【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、外用消炎鎮痛剤に関する。さらに詳しくは非ステロイド性抗炎症成分、精油及び温感誘発成分を含有することを特徴とする外用消炎鎮痛剤に関する。

【従来の技術】
肩や首の凝りの治療のためのに、消炎鎮痛成分と温感誘発成分を配合した外用消炎鎮痛剤が用いられており、インドメタシン等の非ステロイド性抗炎症成分とトウガラシエキスやノニル酸ワニリルアミド等の温感誘発成分を配合した外用消炎鎮痛剤が知られている（特許文献１）。

また、外用消炎鎮痛剤に香料として精油を配合して、消炎鎮痛作用に加えて、アロマテラピー効果を狙った外用消炎鎮痛剤が開示されている（特許文献２）。

しかし、塗ってすぐに効果を実感でき、高い治療効果を発揮する外用消炎鎮痛剤を望む声は大きい。

また、インドメタシン、ピロキシカム及びジクロフェナックの群から選ばれる１種以上の非ステロイド性抗炎症成分、ベルガモット、ラベンダー、パイン、ローズオットー等の精油、及びノニル酸ワニリルアミド、カプサイシン、トウガラシエキス及びトウガラシチンキの群から選ばれる１種以上の温感誘発成分を同時に含有する外用消炎鎮痛剤は知られていない。

本発明は、肩や首の凝りに対して、塗ってすぐに効果を実感でき、高い治療効果を発揮する外用消炎鎮痛剤を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは、鋭意研究の結果、インドメタシン等の非ステロイド性抗炎症成分、ベルガモット、ラベンダー、パイン、ローズオットー等の精油及びノニル酸ワニリルアミド、トウガラシエキス等の温感誘発成分を配合することにより、肩や首の凝りに対して、塗ってすぐに効果を実感でき、高い治療効果を発揮する外用消炎鎮痛剤となることを見出し、本発明を完成した。
