Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cut-free door component, and more specifically, a door component capable of assembling a door frame that is cut into an appropriate size according to the height and width of a building opening space to form a frame frame structure. It is about.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, wooden doors for buildings (including those made of processed wood such as particle boards) are mass-produced under tentative standardization such as a height of 75 cm and a width of 90 cm. However, in a building that is actually constructed, the opening space in which the door should be built does not always conform to the door standard, and changes depending on the owner's request, architect's design philosophy, site conditions, etc. Often.
[0003]
However, when the size of the standard door did not fit in the actual building space, the door had to be specially ordered according to the building space. However, when the size of the existing wooden door was slightly larger than the opening space by several mm, it could be used by cutting off the vertical and horizontal frames, but it was possible to use several cm. When the existing door was large in the unit of, it was not possible to cut the size to match. This is because, as shown in FIG. 11, in a conventional wooden door, the vertical frame 1a and the horizontal frame 4a (in the illustrated example, the lower frame) are connected by a dowel 6a through a dowel 6a, or by a tenon-joining / clamping. And the end plate 5a is fitted into the fitting groove C of the vertical frame 1a and the fitting groove 41 of the horizontal frame 4a, so that the height and width of the door can be removed only by a few mm. Because the degree was the limit.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the present invention has been made in view of the fact that conventional wooden doors could not be used for a non-standard building opening space, and the height and width of the building opening space It is an object of the present invention to provide a door component that can easily and efficiently cut a door to an appropriate size according to a size and assemble it into a framed frame structure.

[0008]
In FIGS. 1 to 10, what is indicated by reference numerals 1 and 2 is a vertical railroad frame made of a straight grain of a toga. In the present embodiment, the upper and lower ends have scrapable allowances 11 and 21, Trims 12 and 22 that can sandwich the side edges of the head plate from the front and rear surfaces are integrally formed by cutting at a corresponding portion to be brought into contact with a head plate described later. In FIG. 5, reference numerals 13 and 23 denote recesses formed in the upper and lower ends of the vertical stairs 1 and 2, and the ends of the horizontal stairs described later are located there. Abutting and joining in a receiving state.
[0009]
Next, what is indicated by reference numerals 3 and 4 in the figure is a horizontal member (using a straight grain of a toga similar to the vertical frame) disposed on the upper and lower portions of the vertical frames 1.2 and the small edge thereof. It is a pair of upper and lower horizontal stiles having cut-off allowances 31 and 41 on the side and the end side facing the vertical stile 1. Even if all the throw-away allowances 31 and 41 on the fore-edge side are removed from the fore-edge surfaces of the side frames 3 and 4, the dowels provided with the vertical stiles 1 and 2 are sufficiently received and can be connected to the dowels. Deep dowel holes 32 and 42 are drilled. In addition, concave grooves designated by reference numerals 33 and 43 on the lower surface of the upper horizontal frame 3 and the upper surface of the lower horizontal frame 4 are fitting grooves into which upper and lower edges of a mirror plate described later fit.
[0010]
Next, what is indicated by reference numeral 5 is a mirror plate having a surface decorated (not shown), and has a cut-off allowance 51 on one vertical side edge.
[0011]
Further, what is indicated by reference numeral 6 is a round steel dowel which is planted in the vertical frame 1 so as to face the dowel holes 32 and 42 formed in the upper and lower horizontal frames 3 and 4. Three pieces are projected from the inside of the ends. In the present embodiment, three dowels 6 are planted on the fore-edge side of the horizontal stiles 3, 4 opposite to the dowel holes 32, 42, while the dowels 6 are opposed to the vertical stiles. A dowel hole (not shown) is formed in the corresponding portion 2 so that the dowels can be connected to each other.
[0012]
The door component of the present embodiment includes the above-described components. When assembling a wooden door that matches the opening space of a building using these components, the following operation is performed.
(1) First, the upper and lower dowels 6 in the horizontal frames 3 and 4 are inserted into upper and lower dowel holes (not shown) in the vertical frame 2 and are bonded to each other using an adhesive. At this time, the vertical frame 2 and the horizontal frames 3 and 4 are connected so that the ends of the horizontal frames 3 and 4 are fitted into the notches 23 of the vertical frame 2 as can be understood from FIG. You.
(2) Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the extra length on the fore-edge side of the side frames 3.4 is cut off from the throw-away allowances 31 and 41 in accordance with the width of the opening space for the building, and the end plate 5 is removed. The end plate 5 from which the excess discarding portion has been removed is inserted into the frame formed by the vertical frame 2 and the horizontal frames 3 and 4 by removing the extra width dimension from the discarding margin 51. Then, the end plate 5 is sandwiched between the trims 12 of the vertical frame 2 and fitted into the fitting grooves 33 and 43 of the horizontal frames 3 and 4.
(3) Next, the upper and lower dowels 6 in the vertical frame 1 are inserted into the dowel holes 32 in the horizontal frame 3 and the dowel holes 42 in the horizontal frame 4 by using the method shown in FIG. At this time, it is preferable that the upper and lower dowels 6 of the vertical frame 1 are simultaneously hit with a hammer so as to equally enter the dowel holes 32 and 42 of the upper and lower horizontal frames 3.4. An adhesive is also used for the dowel joint.
(4) When the end plate 5 is fitted in the frame of the vertical frames 1.2 and the horizontal frames 3.4 in this way, as shown in FIG. By removing extra height dimensions from the upper-end disposal allowance 11, the upper-side disposal allowance 31 of the horizontal frame 2, and the upper-end disposal allowance 21 of the vertical frame 2 (FIG. 6 → FIG. 7), the building opening space is reduced. A wooden door that fits perfectly is completed.
[0013]

(2) In addition to the above-described structure, as shown in FIG. 10, a middle ridge 7 is disposed between the upper and lower horizontal frames 3 and 4, and between the upper horizontal frame 3 and the middle ridge 7 and It is also possible to fit the end plates 5, 5 between the middle ridge 7 and the lower horizontal frame 4, respectively.
(3) In the above-mentioned embodiment, although the straight-grained lumber of the toga is used as the timber used for the vertical stairs 1.2 and the horizontal stairs 3.4, any cedar or oak wood that can be used as a fitting is used. So-called "fiber board" such as teak, particle board made of glued laminated wood or wood shards or crushed pieces with a binder, and MDF made by hardening wood fiber etc. with a binder. It can also be used with processed wood.
(4) In the above-described embodiment, the decorative plate 5 employs a wooden decorative plate. However, plate materials used for fittings, such as stained glass, gullery plates, and lattice frame plates, are selected according to the purpose. It is of course possible to fit them.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the cut-free door component material configured by applying the present invention has a surplus in comparison with the opening space from the disposal space provided on the vertical frame, the horizontal frame, and the end plate. It is possible to adjust the door size to a desired size by removing the dimensions, and it is possible to easily and quickly cope with a nonstandard building opening space.
[0016]
Further, according to the cut-free door component material of the present invention, it is possible to prepare various doors by preparing a very small number of varieties without preparing ready-made doors of various sizes as in the related art. Because it is possible to cope with space, inventory management is very advantageous.
