Description

【0001】

【Example】
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the same components as those in the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
[0021]
(Example 1)
As shown in FIG. 1, the control device 18 controls the operations of the motor 6, the water supply valve 9, the drain valve 10, and the like to sequentially control the washing, rinsing, and dehydration processes, and also performs washing with a cleaning liquid containing a cleaning agent. A washing step and a rinsing step after the washing step are executed to wash the washing tub 3 and the stirring fin 2 rotatably disposed at the bottom of the washing tub 3 and the outer tub 1 containing the same. ing.
[0022]
In the washing step, a washing liquid preparation step of forming a washing liquid of a predetermined concentration in the washing tub 3 and the outer tub 1 and a preparatory step involving intermittent reversal rotation of the stirring blade 2 are executed. Is performed in this order.
[0023]
Here, in the preparatory stroke, the water level is set to a predetermined water level P1 higher than the normal washing water level, and the reverse rotation and the rotation stop of the stirring blade 2 are alternately executed. Further, after the soaking step, a stirring step of stirring the cleaning liquid in the washing tub 3 by the stirring blade 2 is executed.
[0024]
The operation of the above configuration will be described with reference to FIGS. When a start switch (not shown) is pressed in step 20, a washing liquid preparation step of a washing step is started, and in step 21, the water supply valve 9 and the water level detecting means 11 allow the washing tub 3 to reach a predetermined water level P1 higher than the normal washing water level. Water is supplied, and the operation of the water supply valve 9 is stopped. In step 22, the cleaning agent is introduced, and in step 23, the stirring blade 2 is rotated in reverse by the motor 5 for a predetermined time to dissolve the cleaning agent and create a cleaning solution having a uniform concentration.
[0025]
Subsequently, a preparatory step involving intermittent reversal rotation of the stirring blade 2 is started. In step 24, the motor 5 rotates the stirring blade 2 left and right by on / off control. The force for stirring the washing liquid in the washing tub 3 is increased by the left-right reversal rotation of the stirring wing 2, and when the stirring wing 2 is turned on, the water surface in the washing tub 3 is lowered at the center, and the outside, that is, the washing tub 3 and the outer tub The water level during 1 rises.
[0026]
At this time, the water level between the washing tub 3 and the outer tub 1 rises slightly above a predetermined water level P1, and the cleaning agent also reaches the outer wall of the washing tub 3 and the inner wall of the outer tub 1. Conversely, when the water is turned off, the water surface in the washing tub 3 returns, and the water surface between the washing tub 3 and the outer tub 1 slightly lowers.
[0027]
Thereafter, in step 25, a soaking operation for stopping the reversal rotation of the stirring blade 3 during the soaking process is performed for a predetermined time, so that the cleaning liquid sufficiently acts on the foreign matter. In step 26, the operation of step 24 and the operation of step 25 are repeated a predetermined number of times, so that the cleaning agent is spread, and the foreign matter is peeled off by the water flow formed by the reverse rotation of the stirring blade 2.
[0028]
In the subsequent stirring process, in step 27, the stirring blade 2 is reversed and rotated, and the washing liquid in the washing and dewatering tub 3 is sent from the pump chamber 13 to the lint filter 15 via the circulating water passage 14, and the washing liquid is sent to the washing liquid. The contained foreign matter is collected in the lint filter 15. At this time, foreign substances deposited on the circulating water passage 14 and the like from the back surface of the stirring blade 2 and the pump chamber 13 can be simultaneously peeled off by the cleaning liquid, and can be collected in the lint filter 15.
[0029]
Next, a draining process is started, and the drain valve 10 is operated in step 28 to drain the washing liquid in the washing tub 3. Thereafter, in step 29, the process shifts to a rinsing process.
[0030]
As described above, the water flow can be generated by intermittently reversing the rotation of the stirring blade 2 in the preparatory stroke, and more foreign matter generated on the outer wall of the washing tub 3 and the inner wall of the outer tub 1 can be peeled off. By doing so, a troublesome process can be easily performed, and foreign matter generated in the washing machine can be removed.
[0031]
In addition, in the soaking process, the water level is set to a water level higher than the normal washing water level, and the reverse rotation and the stop of the rotation of the stirring blade 2 are alternately executed, whereby the washing liquid is stirred and the center of the water surface of the washing tub 3 is lowered. At the same time, the water level between the washing tub 3 and the outer tub 1 rises, so that the washing liquid can act on foreign substances generated on the outer wall of the washing tub 3 and the inner wall of the outer tub 1 above the normal washing water level. , Can be peeled to a high surface.
[0032]
In addition, by performing a stirring step of stirring the cleaning liquid in the washing tub 3 by the stirring blade 2 after the preparatory stroke, foreign matters peeled off in the preparatory stroke are moved into the lint filter 15 by the rotation of the stirring blade 2. Can be recovered.
[0033]
In the present embodiment, the water level in the cleaning liquid making process is the same as the water level in the preparatory process. However, the water level in the cleaning liquid preparing process is, for example, a normal washing water level. Additional water may be supplied to a high water level. In this case, the cleaning agent can be dissolved in a short time in the cleaning liquid preparation process.
[0034]
(Example 2)
As shown in FIG. 3, the control device 29 controls the operations of the motor 6, the water supply valve 9, the drain valve 10, and the like, sequentially controls the washing, rinsing, and dewatering processes, and also performs a washing process of washing with a cleaning liquid containing a cleaning agent. After that, a rinsing step is performed to wash the washing tub 3 and the outer tub 1 containing the washing tub 3. The rinsing step is performed by simultaneously operating the water supply valve 9 and the drain valve 10. A low-speed tank rotation rinsing step, a first stirring rinsing step in which the stirring blade 2 is stirred with a small amount of water, and a second rinsing step performed at a water level higher than the first stirring rinsing step. The agitation rinsing step and the draining step are performed at least once in this order.
[0035]
Further, prior to the draining process of the rinsing process, the water injection rinsing is performed. The other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given and the description is omitted.
[0036]
The operation of the above configuration will be described with reference to FIGS. After the washing step, a rinsing step is started. In step 31, a tub rotating rinsing step of rotating the washing tub 3 at a low speed while simultaneously operating the water supply valve 9 and the drain valve 10 is performed. Foreign matter remaining on the bottom of the outer wall of the tank 3 and the bottom of the inner wall of the outer tank 1 is discharged together with drainage. At this time, the water supply valve 9 and the drainage valve 10 may be operated to execute a water supply / drainage step in which water supply and drainage are performed almost simultaneously, instead of the tank rotation rinse step.
[0037]
Next, in step 32, the water is supplied to the small water level P2 by the water supply valve 9 and the water level detecting means 11, and in step 33, the first stirring rinse step is performed in which the motor 6 reversely rotates the stirring blade 2 for a predetermined time. Foreign matter remaining between the washing tub 3 and the outer tub 1 can be diffused into the cleaning liquid. At this time, since the stirring blade 2 is rotated in reverse with a small amount of water, a strong water flow is generated, and the peeled foreign matter is finely crushed.
[0038]
Next, in step 34, the water is supplied to the water level P1 in the preparatory step of the washing step by the water supply valve 9 and the water level detecting means 11 higher than the first stirring and rinsing step. Is carried out for a predetermined period of time to perform a second stirring and rinsing step, whereby foreign matters remaining between the washing tub 3 and the outer tub 1 above the small water level P2 are washed away and diffused into the washing liquid.
[0039]
Here, in order to rotate the stirring blade 2 for a predetermined time, the washing liquid in the washing and dewatering tub 3 is sent from the pump chamber 13 to the lint filter 15 via the circulation water passage 14. Since the foreign matter is finely pulverized in step 33, the foreign matter flows into the lint filter 15 together with the water and is collected by the lint filter 15. Further, at this time, since the stirring blade 2 is rotated in reverse at the high water level P1, the amount of water passing through the lint filter 15 is large, and foreign matter can be easily collected.
[0040]
Next, in step 36, the stirring blade 2 is rotated while the water supply valve 9 and the drain valve 10 are operated, and a water injection rinse is executed. Foreign substances that could not be discharged and collected up to the previous process are reliably discharged together with drainage. In step 37, the drain valve 9 is operated to drain the water in the outer tub 1.
[0041]
As described above, after the washing operation and before the first stirring and rinsing operation, the water supply valve 9 and the drain valve 10 are simultaneously operated, and the tub rotating rinsing operation for rotating the washing tub 3 at a low speed is performed. Foreign matter remaining on the top, the bottom of the outer wall of the washing tub 3 and the bottom of the inner wall of the outer tub 1 can be discharged to the outside of the outer tub 1 by draining simultaneously with water supply, so that the subsequent rinsing process can be performed efficiently. it can.
[0042]
At this time, the same operation and effect can be obtained even if the water supply valve 9 and the drainage valve 10 are operated to execute the water supply / drainage step in which water supply and drainage are performed almost simultaneously instead of the tank rotation rinsing step.
[0043]
Further, in the first stirring and rinsing process, since the stirring blade 2 is rotated in a reverse direction with a small amount of water, a strong water flow is generated, and the peeled foreign matter is finely pulverized, diffused into the cleaning liquid, and moved out of the outer tank 1. Next, water is supplied to the water level P1 of the preparatory stroke, the stirring blade 2 is rotated in reverse for a predetermined time, and foreign matter remaining between the washing tub 3 and the outer tub 1 above a small water level P2. Can be washed out and diffused into the washing liquid, the amount of water passing through the lint filter 15 can be increased, and foreign matter can be collected in the lint filter 15.
[0044]
Further, by performing the water injection rinsing, foreign substances that could not be collected or discharged in the washing step or the rinsing step can be discharged, so that it is possible to prevent the foreign substances from remaining in the washing machine.
[0045]
In this embodiment, the tank rotation rinsing step or the water supply / drainage step performed instead of the tank rotation rinsing step is performed before the first stirring and rinsing step. The same operation and effect can be obtained by performing the operation before or after the second stirring and rinsing step.
[0046]
Further, in the present embodiment, the water rinsing is performed after the second stirring rinsing step. However, instead of the second stirring rinsing step, the water rinsing may be performed, and the same operation and effect can be obtained. be able to.
[0047]
(Example 3)
As shown in FIG. 5, the control device 38 controls the operations of the motor 6, the water supply valve 9, the drain valve 10, and the like, and sequentially controls the washing, rinsing, and dehydrating steps, and also performs a washing step of washing with a cleaning liquid containing a detergent. After that, a rinsing step is executed to wash the washing tub 3 and the outer tub 1 containing the washing tub 3, and the rinsing step is a first step of stirring the stirring blades 2 with a small amount of water. The second stirring and rinsing step is performed at a water level P3 higher than the first stirring and rinsing step and higher than the water level P1 of the preparatory step of the washing step, and the drainage step is sequentially performed. I want to run. The other configuration is the same as that of the second embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given and the description is omitted.
[0048]
The operation of the above configuration will be described. In the first stirring and rinsing process, the stirring blade 2 is rotated in reverse with a small amount of water, so that a strong water flow is generated, and the peeled foreign matter is finely crushed, diffused in the cleaning liquid, and easily moved to the outside of the outer tank 1. ing.
[0049]
Next, water is supplied to a water level P3 higher than the water level P1 in the preparatory step of the washing step, the stirring blade 2 is rotated in reverse for a predetermined time, and the washing tub 3 and the outer tub 1 at a higher position above the small water level P2 are rotated. The foreign substances remaining in between are washed away and diffused into the cleaning solution. Then, the amount of water passing through the lint filter 15 can be increased more than at the water level P1 in the preparatory stroke, and more foreign matter can be collected in the lint filter 15.
[0050]
Further, by setting the water level higher than the water level P1 in the priming stroke, the upper portion of the washing tub 3 or the outer tub 1 with the cleaning liquid can be cleanly rinsed by the water flow in the priming stroke.
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the washing tub, the stirring blade rotatably disposed at the bottom of the washing tub, and the outer tub containing the same include the cleaning agent. A washing step of washing with a washing liquid and a rinsing step to be performed after the washing step, wherein the washing step is a step of making a washing liquid of a predetermined concentration in a washing tub and an outer tub, and the intermittent reversal of the stirring blade. By performing a priming process involving rotation and then performing a rinsing process having a draining process of the washing liquid in the washing tub in this order, the stirring blades can be moved during the priming process as compared with the conventional manual priming process. Reverse rotation, water flow can be generated, more foreign matter generated on the outer wall of the washing tub and the inner wall of the outer tub can be peeled off, and complicated steps can be easily carried out by automation, resulting in the washing machine.
