so that the game board 20 can be securely fixed and held.
[0045]
For example, when the thickness of the lock receiving portion 225 is smaller than the reference thickness, or when the lever portion 215c of the fixed lever is worn or deformed, the fixed lever 215 is moved as shown in FIG. By rotating beyond the standard 90-degree right fixing position, the lever portion 215c can be engaged and pinched and fixed. Conversely, when the thickness of the lock receiving portion 225 is thicker than the reference thickness or when the decorative plate is warped, the fixing lever 215 is moved to the standard position as shown in FIG. The lever portion 215c can be engaged and fixed at an angular position where the lever portion 215c is not rotated to the right fixing position of 90 degrees.
[0046]
In this embodiment, the lock receiving portion 225 is formed in a rail decoration, and only the lock receiving portion 225 is sandwiched. Although the configuration is such that the decorative board 21 is not pinched, for example, in a case where the decorative board 21 is sandwiched, the game board 20 can be fixedly held by absorbing an error due to a variation in the thickness of the decorative board 21. In addition, the fastening operation of the fixing lever 215 can be performed using a tool such as a hexagon wrench using the tool engaging hole 215s at the front end of the fixing lever, if necessary. It is possible to fix and hold, and to suppress mischief such as opening and closing the fixing lever 215 illegally.
[0047]
According to the locking mechanism 200 described above, the game board 20 can be reliably locked and fixed regardless of a variation in the thickness of the lock receiving portion 225, an error of each member, and the like, and the state of the game board 20 can be changed. It can be visually recognized from the angular position of the fixing lever 215 whether the apparatus is in the locking standby state or the fixing state. However, the fixing levers 215 to be opened / closed are scattered in a plurality of places, and it may be erroneously determined that the fixing is completed when two or three places are fixed so quickly that the attaching / detaching operation is performed. For this reason, in this pachinko machine PM, in order to prevent the game board 20 from being used in a game in an unfixed state due to such an erroneous recognition, a fixing forgetting prevention mechanism 250 is provided. Hereinafter, the forgotten fixing prevention mechanism 250 will be described mainly with reference to FIG. 9 and FIGS. 13 to 15.
[0048]
Here, FIGS. 13 and 14 are plan sectional views showing the relationship between the locking mechanism 200 at the upper right of the front and the forgetting prevention mechanism 250. FIG. 13 is a plan sectional view when the locking mechanism 200 is not fixed. FIG. 14 is a plan sectional view showing the locking mechanism 200 in a fixed state, and FIG. 15 is a plan view showing the operation of the forgetting prevention mechanism 250.
[0049]
Each drawing shows an example in which an interference protrusion 255 is provided on the glass door 5 as an interference member in the fixing forgetting prevention mechanism 250. The interference projection 255 is provided on the back side of the glass door 5 so as to protrude rearward from the door frame 51, and a stepped cylindrical projection is formed integrally with the glass door 5.
[0050]
The interference projection 255 is provided in accordance with the position of the locking mechanism 200 that is located behind the glass door 5 when the glass door 5 is closed, and is opposed to the locking mechanism 200 when the glass door 5 is swung in the closing direction. The fixing lever 215 is set so as not to interfere with the fixing lever 215 located at the locking position tightened by a predetermined angle from the releasing position, but to interfere with the lever portion 215c of the fixing lever 215 located at the releasing position. That is, the interference protrusion 255 is provided so as to protrude above or below the rotation shaft portion 215a of the fixed lever 215, and in the fixing forgetting prevention mechanism 250 shown in each figure, the fixed lever 215 (R) at the upper right of the front is provided. On the other hand, it is disposed above the rotation shaft 215a so as to protrude below the rotation shaft 215a with respect to the fixed lever 215 (L) at the upper left of the front.
[0051]
For this reason, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 14, the fixing lever 215 of the locking mechanism 200 is positioned at the locking position of 90 degrees to the right and the glass door 5 is closed. The glass door 5 is housed in a position above the rotation shaft 215a (below the locking mechanism at the upper left of the front) without interfering with the rotation shaft 215, and the glass door 5 is completely closed and locked.
[0052]
On the other hand, when the fixed lever 215 is at the release position, the lever portion 215c is located above and below the rotating shaft portion 215a, and as shown in FIG. 13, the tip of the interference projection 255 interferes with the lever portion 215c of the fixed lever. Thus, the glass door 5 cannot be closed. Further, the opening angle of the glass door 5 at this time is in the release position, as shown in FIGS. 15A and 15B, showing the relationship between the position of the fixed lever 215 in the release position and the opening angle of the glass door 5. It depends on the location of the fixing lever 215. That is, (a) the front left fixed lever 215 (L) shown in the figure is in the release position, and (b) the front left fixed lever 215 (L) shown in the figure is in the locked state, The opening angle of the glass door 5 is different between the case where the fixing lever 215 (R) is at the release position and the case where the fixing lever 215 (L) on the front left side shown in FIG. large.
[0053]
For this reason, the worker who has performed the mounting operation of the game board 20 can immediately understand that the game board 20 is not completely fixed because the glass door 5 cannot be closed, and the unfixed fixing lever 215 is used. It is possible to detect which of the left and right fixed levers 215 (L) and 215 (R). Therefore, it is possible to prevent forgetting to fix the game board 20 and prevent the game board 20 from being used for a game in an incompletely fixed state.
[0054]
In the above embodiment, when the interference projection 255 is provided on the back surface of the glass door 5 and the glass door 5 is to be closed with the fixed lever 215 in the release position, the interference projection 255 contacts the lever portion 215c. Although the example in which the glass door 5 is configured so as to be unable to close upon contact is shown, when the lock receiving covers 227 and 228 are provided in front of the fixed lever 215, for example, By providing a projection insertion hole through which the interference projection 255 can pass through the cover surface, the configuration can be made in the same manner as in the above embodiment. Further, a projection similar to the interference projection 255 is provided on the back surface of the locking receiving covers 227 and 228, and when the fixing lever 215 is at the release position, the projection of the locking receiving cover comes into contact with the lever 215c of the fixing lever. , The glass door 5 may not be closed.
[0055]
Further, in the locking mechanism 200 described above, a form in which a hexagonal tool engagement hole 215s is provided at the front end of the fixed lever 215 and opening and closing operations can be performed using a tool such as a hexagon wrench has been illustrated. FIGS. 16A and 16B are front views of the same locking mechanism as those shown in FIGS. 16A and 16B. A key in a form that can be opened and closed with a double key used when unlocking the locking device 4 as shown in FIGS. The engagement hole 215t may be used. Thus, when attaching and detaching the game board 20, the work can be performed using the normally used key without separately preparing a tool, and illegal operation by an unauthorized person having no key can be effectively prevented.
[0056]
Further, in this embodiment, the male screw portion (bolt 213) is provided on the fixed support portion 211, and the female screw portion 215b is provided on the fixed lever 215, and the fixed support portion 211 and the fixed lever 215 are screwed. The form of engagement with the screw may be a form in which the male and female are reversed. That is, a female screw portion may be formed at the rear portion of the fixed support portion 211, and a male screw portion projecting rearward at the rear end of the fixed lever 215 may be screwed together. In this case, as a means for providing a male screw portion on the fixed lever 215, for example, a configuration in which a stud bolt is implanted in the screw portion 215b of the fixed lever, or a bolt support portion (212) similar to that described above is provided on the fixed lever. Appropriate means can be used, such as a configuration for press-fitting and fixing, or a configuration in which a metal member having a male screw portion is insert-molded or press-fitted into a fixed lever and integrally formed.

A fixing member which is screwed and a front end side locking portion protrudes forward from the fixing support portion and is supported so as to be able to rotate and move back and forth, and when the fixing member is at the release angle position, allows the locking portion to pass therethrough. A lock receiving portion provided on the game board with a locking opening to protrude forward, wherein the fixing member is located at the release angle position and the locking portion projects through the locking opening to the front side of the game board. When the fixing member is rotated from the release angle position in the screw fastening direction, the fixing member moves rearward while rotating in accordance with the screw engagement with the screw portion, and the locking portion on the front end side is locked. Engage with the front surface of the receiving part, sandwich the locking receiving part between the locking part and the fixed support part, and play the game. The to lock held in the accommodating portion at a predetermined position constitutes a game board of the fixation device.
[0058]
As described above, in the fixing device of this configuration, the locking portion of the fixing member moves rearward while rotating in accordance with the engagement with the screw portion to engage with the front surface of the locking receiving portion, and thereafter rotates. The locking receiving portion is pressed rearward with a pressing force corresponding to the angular position to pinch and fix. Therefore, even if there are variations in dimensional accuracy, assembly errors, warpage of the game board, etc., in the members constituting the fixing device, the game board can be fixed and supported by absorbing these, thereby stabilizing the game board. It is possible to provide a game board fixing device that can be fixed and held securely.
