Abstract
Description
【0001】

【0017】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a dentifrice composition capable of effectively removing calculus-like stubborn colored stains and providing an excellent tooth whitening effect.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Zeolite is a water-insoluble compound having features such as ion exchange ability and molecular sieving ability, and is widely used in various fields. In the oral field, zeolites are known to have the ability to prevent tartar formation (for example, see Patent Literature 1), and oral compositions containing acid-treated zeolites and specific metal ion-substituted zeolites have been proposed. (For example, see Patent Documents 2 and 3). On the other hand, toothpastes containing disintegrable granules have been proposed (see Patent Documents 4, 5, 6, and 7). The latter toothpaste with a granule formulation is intended for stains such as plaque which is easy to remove, but not for the tartar-like stubborn colored stains of the present invention. Toothpaste that removes astringent tea, tobacco stains, and the like to whiten teeth is also conventionally known. As the method, it is common to use a highly abrasive abrasive or dissolve and remove tobacco tar using polyethylene glycol or the like. However, there is a concern that the use of a highly abrasive abrasive may damage teeth, and at present, it is not possible to sufficiently dissolve and remove stubborn colored stains such as tartar with polyethylene glycol or the like. Thus, in the prior art, the removal of stubborn colored stains like tartar is not sufficient, and there is a demand for the development of a dentifrice composition with further improved removal effect.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a dentifrice composition that has an excellent tooth whitening effect by effectively removing calculus-like stubborn colored stains.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a dentifrice for achieving the above-mentioned object, and for this purpose, the present inventors have newly found a means for adopting an oral composition, which comprises blending both zeolite particles and specific granules. That was done. It has been found that the tooth whitening effect is synergistically enhanced by this combination, and the present invention has been accomplished.
[0006]
That is, according to the present invention, it is characterized by containing zeolite particles (A) and granules (B) having an average particle size of 0.05 to 2 mm and an average disintegration strength of 15 g / piece or more. A dentifrice composition is provided.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
[0008]
Zeolite particles (A) used in the present invention, W m Z n O 2n · sH 2 O (W is Na, Ca, K, with Ba or Sr, Z is Si + Al (Si: Al> 1, s is not constant) The zeolite is classified into natural and synthetic zeolites, of which about 40 are natural and more than 200 are synthetic. As examples of natural products, natural products include clinoptilolite, mordenite, analcyme, japasite, erionite, Laurentite, philippite, ferrierite, and wylakite. As synthetic products, type A zeolite ( In the present invention, there are zeolite A), faujasite (zeolite X, zeolite Y), offretite, erionite, and mordenite. Any of these zeolites can be used, but natural ones are preferred because they contain impurities and lack homogeneity.
[0009]
The zeolite particles may be composed of primary particles, or may be aggregated secondary particles. Further, the zeolite particles may be disintegrable granules mainly composed of zeolite granulated using primary particles or aggregated particles thereof.
[0010]
The average primary particle diameter of the zeolite particles is preferably 0.1 to 20 μm from the viewpoint of the effect. More preferably, the thickness is 0.5 to 10 μm, particularly 1.0 to 5 μm.
[0011]
In the present invention, specific zeolites having more preferable properties include A-type zeolites, 3A-type, 4A-type, X-type, Y-type, L-type, clinoptilolite-type, mordenite-type, and analcyme-type. Among them, A-type zeolite is preferably used particularly in view of the effect. A-type zeolite is commercially available and includes, for example, Sasil (Degassa), Toyo Builder (Tosoh Corporation), Shilton (Mizusawa Chemical Industries, Ltd.) and the like. These are all composed of primary particles falling within a range of an average particle size of 0.1 to 20 μm.
[0012]
In the case where zeolite granules are used, the average particle diameter of the above primary particles as a component is 0.05 to 2 mm, preferably 0.1 to 1 mm, more preferably 0.2 to 0.5 mm. Granules having an average disintegration strength of 15 to 500 g / piece, more preferably 20 to 200 g / piece, and particularly preferably 25 to 100 g / piece, are preferable in terms of improving the tooth whitening effect. In the present invention, the average disintegration strength refers to a load at which a granule disintegrates when one granule is compressed at a speed of 10 mm / min by a sun rheometer CR-200D (manufactured by San Kagaku) repeatedly 10 times. The average value measured.
[0013]
The blending amount of the zeolite particles in the composition of the present invention is preferably 0.1 to 50% (mass percentage, the same applies hereinafter) of the entire dentifrice composition, and more preferably 0.5 to 20%. If the amount is less than 0.1%, the tooth whitening effect is not sufficient, and if it is more than 50%, the feeling of use of the oral composition may be deteriorated.
[0014]
Next, the granule (B), which is another compounding component, contains a water-insoluble material as a constituent and has an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 2 mm, preferably 0.1 to 1 mm, and more preferably 0.1 to 1 mm. If it is less than 2 mm, the tooth whitening effect may not be obtained. The average disintegration strength of the granules is 15 to 500 g / piece, preferably 20 to 200 g / piece, and more preferably 25 to 100 g / piece. Although the particles having extremely high average disintegration strength depend on the shape, the use of dentifrices containing the particles may damage the oral mucosa, and therefore, the use of dentifrices is not preferable.
[0015]
A water-insoluble material is used as a raw material constituting the granules (B). Specifically, silica-based particles such as silicic anhydride, hydrated silicic acid, titanium silicate, zirconium silicate, and aluminum silicate; dibasic calcium phosphate (dihydrate or anhydride); Inorganic powders such as calcium phosphate, calcium pyrophosphate, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, alumina, magnesium carbonate, tertiary magnesium phosphate, insoluble sodium metaphosphate, insoluble potassium metaphosphate, and titanium oxide are preferably used. Other water-insoluble materials include granulated organic powders such as crystalline cellulose, and natural polymers such as agar, gelatin, starch, carrageenan, glucomannan, sodium alginate, and the like, acrylics, polyurethanes, polyesters, polyamides, Synthetic polymers such as nylon and polyvinyl chloride, and their copolymers, particles obtained by crosslinking latex rubber, or the like, or particles obtained by mixing these materials can be used. Among these, silica-based particles are most preferred from the viewpoint of feeling of use and effects. Also, nylon particles can be preferably used. Further, in addition to the above-mentioned water-insoluble material, a medicinal ingredient, a coloring agent, a fragrance ingredient, and other excipients generally used for dentifrice can be added to the granules (B). Among these, water-insoluble substances such as titanium oxide, gunjou, konjo, red bean, mica titanium, and lake pigment can be preferably blended as the colorant. The method for producing disintegrable granules is well known in the dentifrice field, and includes, for example, a coagulation sedimentation method and another granulation method (for example, using the above-mentioned water-insoluble material with an inorganic binder and / or an organic binder). Granulation method).
[0016]
The blending amount of the granules (B) in the composition of the present invention is 0.05 to 50%, preferably 0.5 to 20% of the whole dentifrice composition. If the amount is less than 0.05%, the effect is not sufficient, and if it is more than 50%, the feeling of use of the toothpaste is deteriorated.
[0017]

【Example】
EXAMPLES Examples of the present invention will be shown below to specifically explain the excellent effects of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited by these examples.
[0026]
[Examples 1 to 5, Comparative Examples 1 to 5]
Dentifrice compositions having the component compositions shown in Tables 1 and 2 were prepared, and the effect of removing colored stains on teeth was evaluated by the following method. The evaluation results are shown in Tables 1 and 2.
[0027]
<Test method>
First, the color of the untreated hydroxyapatite pellet surface was measured using a color difference meter as a reference color, and the value was designated as L0. The pellet was immersed in saliva for 30 minutes at 37 ° C., and then washed with ion-exchanged water to remove surface moisture. The following three types of immersion liquids were prepared using a remineralization liquid prepared by mixing 0.74 mM of calcium ions, 2.59 mM of phosphate ions, and 50 mM of NaCl prepared in advance, and a 0.5% albumin remineralization solution was added to the previous pellet. → 3% Japanese tea + 1% coffee + 1% black tea remineralization solution → Repeated immersion in 0.6% iron ammonium citrate remineralization solution for 1 hour 50 times, air-dry at room temperature for one day, then run , And air-dried again to measure the color of the surface of the completed colored pellet. After brushing the surface of this colored pellet 1000 times with a toothbrush on which 1 g of the prepared preparation is applied, lightly wash and dry with running water, measure the color again, set the value to L2, and calculate the colored stain removal rate by the following equation. The tooth whitening effect was evaluated.
Removal rate of colored stain (%) = [(L1−L2) / (L1−L0)] × 100
[0027]
[Table 1]
[0028]
[Table 2]
[0029]
The above results show that when both zeolite and granules are used in combination, the colored stain removal rate is high, and in particular, the type A zeolite has a colored stain removal rate of 91.4%. When both are used in combination and the average disintegration strength is 15 g / piece or more, excellent tooth whitening effect can be achieved, and it can be understood that a synergistic effect is exhibited.
[0030]
Examples of the dentifrice of the present invention are shown below. All were excellent in the stain removal rate.
