Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although the angle-adjustable device shown in FIG. 7 has a simpler structure than the angle-adjustable devices shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the number of assembling parts does not change and the exclusive space including the camera body still remains. It was widely taken.
Therefore, in order to adjust the displacement in the mounting direction as described above, there has been a demand for an inexpensive one that does not take up an exclusive space after mounting the camera by sharing the assembled parts.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and has a structure in which an exclusive part after a camera is mounted is reduced by using a common assembly part for adjusting a deviation in a mounting direction, and the electronic apparatus can be configured at a low cost. It is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus for adjusting the angle of a device.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 is a mounting base plate attached to a ceiling surface and having insertion holes and first screw holes formed on both left and right sides, and a left and right corresponding to the first screw hole mounted horizontally on the mounting base plate. A first adjusting plate having a pair of first adjusting long holes extending in a direction, and a first adjusting plate for pivotally connected to one side end of the first adjusting plate via connecting means so as to be rotatable and extending vertically at the lower center. A second adjustment plate including a long hole and a second adjustment long hole having a length in the short direction that is parallel to the long hole and larger than the length of the long hole in the short direction. A pair of angle setting plates, a screw hole that is sandwiched between the second adjustment plates of the pair of angle setting plates, and that corresponds to the long hole, and a second screw hole that corresponds to the second adjustment long hole. And electronic devices provided on both sides of the angle setting plate, and a screw is inserted through each of the long holes of the angle setting plate. After screwing into the screw holes of the electronic device and the mounting base plate, the screws are loosened, the electronic device is tilted within the movable range of each of the long holes, and the position of the screw is changed. By doing so, it is possible to adjust the set angle of the electronic device in the left-right and / or front-back direction.
[0009]
In such a configuration, since the angle setting plate can be used as a symmetrical common part, screws can be fixed to the mounting base plate and the electronic device without hesitation as compared with the conventional example in which the deviation of the mounting direction is adjusted. , And can be configured at low cost.
Also, since the angle setting plate is not screwed as a different component but is screwed directly to the mounting base plate symmetrically, the component for adjusting the front-rear direction and the left-right direction is compared with the conventional adjusting device. It is not necessary to connect the electronic devices vertically or crossover, and the exclusive space after mounting the electronic device can be reduced accordingly.
[0010]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to avoid assembling the electronic device without paying attention to the direction in which the angle setting plate is clamped to the electronic device. In order to achieve this, the second adjusting slot is provided in parallel with the slot and on both sides of the slot.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of components of an angle adjusting device for an electronic device according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a mounting base plate, 2 denotes an angle setting plate, and 3 denotes a monitoring camera having a built-in image sensor. Electronic equipment.
[0012]
The mounting base plate 1 is made of, for example, a rectangular metal plate, and is provided with a flange by bending both left and right sides of the metal plate to form a pair of insertion holes 1a in the flange and a mounting portion 1b mounted on the ceiling. And a fixing portion 1d having a pair of first screw holes 1c formed in parallel with the insertion hole 1a outside the flange.
[0013]
The angle setting plate 2 is, for example, similar to the mounting base plate 1 and is formed by connecting two rectangular metal plates by a connecting means 2f including a hinge portion for rotatably connecting one of the metal plates. It is horizontally mounted on the mounting base plate 1, and the other metal plate is rotatably connected via the connecting means 2f, and is mounted on an electronic device 3 described later.
Specifically, a first adjustment plate 2b horizontally mounted on the mounting base plate 1 and having a pair of first adjustment slots 2a extending left and right corresponding to the first screw holes 1c; One end of the plate 2b is rotatably connected via a connecting means 2f and extends vertically in the center of the lower part of the plate 2b. I have.
After the electronic device 3 is mounted on the mounting base plate 1 via the angle setting plate 2, the screw is loosened to move the first adjustment slot 2 a, the slot 2 c, and the second adjustment slot 2 d. By tilting the electronic device 3 within the range and using the rotation of the connecting means 2f to change the screwing position, the shift of the electronic device 3 in the left-right and / or front-back direction can be adjusted.
[0015]
2A and 2B show a state in which the angle adjustment device for an electronic device according to the present invention is mounted on a ceiling. FIG. 2A is a perspective view in which the components shown in FIG. 1 are assembled, and FIG. (C) is a view as seen from the arrow B in (a), and (d) is a view as seen from the arrow C in (c).
[0016]
Next, the operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The long hole 2c for the shaft of the second adjustment plate 2e and the long hole 2d for the second adjustment are aligned with the screw hole 3a and the second screw hole 3b of the electronic device 3, and the long hole for the shaft of the second adjustment plate 2e. When the screw 4 and the second adjustment screw 5 are inserted through the second adjustment slot 2d and the second adjustment screw 5 and screwed together, the electronic device 3 is sandwiched between the two angle setting plates 2 from both sides.
[0017]
The angle setting plate 2 holding the electronic device 3 is bent to approximately 90 degrees by the rotation of the connecting means 2f, and the first adjusting slot 2a of the first adjusting plate 2b is inserted into the first screw hole of the mounting base plate 1. The first adjustment screw 6 is inserted and screwed in accordance with 1c to be fixed to the mounting base plate 1.
[0018]
The mounting base plate 1 is fixed to the ceiling by inserting fixing means (not shown) from the insertion hole 1a of the mounting portion 1b.
As described above, the angle adjusting device of the electronic apparatus of the present invention is assembled in the state shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 2B, 2C, and 2D, the electronic device 3 is assembled so that the monitoring direction of the electronic device 3 is suspended from the ceiling surface.
As shown in FIG. 2B, the screw 4 and the second adjustment screw 5 are loosened to rotate in the long hole 2c for the shaft and the second long hole 2d to tilt the electronic device 3 in the direction a. Then, as shown in FIG. 2C, the first adjusting screw 6 is loosened to move in the first adjusting long hole 2a in parallel, and the screw 4 and the second adjusting screw 5 are loosened for the shaft. By rotating the inside of the long hole 2c and the second adjustment long hole 2d to tilt the electronic device 3 in the direction b, the angle of the electronic device 3 can be adjusted.
The function of each screw shown in FIGS. 2B and 2C is as follows.
The screw 4 tilts the electronic device 3 as a central axis whose position can be changed in the long hole 2 c for the shaft, and fixes the electronic device 3 to the second adjustment plate 2 e of the angle setting plate 2.
The second adjustment screw 5 adjusts the angle of the electronic device 3 in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction, that is, the angle in the a direction and the b direction, and fixes the electronic device 3 to the second adjustment plate 2 e of the angle setting plate 2. .
In the case of the direction a, the position is adjusted by changing the position of the second adjustment screw 5 in the second adjustment long hole 2 d around the screw 4, and in the case of the direction b, the position of the second angle setting plate 2 on the left side is set. The longitudinal direction of the long hole 2c and the second long hole 2d for the shaft of the second adjusting plate 2e, and the long hole 2c and the second long hole for the shaft of the second adjusting plate 2e of the right angle setting plate 2 The electronic device 3 is fixed to the second adjusting plate 2e of the angle setting plate 2 by adjusting the position of the screw 4 and the second adjusting screw 5 within a range in which the longitudinal direction of 2d is combined. is there.
The first adjusting screw 6 is used together with the second adjusting screw 5 to adjust the angle in the direction b. The electronic device 3 is changed by changing the position of the first adjusting screw 6 in the first adjusting slot 2a. The first adjusting plate 2b of the angle setting plate 2 is fixed to the mounting base plate 1 while moving in parallel.
Further, the screw 4, the second adjustment screw 5, and the first adjustment screw 6 are provided with a flat washer and a spring washer, and are screwed. When each screw is loosened in order to adjust a shift in the mounting direction of the electronic device 3, In order to prevent the position of the electronic device 3 from suddenly changing, a frictional force is applied between the angle setting plate 2 and the mounting base plate 1 and between the electronic device 3 and the angle setting plate 2. When the setting plate 2 and the mounting base plate 1 are fixed, they act as loosening prevention so that each screw is not loosened and the fixing position of the electronic device 3 is not changed.
As described above, in the angle adjusting device for an electronic device of the present invention, since two identical angle setting plates 2 are used, compared with the conventional example, the parts at the time of assembly can be shared, From the state where the electronic device 3 is mounted by the mounting base plate 1 and the angle setting plate 2, the adjustment of the deviation in the mounting direction can be performed manually by the angle adjusting function of the angle setting plate 2.
Also, when adjusting the angle in the two directions, there is no need to use separate components having different configurations, so that the components for adjusting the front-rear direction and the left-right direction are vertically and / or intersectingly compared to the conventional adjusting device. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a dedicated space for coupling, and the exclusive space after the electronic device 3 is mounted can be reduced accordingly.
[0019]
3A and 3B show a part of the state of FIG. 2 when mounted on a ceiling. FIG. 3A shows the vicinity of the first adjustment slot 2a in FIG. 2D, and FIG. FIG. 4C is a schematic view showing the vicinity of the shaft long hole 2c and the second adjustment long hole 2d, and FIG. 4C is a schematic view showing the movable range of the angle by the shaft long hole 2c and the second adjustment long hole 2d. It is a side view showing the state where electronic equipment 3 of the angle adjustment device of electronic equipment by the present invention was inclined and fixed.
[0020]
Next, an operation of adjusting the angle according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 3A shows a state in which the first adjusting screw 6 is inserted into the first adjusting long hole 2 a and screwed into the first screw hole 1 c of the mounting base plate 1.
In this state, the first adjusting screw 6 is loosened so as not to fall out of the first screw hole 1c of the mounting base plate 1, and the first adjusting screw of the angle setting plate 2 with respect to the longitudinal direction of the first adjusting slot 2a. By moving the plate 2b, the position of the center axis of the connecting means 2f can be changed, and the positional relationship between the mounting plate 1 and the first adjusting plate 2b of the angle setting plate 2 and the first adjusting screw 6 is changed.
At this time, the screw 4 and the second adjustment screw 5 are also loosened so as not to fall out from the screw holes 3a and the second screw holes 3b of the electronic device 3, and the longitudinal holes 2c and 2d of the shaft are formed. By moving the second adjusting plate 2e of the angle setting plate 2 with respect to the direction, the angle of the electronic device 3 can be adjusted in the direction b in FIG.
Here, similarly to the second adjustment long hole 2d, the shaft hole is made to be a long hole, thereby enabling adjustment in the b direction.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 3B, the length L in the lateral direction of the second adjustment long hole 2 d provided on the second adjustment plate 2 e of the angle setting plate 2 fixed to the electronic device 3 also serves as a rotation axis. The screw 4 and the second adjustment screw 5 form a thread portion having a diameter that can be inserted into the length M, which is larger than the length M in the short direction of the long hole 2c for the shaft.
Thus, with the screw 4 and the second adjustment screw 5 loosened, the screw 4 temporarily fixed to the shaft long hole 2c also serving as a rotation axis with respect to the longitudinal direction of the second adjustment long hole 2d. As the center, the angle of the electronic device 3 can be adjusted in the direction a in FIG. 2B.
Here, as shown in FIG. 3C, for example, the second adjustment long hole 2d is positioned so that the screw portion of the second adjustment screw 5 is located in the middle of the second adjustment long hole 2d in the short direction. The movable range of the electronic device 3 in the second adjustment plate 2e of the angle setting plate 2 provided with the space in the short direction from the long hole 2c for the shaft will be described. Of the screw portion of the second adjusting screw 5 centered on the position of the screw portion of the screw 4, the screw portion indicated by a dotted line in the longitudinal direction of the second adjusting long hole 2d. An angle A connecting each position and the position of the screw portion of the screw 4 is a movable range of the electronic device 3.
When the screw portion of the screw 4 is located at the upper end in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 2c for the shaft, the second adjustment of the screw portion of the second adjustment screw 5 around the position of the screw portion of the screw 4 is performed. The movable range is an angle B connecting the position of the screw portion indicated by a dotted line in contact with the upper end in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 2d and the position of the screw portion indicated by a dotted line between the upper end and the lower end.
Further, when the screw portion of the screw 4 is located at the lower end in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 2c for the shaft, the second adjustment of the screw portion of the second adjustment screw 5 around the position of the screw portion of the screw 4 is performed. The movable range is an angle C connecting the position of the screw portion indicated by a dotted line in contact with the lower end in the longitudinal direction of the long hole 2d and the position of the screw portion indicated by a dotted line between the upper end and the lower end.
As described above, since the long hole 2c for the shaft which is fixed to the electronic device 3 and also serves as the rotation shaft provided on the second adjustment plate 2e of the angle setting plate 2, the second adjustment can be performed as compared with the round hole. The movable range of adjustment of the electronic device 3 can be increased by interlocking with the long slot 2d.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the second adjustment slot 2d provided on the second adjustment plate 2e of the angle setting plate 2 fixed to the electronic device 3 is replaced with a shaft slot that also serves as a rotation axis. When the angle setting plate 2 is provided at two places on the left and right sides centered on 2c, the angle setting plate 2 can be a symmetrical component. It is not necessary to pay attention to the mounting direction, and it is possible to save the trouble of assembling.
[0022]
FIG. 4 is a specific example of the description of FIG. 3 when the angle of the electronic device 3 is changed in the direction b in FIG. 2C.
Within the longitudinal direction of the long hole 2c for the shaft of the angle setting plate 2, for example, in the second adjustment plate 2e of the left angle setting plate 2 viewed from the f direction, the upper end of the long hole 2c for the shaft is used. The screw 4 and the second adjustment screw 5 are fixed, and in the second adjustment plate 2e of the right angle setting plate 2 viewed from the direction g, the screw 4 and the second adjustment screw 5 are attached at the lower end of the long hole 2c for the shaft. It is fixed and attached with the left-right angle inclined to the left.
The position change of the angle setting plate 2 on the mounting base plate 1 at the time of this change can be adjusted by moving the first adjustment plate 2b through the first adjustment slot 2a as shown in FIG. The change in the direction b in FIG. 2C is realized.
