【解決手段】廃棄物溶融処理設備の廃棄物溶融炉から排出する排ガス中の可燃分を燃焼室2で燃焼した際の燃焼ガスにより蒸気を発生させるボイラー3を備えた排ガス処理系において、ボイラーブロー水を燃焼室2またはボイラ3の放射伝熱部の燃焼ガスに噴霧器18で噴霧して蒸発処理する、廃棄物溶融処理設備における排ガス処理系のボイラーブロー水処理方法。

本発明は、廃棄物溶融処理設備の廃棄物溶融炉から排出する排ガス中の可燃分を燃焼室で燃焼させて得られた高温の燃焼ガスにより蒸気を発生させるボイラーを備えた排ガス処理系のボイラーブロー水処理方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
廃棄物溶融処理設備では、廃棄物溶融炉から排出する排ガスから熱回収が行われている。図3は廃棄物溶融処理設備の排ガス処理系のフロー図である。図3において、廃棄物溶融炉1から排出される排ガスは、燃焼室2に導入され、排ガス中の可燃分を燃焼させ、発生した高温の燃焼ガスの熱を利用してボイラー3で蒸気を発生させて発電機で発電させる。ボイラー3を通過した後の排ガスは、排ガス冷却器4で排ガス温度を下げた後、集じん機5で集じんして煙突6から排出される。

排ガス処理系のなかでボイラーは、長期間使用していると、ボイラの缶水が濃縮されてスケーリング等の障害が発生するので、水質維持のために定量的に発生蒸気量の2〜3%をブローすることが必要となる(特許文献1参照)。

ボイラ3へ給水される水は、エコノマイザ7を通ってボイラー3の排ガスにより過熱されて気水胴8へと送られる。気水胴8内に貯められているボイラの缶水は、燃焼室2から送られてくる約900℃の燃焼ガスにより過熱され、蒸気管9内で飽和蒸気となり、さらに一次過熱器10、二次過熱器11を経て過熱蒸気となり、この過熱蒸気は、蒸気タービンの起動用あるいは空調設備の熱源として利用される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
気水胴8からブロー配管12に抜き出されるブロー水(PH9.5〜11)は、高温(約225℃〜230℃)、高圧(約2.5Mpa)のため、専用のブロータンク13でフラッシュしたのち冷却し、冷却されたブロー水は排水処理配管14を経由して排水処理装置15に送られて排水処理され、ブロータンク13で発生する蒸気も換気ファン16で吸引し、換気配管17で系外処理される。このため、専用のブロータンク13、排水処理配管14、排水処理装置15、換気ファン16、換気配管17などのブロー水処理設備を設ける必要があるため、設備が複雑となり、設備費、建設費が高くなる。

そこで、本発明は、廃棄物溶融処理設備における排ガス処理系において、ボイラブロー水を簡単な設備で処理できるボイラーブロー水処理方法を提供するものである。

本発明の廃棄物溶融処理設備における排ガス処理系のボイラーブロー水処理方法は、廃棄物溶融処理設備の廃棄物溶融炉から排出する排ガス中の可燃分を燃焼室で燃焼した際の燃焼ガスにより蒸気を発生させるボイラーを備えた排ガス処理系において、ボイラーブロー水を前記燃焼ガスに噴霧して蒸発処理することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は本発明のボイラーブロー水の処理を示すフロー図である。図2に示す従来のボイラーと同様に、ボイラ3へ給水される水は、エコノマイザ7を通ってボイラー3の排ガスにより過熱されて気水胴8へと送られる。気水胴8内に貯められているボイラの缶水は、燃焼室2から送られてくる約900℃の燃焼ガスにより過熱され、蒸気管9内で飽和蒸気となり、さらに一次過熱器10、二次過熱器11を経て過熱蒸気となり、この過熱蒸気は、蒸気タービンの起動用あるいは空調設備の熱源として利用される。

気水胴8からブロー配管12を通って定量的に抜き出されるブロー水は、ブロー水が持つ高圧(約2.5Mpa)の圧力を利用して噴霧器18からボイラ3の放射伝熱部の、燃焼室2からの約900℃の高温の燃焼ガスに直接噴霧して蒸発処理する。

本実施例では、ボイラ3の放射伝熱部で燃焼室2からの燃焼ガスにより蒸発処理しているが、図1の点線で示すように、燃焼室2に噴霧器13を設け、切替弁19で切り換えて燃焼室2の燃焼ガスに噴霧して蒸発処理してもよい。

なお、ブロー水を燃焼室またはボイラに噴霧することにより、燃焼室の燃焼ガスで熱置換する際のエネルギとなる、排ガス中の発熱量をブロー水で奪うことになるが、その量は総発熱量のごくわずかで有り、実状は問題ない。

【発明の効果】
本発明では、ブロー水を燃焼室の燃焼ガスに噴霧して蒸発処理させることにより、従来のブロー水処理では必要であった、専用のブロータンク、フラッシュ装置、排水処理配管、排水処理装置、換気ファン、換気配管等のブロー水処理設備が不要となり、設備が簡素化され、建設費、設備費を低減させることができる。
