本発明は、パチンコ店等の遊技場に設置して使用されるパチンコ機等の遊技機に関するものである。

遊技場に設置される遊技機としてパチンコ機が挙げられる。このパチンコ機にはパチンコ球等の遊技媒体が打ち出される遊技領域が形成された遊技盤が取付け部となる本体枠内に配設され、その遊技盤の前面を窓部を有する開閉自在な前面枠により被覆される構成となっている。遊技盤面には、遊技領域を規定又は遊技媒体を誘導するためのレールが取り付けられるとともに、遊技領域内には障害釘や風車等の他に、電動チューリップや入賞チャッカー、アタッカー等の入賞装置が配設されている。

このような遊技領域に対して反対側となる後面には、入賞チャッカーやアタッカー等に設けられた入賞口に入ったパチンコ球を、所定の受け部へとガイドする誘導リブからなる所謂球通路を備えた支持部材が一般的に取り付けられている。この支持部材の後面には、パチンコ機を制御するための主制御回路基板(装置)、ランプ制御回路基板(装置)及び音声制御回路基板(装置)等の制御回路基板の他に、特別図柄表示装置となる液晶表示(LCD)パネル等が組み付けられている。これにより、遊技盤を取り外した場合には、各制御回路基板が組み付けられている支持部材を同時に本体枠側にある遊技盤取付け部から取り外すことができるので、組み付けの際の作業性を向上させることが可能となる。

しかしながら、上記支持部材は遊技盤の背面に釘やネジ等により容易に取り外せないように頑強に固定されるので、パチンコ機の組付作業時の工数が多くなるという問題がある。一方、回収されたパチンコ機は人の手による分解作業が行われるが、手間がかかり作業性が悪く支持部材を壊してしまうことがあり、リサイクル性が悪いという問題がある。

上記目的を達成するために、本発明の遊技機は、遊技を行うための遊技領域が形成された遊技盤を備えたものであり、遊技機に配設する制御回路装置と、この制御回路装置を取り付ける支持部材とを制御回路ユニットからなる一体のユニットから構成するとともに、前記制御回路ユニットと前記遊技盤とを係合して保持するロック機構を、前記制御回路ユニット又は前記遊技盤の少なくとも一方に設けたものである。なお、本発明における遊技領域とは、遊技の際に遊技媒体を流下させる移動範囲が遊技盤面内に設けられたものを含む。また、制御回路装置は、遊技状態に応じて所定の出力態様を行う各種装置を作動(制御)させる制御装置、或いは、遊技情報を表示又は告知するための図柄(可変)表示装置、ランプ装置、音声装置の少なくともいずれかを含むものとする。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1に本発明を用いたパチンコ機の外観を示す。パチンコ機2の本体枠3の内部には遊技盤4(図2参照)が配設されており、遊技盤4の前面には前面枠5が開閉自在に設けられている。この前面枠5の中央には開口5aが形成されており、この開口5aは前面枠5の裏側に取り付けられるガラス枠6(図2参照)のガラス板7により遮蔽されている。前面枠5の下方には、打球(遊技媒体)供給用の供給皿8及び遊技媒体となるパチンコ球の打ち出し強さを調節する操作ハンドル9が設けられている。遊技者が供給皿8にパチンコ球を投入すると、内部に設けられた通路によりパチンコ球は発射装置へと誘導される。そして、操作ハンドル9を操作して遊技盤4上にパチンコ球を打ち出す。なお、前面枠5が閉じているロック状態の場合には、遊技者や遊技場の作業者は、前面枠5の裏側に取り付けられたガラス板7を介して遊技盤4の遊技領域4a(図2参照)及び遊技領域4a上を流下していく打ち出されたパチンコ球を見ることはできるが、遊技盤4にはもちろんのこと、本体枠3の内部に備えられた電子機器にも触れることはできないようになっている。
