Description

【0001】

[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-97559 (Section 2, FIG. 18)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described configuration, in order to enable the pair of doors 9 to be opened and closed, as shown in FIG. It is necessary to provide a certain gap S1 (a portion surrounded by a dotted line in the figure) between them. Further, each unit partition wall 8 has a configuration in which the movable member 8b is vertically movably housed in the case 8a as described above, and the lower side of the movable member 8b is projected from the opening of the case 8a. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 8A, when the door 9 is closed, a gap S2 between the packing 9a and the movable member 8b by the thickness of the case 8a (a portion surrounded by a dotted line in FIG. 8A). Will open. That is, as shown in FIG. 3 (B), the warming room 5 and the cold room 6 are separated by a gap S1 between the doors 9 and 9 and a gap S2 between the movable member 8b and the packing 9a of the door 9. There is a problem in that it communicates with the outside to allow heat to enter and exit from this, thereby reducing the warming / cooling effect, and there is a possibility that dust and the like may enter from the outside, which is not preferable for sanitation.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a warming / cooling device capable of filling a gap between a warming room and a cold room communicating with the outside.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a warming / cooling apparatus, comprising: a unit partition wall having a movable member which can move up and down in a main body including an insulating box having at least one of front and rear surfaces opened. It has a feature in that it is constituted by a fin portion extending and formed.
[0007]
Function and effect of the present invention
<Invention of claim 1>
When the pair of doors are closed, the closing portions provided on the respective doors are in close contact with the partition wall, and the closing portions contact each other to close the gap between the two doors. For this reason, the flow of heat between the warming room and the cold room and the outside is suppressed, and an excellent warming / cooling effect is exhibited, and it is possible to contribute to energy saving. At the same time, external dust, pests and the like are prevented from entering the warming room and the cold room, which is sanitary.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
<First embodiment>
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. This embodiment exemplifies a hot / cold serving car, and as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, includes a storage room main body 10 (hereinafter, simply referred to as a main body) having a rectangular box shape as a whole. It has a shape with open front and rear surfaces, and is configured as a heat insulating box in which a heat insulating material such as urethane foam is filled in a ceiling wall, a bottom wall, and left and right side walls. A caster 11 is mounted on the bottom surface of the main body 10 so as to be movable, and a machine room 12 is provided on the upper surface.
[0009]
A vertical frame 13 is erected at the center in the width direction of the front and rear openings of the main body 10, and an intermediate wall 14 is also provided in the center of the main body 10 in the width direction. It is divided into two rooms on the left and right. Further, in the two chambers on the left and right, a heat insulating partition wall 15 described later in detail is provided at a position slightly closer to the intermediate wall 14 than the center in the width direction. Thus, two storage chambers 16 are formed outside the partition wall 15, and two refrigerator chambers 17 each having a slightly narrower opening than the storage chamber 16 are formed inside the partition wall 15.
In other words, two sets of the adjacent storage compartments 16 and 17 are formed in the left-right direction, and these are further divided into front and rear parts, so that a total of four storage compartments 16 and the storage compartment 17 are formed. I have. A door 60 to be described later is provided in a double door opening type in each of the pairs of the storage compartment 16 and the refrigerator compartment 17.
[0010]
The above-mentioned intermediate wall 14 is configured by arranging two ducts 18 for cooling air circulation at the front and rear at an interval. Is formed. In the machine room 12, a cooler room 21 is defined so as to cover both ducts 18 and an opening on the ceiling surface of one of the refrigerator compartments 17, in which a refrigeration cycle together with the compressor 22, the condenser 23 and the like is provided. A cooling device and a fan inside the refrigerator (both not shown) are provided. For this reason, when the refrigerating cycle is operated and the internal fan is driven, the cool air generated near the cooler is blown into each duct 18 and blown out to the left and right refrigeration chambers 17 through the vent group 19. Thereafter, a circulating flow is generated such that the refrigeration room 17 is guided from the ceiling side of one of the refrigeration rooms 17 into the cooler room 21, thereby cooling the left and right refrigeration rooms 17.
[0011]
On the other hand, a heater panel 25 is provided on a side surface of the storage room 16 opposite to the partition wall 15. On the back side of the heater panel 25, a cord heater drawn from a warming unit 26 provided in the machine room 12 is wired all over, and the inside of the warming room 16 is mainly radiated by the radiant heat from the heater panel 25. It is designed to be heated.
The tray 28 is formed of a synthetic resin or the like into a horizontally-long rectangular shape, and a boundary portion 28A is provided at a position slightly closer to one side than a central portion of the horizontal width, and the tray 28 is warm in a wider direction across the boundary portion 28A. The food to be served is placed on the narrow side in a cold state. In the tray 28, a boundary portion 28 </ b> A is penetrated by the partition wall 15, and lower surfaces of both ends thereof are provided on a pair of tray receivers 20 provided on the heater panel 25 side of the warming room 16 and the duct 18 side of the cold room 17. It is pushed in while being received at 20, and is accommodated from both front and rear sides.
[0012]
Subsequently, the partition wall 15 is formed by stacking a plurality of unit partition walls 31 on a base 30 having heat insulating properties. A pair of support arms protrude from both left and right surfaces of the unit partition wall 31, and a pair of left and right tray receivers 20, 20 is provided at protruding ends of both support arms to form a unit.
As shown in FIG. 3, the unit partition wall 31 roughly includes a case 32, a pair of front and rear partition members 40, and a stopper member 50. The case 32 is formed by extrusion molding of a synthetic resin material or the like. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the case 32 is formed in a hollow shape having a vertically long cross section whose upper end side is pointed in a mountain shape, and has a substantially depth dimension in the main body 10. It has a length comparable to.
[0013]
An upper housing chamber 33 for housing the partition body 40 and a lower housing chamber 34 for housing the stopper body 50 are formed by extending two horizontal plates inside the bottom of the case 32. Each of the bottom walls of the upper storage chamber 33 and the lower storage chamber 34 is provided with a sliding guide groove of the same width over the entire length at the center in the width direction.
The partition body 40 is also made of a synthetic resin, and is formed in a box shape having a width that slidably fits in the sliding guide groove of the upper storage chamber 33, and a pair of front and rear parts is provided at the lower end side of the unit partition wall 31. It is designed to be attached. A leaf spring 45 is mounted between the partition body 40 and the ceiling surface of the upper storage chamber 33 of the unit partition wall 31, and the partition body 40 is always urged downward by the elasticity of the leaf spring 45, The lowering is restricted by hooking portions provided on both left and right side edges of the upper surface being locked to the groove edges of the sliding guide grooves of the upper storage chamber 33, and the lower end protrudes from the lower surface of the unit partition wall 31 by a certain length. It is held in the state where it was. In addition, the protruding length of the lower end of the partition body 40 is substantially equal to the interval between the upper and lower unit partition walls 31 when the unit partition walls 31 are arranged in a stack.
[0014]
A stopper body 50 is vertically movably mounted in the gap between the front and rear partition bodies 40, 40. The stopper body 50 is always urged downward by a pair of left and right auxiliary leaf springs 53 mounted between the ceiling surface of the lower storage chamber 34 and protrudes to a position flush with the lower surface of the partition body 40. In addition, it can rise to a position flush with the lower surface of the unit partition wall 31 against the elasticity of the auxiliary leaf spring 53.
With the configuration as described above, the hot and cold serving car of the present embodiment, when accommodating the tray 28 in the area before and after the warming room 16 and the cold room 17, from the front side of the main body 10 to the rear area, Subsequently, it is a so-called pass-through type having the convenience of being able to sequentially accommodate the front area and the like.
[0015]
Doors 60 are provided at entrances before and after each of the storage compartments 16 and the refrigerator compartments 17, respectively. The door 60A for the refrigerator compartment 16 is swingably supported on both left and right sides of the opening of the main body 10, while the door 60B for the refrigerator compartment 17 is more than the door 60A for the refrigerator compartment 16. It is formed narrow and is swingably supported at the center of the opening of the main body 10. When the door is described in common, it is referred to as a door 60.
The door 60 includes two window plates 61 made of a transparent glass plate or a resin plate in a frame of an aluminum frame including a shaft-side vertical frame, an open-end-side vertical frame, and two upper and lower horizontal frames. Are fitted in a state of being separated by a predetermined distance. As shown in FIG. 4, a groove-shaped handle portion 63 through which a hand can be inserted into the inside over the entire height is formed in the vertical frame on the open end side of both doors 60. In addition, mounting grooves 65 are formed on the back surfaces of the vertical frame and the upper and lower horizontal frames on the shaft side and the open end side of the door 60 over the entire length, and a rod-shaped packing 64 divided into these mounting grooves 65 is formed. Each is attached.
[0016]
Each of the packings 64 has a length equivalent to the entire length of the frame body to be mounted, and has a fitting portion 64A which is fitted into the mounting groove 65 while being elastically deformed, and a prismatic magnet 66 which is also embedded therein. A contact portion 64B which comes into contact with the partition wall 15 when the cover 60 is closed is formed integrally by extrusion molding. A hollow portion is formed between the fitting portion 64A itself, the fitting portion 74 and the contact portion 64B, thereby absorbing an impact when the door 60 is closed and improving heat insulation.
[0017]
In the present embodiment, the contact portion 64B of the packing 64 on the open end side of the packing 64 mounted on both doors 60A and 60B is flush with the contact surface with the partition wall 15 and the adjacent door 60A ( A fin 67 is provided integrally extending toward the 60B) side. The fins 67, 67 of both packings 64, 64 have a length comparable to the height of the vertical frame of the door 60, and have a width at which the extending ends overlap each other with both doors 60A, 60B closed. (See FIG. 4B). The fin 67 is made of, for example, the same soft material as the packing 64 (for example, vinyl chloride). With such a material, it has a certain degree of elasticity and can be brought into pressure contact with the partition wall 15 when the door 60 is closed to obtain high airtightness.
[0018]
The first embodiment has the above-described structure, in which the boundary 28A is made to penetrate the partition wall 15, and the tray 28 on which the food is placed is accommodated over the warming room 16 and the cold room 17, and FIG. As shown in (B), the pair of doors 60 are sequentially closed. Then, on the end surface of the partition wall 15, both the fin 67 of the door 60 closed earlier (the right door in the figure) and the fin 67 of the door 60 closed later (the right door in the figure) The extension ends overlap. At this time, the packing 64 comes into close contact with the magnetic metal plate stretched on the end face of the partition wall 15 by the magnetic force of the magnet 66, so that the fins 67, 67 are also urged toward the partition wall 15 to partition. It overlaps on the end face of the wall 15, and furthermore, the fin 67 of the previously closed door 60 comes into contact between the upper and lower cases 32, 32 so as to come into contact with the partitioning body 40 recessed one step further from the case 32.
Thereby, the gap between the doors 60A and 60B can be filled, and the gap between the warming room 16 and the refrigerating room 17 and the outside can be closed. Therefore, the flow of heat between the warming room 16 and the cold room 17 and the outside is suppressed, so that an excellent warming / cooling effect is exhibited and energy can be saved. At the same time, external dust and pests are prevented from entering the warming room 16 and the cold room 17, which is sanitary. In addition, since the extending ends of the fins 67 and 67 are configured to overlap on the end surface of the partition wall 15, the gap between the doors 60 can be reliably closed. Further, since the fin 67 can be in contact with the partition member 40 to close the gap between the warming room 16 and the cold room 17, the heat insulation between the two rooms 16 and 17 can be improved.
[0019]
Further, in the present embodiment, the fins 67 are provided integrally extending from the packing 64 generally arranged on the door 60 of the hot and cold catering van, so that the fins 67 are integrated when the packing 64 is formed. , And an increase in the number of manufacturing steps can be avoided. In addition, since the fins are arranged by positioning the packing 64 at the regular position with respect to the door 60, the positioning of the fins 67 is compared with the configuration in which the fins 67 are formed separately from the packing 64. Can be easily performed.
[0020]
In the above configuration, if the fins 67 have a thickness or are formed of a soft material, the adhesion between the fins 67 and the partition body 40 can be further improved. Also, in the case of the latter configuration, the fins may be formed of a separate material of a material softer than the packing, so that the material selection of the fins can be made to some extent without being restricted by the material used for the packing. It can be done freely.
[0021]
<Second embodiment>
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, both fins 69, 69 are formed on the end surface of the partition wall 15 so as to have a width such that their tips come into contact with each other. With such a configuration, at the time of opening / closing the door 60, the fins 69, 69 are brought into contact with each other on the end surface of the partition wall 15 without interfering with each other, thereby closing the gap between the doors 60. Can be. Further, the fins 69 may be inserted between the upper and lower cases 32, 32 so as to come into contact with the partition body 40 recessed one step further from the case 32, thereby closing the gap between the warming room 16 and the cold room 17. it can. Therefore, in addition to the effect of the first embodiment, even if the opening and closing operation of the door 60 is repeated, the tip of the fin 69 is less likely to be torn, and the effect of suppressing the temporal deterioration of the airtightness can be obtained. Can be.
[0022]
In the second embodiment, as in the first embodiment, if the fins 67 have a thickness or are formed of a soft material, the adhesion between the fins 67 and the partition body 40 can be improved. It becomes. In the case of the latter configuration, if the fins are formed of a material different from the material softer than the packing, the material of the fins can be freely selected to some extent without being restricted by the material used for the packing. Will be possible.
[0023]
