【従来の技術】

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明ラベル用シートは、上記課題を解決するため、図示するように、複写用又は印刷用合成樹脂フィルム10の裏面12に粘着剤20を塗布し、前記粘着剤層20にシリコーン層30を介して剥離可能に粘着する剥離紙を貼着したラベル用シートにおいて、前記剥離紙の裏面に複写又は印刷する方向に沿って、1本又は複数本の切り込み線60を設け、複写時又は印刷時の加熱による剥離紙の寸法変化による障害を防止できるようにしたものである。
また、本発明ラベル用シートは、上記課題を解決するため、図示するように、上記発明において、前記剥離紙がシリコーン層30、ポリエチレンフィルム層40及び紙層50からなり、紙層50の表面51にポリエチレンフィルム層40を融着して複写前又は印刷前の紙層50の寸法変化による障害を防止できるようにすると共に、裏面に1本、2本又は3本の切り込み線60を設けたものである。本発明において、複写用又は印刷用合成樹脂フィルムは、通常、厚み約38〜75ミクロンのポリエステルフィルム、ポリプロピレンフィルム等の耐熱性フィルムが用いられる。
粘着剤は、アクリル系、ゴム系、シリコーン系等いずれも使用できる。
粘着剤剥離用シリコーンは、縮合反応硬化型、付加反応硬化型いずれも使用され、また、溶剤使用タイプのほか無溶剤タイプも使用される。
紙は、通常、厚み64〜110g/m の上質紙、クラフト紙等が使用される。
剥離紙裏面の切り込み線は、溶剤を使用したシリコーン層の場合は、溶剤が紙層へ浸透しないようにする目的のポリエチレン等の合成樹脂層の目止め処理効果を阻害しない範囲の本数にする必要があり、また、切り抜き線は、これによって紙のへたり(折り)が発生しない範囲の本数にする必要がある。
さらに、切り抜き線は、シリコーン層と紙層との間に、ポリエチレンその他の中間層がある場合、シリコーン層、中間層及び紙層は共に切り込まれることが好ましい。

本発明の実施の形態が図1及び図2に示されている。
本発明の各実施例は、A4大のポリエステルフィルム10の裏面12に、アクリル系粘着剤層20が塗布され、その下面に、シリコーン層30、ポリエチレン層40及び紙層50からなるA4大の剥離紙が貼着されたもので、各層の厚み、は次表の通りである。

本実施例では、中間層にポリエチレンを溶着しているので、剥離紙の腰が強く、また、ポリエチレン層の融点は約135℃であるが、複写又は印刷によって150℃〜200℃に加熱されて1分間10枚〜135枚の複写又は印刷をしても熱の影響は受けず、複写又は印刷の文字図形の所定位置がずれることなく、複写又は印刷直後のカールを生じない。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、複写又は印刷前後の、雰囲気の湿度変化による寸法変化があっても、切り込み線によって緩和されてカールが生じにくく、また、複写時や印刷時の加熱によって、紙層や中間層の寸法変化があっても、カールが生じにくいので、複写又は印刷の文字図形の所定位置がずれることが生じにくい。
以上のように、本発明は、簡単容易かつ安価に剥離紙付きの粘着シートのカールや複写又は印刷した文字図形の位置ずれを防止できるようになった。
