また、特開2001−253487に記載されているような、CD等の光学式記録媒体等を収納する収納ケースを出し入れ可能な開口部が表面又は裏面に形成され、かつ、該収納ケースの外周面を覆う外周縁を備えたケース本体と、このケース本体に前記開口部を通して該ケース本体からの前記収納ケースの取り出しを阻止するためのロック機構を備えさせ、前記ロック機構が、前記ケース本体の外周縁の特定範囲に渡って設けられ、かつ、該特定範囲の一端側に被係止部を備えた収容部と、この収容部の他端側から一端側に移動して前記被係止部に係止する係止部を備えたスライダーとからなり、前記被係止部と係止部の係止状態において前記スライダーの進入方向後端側に形成の開口を通して入り込ませることにより該係止部を該被係止部から離間する側に操作して該係止状態を解除するための操作具を設けてなる盗難防止ケースが開示されている。

【発明の実施の形態】
盗難防止機能付ケース1は、CDやDVD等の光学式記録媒体等を収納する収納ケース2内に、着脱自在な盗難防止具5を設けてなるものである。
上記収納ケース2は、下部に空間部2aを、上部にCDやDVD等を収納する収納部2bを設けると共に、下端部を開閉自在な凸段差部2cを形設してあり、空間部2aの上板2a1と下板2a2に板バネの先端部を係止する係止孔2a11・2a21を設けてなる。
上記盗難防止具5は、上記収納ケース2の下部の空間部2a内に設けてなるもので、空間部2aに出し入れ自在な箱形のケース本体3aの上面及び下面に孔3a1、3a2を設けると共に、背面に板バネ3dを取り付けるための板バネ取付部3bを設けてなり、先端部に案内板3cを突設してなるロック部ケース本体3と、ロック部ケース本体3内に設ける、水平方向にスライドする平板4a1の後端部に圧縮スプリング4aを受ける受部4bを、該受部4bの側方に上記板バネ取付部3bを突出させる切欠孔4b1を、中央部付近の上部及び下部に、上記板バネ3dを内側に移動させるための突片4c・4cを、先端部に磁石により引っ張られる鉄による吸着部4dを、それぞれ設けてなるスライド板4と、上記ロック部ケース本体3の上面に突設した共振タグ(図示せず)等を取り付ける平板による取付部5aを設けてなる構成であり、ケース本体3aの下端部を上記凸段差部2cに対応すべく凹段差部3eを設けてある。

上記盗難防止機能付ケース1について、下記に使用例を説明する。
