Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a urine sample collection / storage device that enables a collected urine sample to be stored for a long time without denaturation in a urine test in the field of clinical diagnosis.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A urine test can be measured without imposing a burden on a subject at the time of sample collection, and is therefore widely used in a screening test at an outpatient initial examination and a group test, a daily test for follow-up, and the like.
[0003]
A urine sample collected from a subject is denatured in a relatively short time by endogenous or exogenous bacteria, oxygen, light, and the like, and therefore, it is considered preferable to measure the urine sample within 3 to 4 hours after collection. If a urine sample is to be left for 3-4 hours or more after collection, it must be stored in a closed or refrigerated or frozen state. After storage, the urine sample is returned to room temperature at the time of the test and the measurement is performed.
[0004]
If the urine sample is left as it is in the open air due to endogenous or exogenous bacteria, the bacteria may propagate and the components in the urine sample may change. Furthermore, since there is a component unstable to oxygen and light in the urine sample, accurate measurement may not be possible if the urine sample is left in the open air. In particular, when measuring a large amount of urine sample as in a mass examination, the measurer and the measuring device should be resident and allowed to perform the measurement within a short time, or the urine sample should be kept in a refrigerated or frozen state, and sealed. You may need to make inefficient choices, such as sometimes thawing. In addition, urine samples collected in areas or facilities that do not have measurement means must not only be kept refrigerated or frozen, but also preserved when transported to facilities where measurement is possible. Economic transportation is needed.
[0005]
Therefore, even if the collected urine sample is stored at room temperature for several days, accurate measurement can be performed without changing the components in the urine sample, and the collected urine sample is also refrigerated or frozen at the time of mass screening. The present inventors have invented a device for collecting and storing a urine sample that can be easily transported and inspected without performing the above-mentioned treatment.
[0006]
As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the urine sample collection and storage device invented by the present inventors includes a filter holder 22 holding a urine sample filter 21 and a urine sample sealed under reduced pressure by a plug 23. And a sample container 24. The filter holder 22 has a space S for holding the filtration filter 21, an outer cylinder 22 a is provided on the upper side of the sample delivery side, and an injection needle 25 communicating with the space S is provided in the outer cylinder 22 a. Further, a sample aspirating tube 26 communicating with the space S is provided at the lower part of the sample taking side. In order to communicate the sample aspirating tube 26 with the space S, the sample aspirating tube 26 is communicated with a communication hole 27a of a lid 27 that seals the space S from below. The container 24 can be inserted into the outer cylinder 22a of the filter holder 22 from the plug 23 side (see Patent Document 1).

[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-311021 (page 2 right column to page 3 left column, FIGS. 1 and 2)
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional urine sample collection / storage device, the space S of the filter holder 22 holding the filtration filter 21 is simply sealed by the lid 7. Since only bacteria are retained, bacteria may pass through a gap formed between the outer peripheral portion of the filtration filter 21 and the space S and the bacteria may be incompletely filtered. There is a problem that the storage state may be deteriorated.
[0009]
Therefore, the present invention has an object to solve the above conventional problems, so that no gap is formed between the outer peripheral portion and the space portion of the filtration filter, so that bacteria pass only through the filtration filter, The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device for collecting and preserving urine specimens in which the filtration of bacteria is completed and the collected urine specimens are kept well without bacterial contamination.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Therefore, the urine sample collection / storage device of the present invention comprises a urine sample collection holder 3 in which a cover 2 is connected below a container holder 1 and a urine sample container 5 hermetically sealed by a stopper 4. Then, a tubular portion 7 is provided below the tubular body 6 of the container holder 1, a tubular portion 9 is provided above the base 8 of the cover body 2, and the tubular portion 7 and the tubular portion 9 are fitted. The outer peripheral portion of the filtration filter 10 is pressed against the space S formed therein by the force exerted by the fitting to hold the filtration filter 10, and the injection needle 11 communicating with the space S is connected to the cylindrical body 6. And a sample aspirating tube 12 communicating with the space S is provided below the base 8 so that the container 5 can be inserted into the cylindrical body 6 of the container holder 1 from the stopper 4 side. I have.
[0011]
In the urine sample collecting / storing device according to the present invention, the connection between the container holder 1 and the cover 2 is performed by ultrasonic welding of the cylindrical portion 7 and the cylindrical portion 9.
[0012]
Further, in the urine sample collecting / preserving instrument of the present invention, the force acting by the fitting is caused by the cylindrical end 7a of the cylindrical portion 7 or the cylindrical end 9a of the cylindrical portion 9 so that the outer peripheral portion of the filtration filter 10 is It is assumed to be a pressing force.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
First, FIGS. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which a urine sample collection holder 3 in which a cover body 2 is connected below a container holder 1 and a urine sample container which is hermetically sealed by a stopper 4. 5 is comprised.
[0015]
The container holder 1 is provided with a tubular portion 7 below the tubular body 6, and the cover body 2 is provided with a tubular portion 9 above the base 8. The cylindrical portion 7 and the cylindrical portion 9 are fitted to each other, and the outer periphery of the filter 10 is pressed into the space S formed therein by the force acting by the fitting. It is assumed that the filter 10 is held. That is, in order to fit the tubular portion 7 and the tubular portion 9, the tubular portion 9 is attached to the tubular portion 9 so that the outer peripheral surface of the tubular portion 9 contacts the inner peripheral surface of the tubular portion 7. Is forcibly fitted. As a result, the cylindrical end 9a of the cylindrical portion 9 presses the outer peripheral portion of the filtration filter 10, and the filtration filter 10 is held in the space S in a sealed state.
[0016]
A syringe needle 11 communicating with the space S is provided in the cylindrical body 6 of the container holder 1, and a sample suction tube 12 communicating with the space S is provided below the base 8 of the cover 2. And Further, a flange 13 for finger contact is provided on the outer periphery of the cylindrical body 6.
[0017]
Next, FIGS. 4 to 6 show another embodiment of the present invention. A urine sample collection holder 3 in which a cover body 2 is connected below a container holder 1 and a urine sample sealed under reduced pressure by a stopper 4. Container 5.
[0018]
The container holder 1 is provided with a tubular portion 7 below the tubular body 6, and the cover body 2 is provided with a tubular portion 9 above the base 8. The cylindrical portion 7 and the cylindrical portion 9 are fitted to each other, and the outer periphery of the filter 10 is pressed into the space S formed therein by the force acting by the fitting. It is assumed that the filter 10 is held. That is, in order to fit the tubular portion 7 and the tubular portion 9, the tubular portion 9 is attached to the tubular portion 9 such that the inner peripheral surface of the tubular portion 9 contacts the outer peripheral surface of the tubular portion 7. Is forcibly fitted. As a result, the cylindrical end 7a of the cylindrical portion 7 presses the outer peripheral portion of the filtration filter 10, and the filtration filter 10 is held in the space S in a sealed state.
[0019]
A syringe needle 11 communicating with the space S is provided in the cylindrical body 6 of the container holder 1, and a sample suction tube 12 communicating with the space S is provided below the base 8 of the cover 2. And Further, a flange 13 for finger contact is provided on the outer periphery of the cylindrical body 6.
[0020]
The filtration filter 10 in both embodiments is made of a material such as cellulose acetate or polysulfone or polyethersulfone, which has a low adsorptivity for a test component in urine such as a protein, and has a circular shape, and a diameter of the cylindrical portion 7 or The inside diameter of the cylindrical portion 9 is substantially the same, and the pore size is 0.05 μm to 0.2 μm so that the specimen can be filtered smoothly without passing bacteria.
[0021]
The container 5 is made of a material and a structure that shuts off the air. The container 5 is once filled with an inert gas such as nitrogen gas, is evacuated, and is sealed with a stopper 4 made of synthetic rubber or the like. . It is necessary to reduce the pressure of the container 5 to such an extent that a sufficient amount of urine sample can be collected in the container 5, and extreme pressure reduction affects the efficiency of maintaining the pressure and the durability of the container. The pressure in the container 5 is preferably set to 0.1 atm to 0.5 atm. Further, the size and shape of the container 5 are preferably a test tube shape or a bottle shape which can be attached to a general urine test apparatus. However, the container 5 can be inserted into the cylinder 6 of the container holder 1 from the plug 4 side. There is no particular limitation as long as it is one. Further, it is preferable that the container 5 has a light-shielding function, because the influence of light on the collected urine sample can be reduced.
[0022]
The sample aspirating tube 12 can be made of glass or synthetic resin, and may or may not have flexibility. There is no particular limitation as long as the sample is not aspirated.
[0023]
The urine sample collecting and preserving instrument of the present invention is such that the cover 2 is connected below the container holder 1 so that the container 5 can be inserted from the plug 4 side into the cylinder 6 of the container holder 1. And
[0024]
In order to connect the container holder 1 and the cover body 2, ultrasonic welding of the cylindrical portion 7 and the cylindrical portion 9 is performed, but the connecting portion between the two does not protrude and the appearance is good. However, the connecting method of both is not limited.
[0025]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and FIGS. 4 and 6, the urine sample collecting / preserving instrument of the present invention thus constructed is configured such that the container 5 is injected into the cylinder 6 of the container holder 1 from the stopper 4 side. It is in a state of being inserted up to just before the needle 11. Then, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 9, the sample suction tube 12 is immersed in the urine sample collected in the urine collection cup U or the like, and the container 5 is further inserted into the cylinder 6 of the container holder 1. The injection needle 11 is pierced. Then, the urine sample collected in the urine collection cup U or the like flows into the container 5 from the sample suction tube 12 through the filtration filter 10 due to the reduced pressure of the container 5 that is sealed under reduced pressure. Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, by removing the container 5 from the container holder 1 and pulling out the injection needle 11 pierced into the stopper 4, the urine sample is collected in the container 5. The urine sample collected in the above can be stored as it is.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
The urine sample collection / preservation instrument of the present invention is configured as described above, so that no gap is formed between the outer peripheral portion and the space portion of the filtration filter, so that bacteria pass only through the filtration filter. Then, since the filtration of the bacteria is completed, the preserved state of the collected urine sample is improved without causing bacterial contamination.
