本発明はモータを駆動する制御装置において電流指令やフィードバックが変化した時、変化した分を算出し出力、演算結果で補正する電流制御方法に関する。

従来、図4のような構成にて図5のように電流制御はアナログ又はサンプリング毎に電流指令からフィードバックを差し引き、フィードバック制御していた(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが従来のデジタル電流制御技術では、サンプリング時間やキャリア周波数等で電流応答が決まる問題があり、電流応答を高速化しようとしてアナログ電流制御で行うと、複雑な制御ができないという問題があった。
そこで本発明は、デジタル電流制御であっても、電流制御の応答を高めることを目的とする。

上記課題を解決するため、電流指令やフィードバックを観測し変化した時、変化した分を出力、その後通常の演算結果で補正する。
上記手段により、変化した時即応答できるので、高い応答で更にその後の演算で補正するので正確に制御することができる。

以下、本発明の具体的実施例を図1に示して説明する。
図1においては1はマイクロコンピュータ、2はPWM変換回路、3はベースドライブ回路、4はパワートランジスタモジュール、5はモータである。
以上のように構成された回路において、その動作を図2の制御ブロックを用いて説明する。
まず通常はドライブの指令(電流アンプ出力)は電流指令からフィードバックを差引き、ゲイン分を乗算して出力してベースドライブ回路3でパワートランジスタ4を駆動してモータ5を制御する。
次にマイクロコンピュータ1は電流指令及びフィードバックを通常の電流制御よりも早いサンプリング周期で観測し、変化が発生するとその分の出力を即算出し、PWM変換2を停止又はそこから補正してパワートランジスタ4をドライブして電流を制御する。補正は以下のように行う。
電流フィードバックが変化した場合の電圧指令(電流指令出力、ドライブ指令)ΔVは
