本発明は、収納具本体の開口に出し入れ可能な引き出しの一部に設けた引手と、この引き出しを収納具本体に係留するラッチ機構とを有する収納具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば、収納具本体の収納空間に出し入れ可能に収納される引き出しの左右両端部にそれぞれラッチ機構を設け、このラッチ機構により引き出しを収納具本体に係留し、地震発生時や家具移動時などに引き出しが不慮に移動する事態を防止することが考えられている。このようなラッチ機構の構成としては、従来、左右のラッチ機構をロッド等を有する連動機構を介して連結するとともに、その連動機構を操作すべく引き出しの前面側を構成する鏡板の巾方向ほぼ中央部に操作用の引手を設け、この引手を操作することにより、連動機構を介して左右のラッチ機構を同期作動させるものが考えられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、このような構成のものであると、収納具における操作用の引手の位置が限定されているため、利用者の体格や利用状況によって使い勝手の悪い場合がある。例えば、通路隅部にこのような引き出しを設けている場合に、このような引き出しの引手は引き出しの幅方向中央部に位置し、さらにこの引手がアウターハウジングの内部に収納されていることが多く、引手を操作するには引き出しの幅方向中央部の前まで移動しなければならない。このとき、人によっては面倒くさく感じるなど心理的な負担につながり得る。また、複数段を積み重ねる形式の引き出しでは、最下段の引き出しの引手を操作する際にはかがんだ姿勢で引手を把持して操作する必要があることが多いが、引手は引き出しの上縁部でなく上縁部から所定距離だけ下方に位置しているとともに、下方から手ないし指を入れて操作するようにしていることが多いので、その分だけ手を下方に位置させる必要があり、開口を開閉する際に無理な姿勢を強いられるといった不便さを伴うものとなる。

さらに、鏡板の内部にラッチ機構を連結する連動機構を配置しなければならないため、鏡板の内部における部品点数が多く構造が大掛かりなものとなり、製作工程が煩雑になり易い。

本発明は以上に述べた課題を解決すべく、引手の操作によって、引手の両端部に設けたラッチ機構を同期作動させるとともに、利用者の体格や利用状況によらず引き出しの開閉を簡単にすることができ、さらに構造が簡単な収納具を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
すなわち、本発明の収納具は、収納具本体の開口に奥行き方向にスライド移動して出し入れ可能な1又は複数の引き出しを設け、その引き出しの前面側を構成する鏡板の上縁部または下縁部に沿って略全域に亘る引手が設けられるものであって、その引手の両端部近傍において引き出しを収納具本体に係留する一対のラッチ機構を分割して設け、各々のラッチ機構を引手を介して同期作動可能に連結したことを特徴とする。

このような構成のものであれば、引手のどこを持って操作してもラッチ機構を同期作動させることができるとともに、引手を鏡板の上縁部または下縁部に沿って設けているので、利用者の体格や利用状況に依拠することなく簡単かつ適切に引き出しを出し入れすることが可能となる。すなわち、一例として、通路隅部に設けた引き出しの中央部の前まで移動することなくより手前の位置で引き出しを開閉操作できるようにして心理的負担を軽減することや、複数段を積み重ねる形式での最下段の引き出しの引手を鏡板の上縁部に設けるとともに上から手を入れて操作できるようにし、かがむ角度を少なくするようにすること等ができるようになる。しかも、引手が一対のラッチ機構の連動機能を兼ねるため、別途にラッチ機構同士を連結するロッドを鏡板の内部に設ける必要がないので、部品点数を削減することができ、構造の簡略化やコストダウンを図ることが可能となる。また、当該鏡板の内部において、部品が配置されない空間が従来のものより広く形成されるため、当該空間を開放して何らかの空間として有効利用することができる。

より簡単な操作によって、収納具本体の開口を開閉できるようにするためには、前記各ラッチ機構の係留状態を、前記引手の回転動作によって解除するように構成すればよい。

また、前記ラッチ機構を、前記引手の両端部においてユニット化して設けているものであれば、各ラッチ機構を比較的コンパクトなものにすることが可能となり、製作工程の簡素化を図ることができ、各ラッチ機構の精度を向上させることができる。さらに、当該ラッチ機構を引手の両端部近傍に対にして配置させるだけでよいため、ロッド棒を組み込む場合の引手の位置に合わせてロッド棒の長さを調整する工程及びロッド棒を組み込む際のむりばめの工程も必要なくなるので、この点からも製作工程の簡素化を図ることができる。

さらに、前記ラッチ機構を、ラッチ機構をロックするロック機構を含めてユニット化しているものであれば、収納空間の前面開口を閉止した状態でロック機構を利用して引手の動作をロックすることができ、誤作動を防止することができる。しかも、ラッチ機構に対するロック機構の係わり合い構造をどの位置においても共通化することができ、ロック機構の仕様を無理なく容易に変更、増加することが可能である。

具体的な構成としては、前記ラッチ機構が、前記引手の回転軸に対して略垂直な軸を中心に回転可能な第1回転アームと、引手の回転軸に対して略平行な軸を中心に回転可能な第2回転アームと、第1回転アームの先端部に支持され収納具本体の一部と係留する係留爪と、引手に取り付けられ引手の回転動作を第2回転アームに伝達する伝達部材とを具備し、第2回転アームの基端部及び先端部を前記引手に対し略垂直方向に上下に各々折り曲げ成形し、当該基端部を伝達部材の一部に当てるとともに、当該先端部を前記引手に対し略平行方向に折り曲げ成形した前記第1回転アームの基端部に当て、引手の回転動作に連動して、伝達部材、第2回転アーム及び第1回転アームを作動させて前記係留爪を駆動し得るように構成したものが挙げられる。このようなものであれば、前述のとおりラッチ機構を比較的コンパクトなものとすることができとともに、引手を操作しない場合には、回転動作が生じないため係留爪を収納具本体に係留させることができる一方、引手の回転動作が生じた場合には、伝達部材によって、その回転動作が第2回転アーム及び第1回転アームに伝達され、係留爪の係留状態を解除することができる。

また、前記引手の回転軸が、引手に取り付けられる前記伝達部材を回転可能に支持する回転軸であり、当該回転軸を引手の両端部近傍において略同一線上に位置するように設けたものであれば、ラッチ機構を分離させてなるものであっても、回転軸同士を略同一線上になるように位置決めするだけで引手の回転動作を安定したものにすることができる。

このような構成において、前記引手と前記鏡板との間に、引手の回転動作時に引手が鏡板と干渉しないように空間を設けるとともに、引手に操作力が掛からない状態において当該空間を隠蔽する目隠し部を引手に一体に設けたものものとすると、より安定した引手の回転動作を実現することができるとともに、引手に操作力が掛からない状態においては収納具の前面側上方の外観を損なうことがない。

そして、前記第1回転アームが弾性部材に接続されているとともに、この弾性部材が、前記第1回転アームに対して、前記係留爪が前記被係留部に向けて移動する方向に作用しているものであれば、この弾性部材の作用により前記係留爪を前記被係留部により確実に係留させることができるので、引き出しをより安定して収納具本体に係留しておくことができる。

以下、本発明の一実施形態を、図面を参照して説明する。

この収納具Sは、図1及び図2に示すように、収納空間を形成する収納具本体1と、この収納具本体1の開口に奥行き方向にスライド移動して出し入れ可能な引き出し2と、引き出し2の前面側を構成する鏡板21の上縁部2aに沿って全域に亘って外部に露出して設けた引手3とを備えているものである。なお、本実施形態では、引き出し2は3つ備えている。図1には引き出し2を全て収納した状態、図2には最下段の引き出し2を前方にスライド移動させた状態をそれぞれ示している。また、本実施形態では、収納具Sは左右対称である。

収納具本体1は、前面を開口させた筐状のものであり、開口部に前記引き出し2を収納するようにしている。本実施形態では、この収納具本体1の開口部には前記引き出し2を3つ収納するようにしていて、開口内部には引き出し2を奥行き方向にスライド移動させる際の移動方向の案内及び引き出し2の高さ方向の位置決めを行うための図示しない案内部が設けてある。

引き出し2は、図2に示すように、前面側を構成する鏡板21と、この鏡板の対向位置に設けた背板22と、鏡板21及び背板22をそれぞれ側方から保持する1対の側板23と、この引き出し2の底を形成する底板24とを有し、上方に開口して上方から物品の出し入れを行うようにしている。前記鏡板21は、図3に示すように、後方に開口した前枠材21aと前方に開口した後枠材21bとを連結して形成していて、連結した状態でこれら前枠材21aと後枠材21bとの間に空間が形成されるようにしている。そして、前記収納具本体1の案内部と係合する図示しない被案内部を設けていて、前記収納具本体1に対して奥行き方向にスライド移動可能に構成している。

引手3は、引き出し2の鏡板21を構成する前枠材を取り除いた状態の正面図、側面図、及び平面図を図4に示すように、引き出し2の上縁2aに取り付けられていて、例えば合成樹脂素材を押し出し成形して、左端から右端に亘って前面側に開口する凹部31と、一方の側面に高さ方向及び奥行方向に同時に延びる傾斜面32と、目隠し部33とを一体に形成したものである。凹部31は、その一部に指先を掛けて操作できるように標準的な成人の指先が十分に入るスペースを有するものである。また、目隠し部33は、引手3の底面と鏡板21の上面との間に引手3の回転動作時に引手3が鏡板21に干渉しないように設けた空間を隠蔽するものである。

具体的には、このラッチ機構4は、斜視図を図5、正面図を図6、側面図を図7、平面図を図8にそれぞれ示すように、前記引手3の回転軸に対して略垂直な軸を中心に回転可能な第1回転アーム41と、引手3の回転軸に対して略平行な軸を中心に回転可能な第2回転アーム42と、第1回転アーム41の先端部に支持され収納具本体1に設けた図示しない被係留部と係留する係留爪43と、引手3に伝達部材軸440を中心に回転可能に固定して取り付けられ引手3の回転動作を第2回転アーム42に伝達する伝達部材44とを具備する。また、このラッチ機構4は、前記鏡板21を構成する前記前枠材21aと前記後枠材21bとの間の空間に配置している。なお、引手3はこの伝達部材44に固定されているので、請求項中の引手3の回転軸は、本実施形態では前記伝達部材回転軸440である。

第1回転アーム41は、引き出し2の左右両前端部に第1回転アーム取付具411を介して取り付けられていて、前記伝達部材回転軸440に対して略垂直に延びる本体の上端部から前記伝達部材回転軸440に対して略水平な水平部41aを延ばし、本体の中心軸を中心に回転可能に構成している。前記第1回転アーム取付具411は、後方に開口した略筐状のもので、その上面をなす上面板411aに第1回転アーム41を貫通させている。また、開口内部に、上面411a及び下面に対向して押さえ板411bを設けていて、この押さえ板411bにも第1回転アーム41を貫通させている。そして、後述するように、この第1回転アーム41の下端部には係留爪43が取り付けられている。

第2回転アーム42は、前記引手3の回転軸30に対して略水平に延びる本体と、前記本体の一端から下方に略鉛直に延びる第1回転アーム接続部42aと、前記本体の他端から上方に略鉛直に延びる伝達部材接続部42bと有し、鏡板21の後枠材21bに設けられた基板45に取り付けられた第2回転アーム取付具421により前記本体の中心軸を中心に回転可能に支持されている。そして、第1回転アーム接続部42aが前記第1アーム41の水平部41aに接しているとともに、伝達部材接続部42bが前記伝達部材44に接するようにしている。また、前記第2回転アーム取付具421は、平面視コの字状をなすチャネル状の部材であり、本体421aの左右両端から起立板421bを起立させて設けている。そして、本体421aを基板45に固定しているとともに、前記起立板421bには第2回転アーム42を貫通させる図示しない回転アーム取付孔を設けている。なお、本実施形態では、前記第2回転アーム取付具421と伝達部材接続部42bとの間の部分を前方に屈曲させ、伝達部材44により確実に接するようにしている。

係留爪43は、基端部を第1回転アーム41の下端部に固定して取り付けているとともに、先端部が後方に突出するように設定している。そして、その先端部に前記被係留部と係合する爪本体43aを形成している。なお、本実施形態では前記第1回転アーム41は、弾性部材たる図示しないねじりコイルバネに接続していて、このねじりコイルバネは、前記係留爪43を前記収納具本体1に設けた被係留部に向けて移動する方向に作用している。なお、前記鏡板21の後枠材21bには、図3に示すようにこの係留爪43を挿し通すことができる係留爪挿通孔21sを設けている。

伝達部材44は、前記鏡板21と略対向しているとともに第2回転アーム42に接している本体44aと、左右両端部に位置し、鏡板21から略垂直に起立しているとともに鏡板21に設けられた伝達部材回転軸440を挿し通す図示しない軸挿通孔を有する左右1対の起立板44bと、この起立板44bの上端からそれぞれ相寄る方向に屈曲して設けられ、引手3に固定するためのねじを挿し通すねじ挿通孔44xを有する固定部44cとを有し、前記伝達部材回転軸440を中心に回転可能に取り付けられている。また、左右両端部の前記伝達部材回転軸440は、略同一線上に位置するように設けている。この伝達部材回転軸440は、回転軸取付部材441を介して前記基板45に取り付けられている。この回転軸取付部材441は、本体441aの左右両端から起立板441bを起立して設けた平面視コの字状をなすチャネル状の部材であり、前記本体441aを前記基板45に固定するとともに、前記起立板441bに前記伝達部材回転軸440を突出させて設けている。なお、図6では、前記前枠材21a及び前記伝達部材44の本体44aを取り除いた状態を示している。

まず、前記引き出し2が前記収納空間に収納されている状態において、引き出し2の引手3に設けた凹部31を利用して引手3を手前に引くように操作すると、引手3と、その上下端部に設けた各伝達部材44とが、一体的に伝達部材回転軸440を支点に図5に示す矢印の方向へ回転動作を行う。すると、その回転動作に連動して、第2回転アーム42の伝達部材接続部42bが後方に押し出され、第2回転アーム42が本体を軸に回転して第1回転アーム接続部42aが前方へ移動する。そして、第1回転アーム41の水平部41aが第1回転アーム接続部42aに押し出されて移動し、第1回転アーム41は本体の中心軸を中心に回転する。その結果、図9に示すように第1回転アーム41に固定して取り付けられている係留爪43が第1回転アーム41とともに回転して収納具本体1から離間する方向に移動して、左右の各係留爪43の被係留部に対する係留状態を同時に解除する。そして、引き続き引き出し2を手前側に引くことにより引き出し2が収納空間から前方にスライド移動し、引き出し2への物品の出し入れができるようになる。

また、収納空間に前記引き出し2を収納する場合には、上記と逆の操作を行えばよい。すなわち引き出し2をスライド移動させて奥に押し込むだけでよい。この状態においては、係留爪43が被係留部に係留しているため、地震発生時や家具移動時などに引き出し2が不慮に移動する事態が確実に防止される。加えて、前記ねじりコイルバネが、前記第1回転アーム41に対して、前記係留爪43が前記被係留部に向けて移動する方向に作用しているので、係留爪43は被係留部に確実に係留している。なお、図5及び図9において、引き出し2の鏡板21の前枠材21aは取り除いて示しているとともに、後枠材21bを想像線により示している。

以上に述べたように、本実施形態に係る収納家具は、引き出し2の前面側を構成する鏡板21の上縁部2aに沿って略全域に亘って引手3を設け、その引手3の両端部近傍において引き出し2を収納具本体1に係留する一対のラッチ機構4を分割して設け、各々のラッチ機構4を引手3を介して同期作動可能に連結しているため、引手3のどこを持って操作してもラッチ機構4を同期作動させることができ、利用者の体格や利用状況(最下段の引き出し2を使用する場合や通路隅部の引き出しを使用する場合等)によらず簡単かつ適切に引き出し2をスライド移動させて出し入れすることが可能となる。しかも、引手3が一対のラッチ機構4の連動機能を兼ねるため、別途にラッチ機構4同士を連結するロッドを引き出し2の内部に設ける必要がないので、部品点数を削減することができ、構造の簡略化やコストダウンを図ることが可能となる。また、当該引き出し2の内部において、部品が配置されない空間が従来のものより広く形成されるため、当該空間を開放して何らかの空間として有効利用することができる。例えば、鏡板内部に吸音材をより多く挿入することができる。さらに、部品が配置されない空間が従来のものより広く形成されることから、鏡板21の前枠材21a及び後枠材21bにパンチング孔を設ける際の自由度の向上を図ることもできる。
