【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、商品またはそのサンプル品等を陳列するための物品陳列装置、その物品陳列装置に使用する陳列棚の支持装置、および上記物品陳列装置を使用する方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、小売店などのように商品を一般消費者に販売する業者の店舗においては、販売にかかる商品またはそのサンプル品等を展示または陳列し、そのための商品陳列装置が使用されていた。そして、販売すべき商品を陳列するためには、特開２０００−２９６０３８号公報において開示される商品載置装置や、特開２００２−１５３３６０号公報において開示される商品陳列棚があった。これらの従来技術は、多段式の商品陳列棚を有する装置であって、この商品陳列棚に現に商品として販売されるものを陳列するのであった。

一方、サンプル品としての試供品を陳列するための商品ストッカを有する商品陳列装置には、特開２００１−２５２１５６号公報において開示される技術があった。この技術は、化粧品等の商品を店頭販売する際の陳列台として使用する商品陳列装置に関するものであって、販売店等の空きスペースに合わせて陳列スペースを確保できるようにするために開発されたものである。そして、シート状の支持フレームが衝立部によって正立状態に保たれ、この支持フレームは、左右の支持枠と上下の枠部によって中央に取付スペースが設けられており、この取付スペースに商品ストッカとしての陳列棚を上下に配列するとともに、左右の支持枠には試供品を展示するテスタ台が掛け止めされてなる構成となっていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特開２０００−２９６０３８号および特開２００２−１５３３６０号公報に開示される技術は、大きな基台に多段式の棚板が支持されるものであり、現に販売される商品を数多く陳列できるように構成されたものであって、購入者は、この陳列棚に陳列される商品をレジカウンタに持参し、代金を支払って当該商品を購入するのである。従って、同種の商品を大量に陳列する必要性から、その重量に耐え得るように設計されたものであった。また、当該商品を販売するための販売店員を必要とせず、購入者は、陳列棚に陳列されている商品を購入するか否かを検討するものであった。即ち、サンプル品としてデザインを検討することや、試着等をすることが不必要な商品について陳列する際に適するものであった。さらに、上記の陳列装置は、大型かつ大重量であるため、商品の展示場所を変更することが容易ではなく、ファッション性を重視する商品を販売する業者のように、店舗のレイアウトを比較的頻繁に変更する場合には不向きであった。

また、特開２００１−２５２１５６号公報において開示される技術では、ストッカを有する構成であるため、サンプル品（試供品）と区別された商品が、販売用としてストッカに陳列することができるものの、これらの販売用商品は購入者等が自由に手に取ることができるため、商品を購入する際には、ストッカに陳列されている商品が、サンプル品（試供品）と同一商品であるか否かを確認しなければならなかった。また、非常に小型かつ軽量であるため、レジカウンタや既述の陳列棚の上に載置して使用するものであるため、上記商品陳列装置を使用するためには、それを載置するためテーブルまたは陳列棚が必要となるものであった。

そして、デザインを共通にしつつ複数のサイズを必要とする商品や、試着を必要とする商品を販売する場合にあっては、各サイズの商品すべてを陳列する必要がなく、また逆に、すべてを陳列することは煩雑さを与えるためにファッション性に欠けることとなり、このような場合は単一のサイズの商品をサンプル品として陳列し、それぞれのサイズについて個別に収納しておき、購入者が要求するサイズの商品を収納場所から取り出し、これを購入者に交付する方法が採用されていた。また、このような販売形態では、サンプル品陳列スペースと収納スペースとを個別に設け、サンプル品陳列スペースには、上記従来技術による陳列装置を使用することができず、それぞれの店舗が独自の工夫により、取扱商品を陳列するための棚を備え付けることが多かった。しかし、このような備え付けの陳列棚は、店舗内のレイアウト変更を困難なものとし、また、上記の販売形態では、購入者の要求するサイズの商品の存在の確認、および当該商品の交付等を行うための販売店員、特に、それぞれの商品知識を有する販売店員が要求されるため、このような販売店員の確保が容易ではなかった。

本発明は、上記諸点にかんがみてなされたものであって、その目的とするところは、物品陳列棚の取り付けおよび取り外しを容易にするとともに、在庫の商品を収納しつつサンプル品等の陳列に適する物品陳列装置および当該物品陳列装置に使用できる陳列棚の支持装置を提供し、さらに、在庫商品を容易に取り出すことのできる使用方法を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、物品陳列装置にかかる本発明は、陳列すべき物品を載置できる程度の面積を有する陳列棚と、この陳列棚に連続する支持板と、この支持板に貫設された複数の貫通孔と、この貫通孔の嵌合する本体部および該貫通孔の周辺における支持板表面に当接する当接部を有する磁石保持体と、この磁石保持体に保持される所定面積の磁着面を有する磁石と、この磁石の磁着面のほぼ全面に貼着されてなる柔軟なフィルムとを備えることを特徴とする物品陳列装置を要旨とするのである。

そして、上記の物品陳列装置では、磁着面に貼着するフィルムを合成樹脂製の薄いフィルムとすることができる。また、上記磁石について、その磁着面が少なくとも直径３ｃｍ以上の円形とし、支持板には上記円形磁着面を有する磁石が嵌合できる大きさの貫通孔を少なくとも３個所に貫設するとともに、各貫通孔に上記磁石を配設するように構成することができる。

また、支持装置にかかる本実施発明は、陳列すべき物品を載置できる程度の面積を有する陳列棚と、この陳列棚に連続する支持板と、この支持板に貫設された複数の貫通孔と、この貫通孔内において磁着可能な磁石と、この磁石を保持する磁石保持体とを備え、上記保持体が上記支持板を係止する物品陳列装置において、上記磁石保持体は、支持板の貫通孔に嵌合する本体部と、貫通孔の周辺における支持板表面に当接する当接部とからなる磁石保持体であり、上記磁石は所定面積を構成する磁着面と、この磁着面のほぼ全面に貼着されてなる柔軟なフィルムとを備えることを特徴とする陳列棚の支持装置を要旨とする。

また、上記物品陳列装置の使用方法にかかる本発明は、着磁性材料で構成される表面を有する商品保管庫に商品の在庫を収納し、上記商品保管庫の表面に前記物品陳列装置を装着し、上記商品保管庫内に収納される商品と同種のサンプル品を上記物品陳列装置の陳列棚に陳列してなり、購入者または販売店員は上記サンプル品が陳列される商品保管庫の扉を開放して上記サンプル品と同種の商品を取り出すことができるようにしてなることを特徴とする物品陳列装置の使用方法を要旨とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。物品陳列装置にかかる本実施形態は、図１に示すように、物品陳列棚１と支持装置２とからなるものであって、上記物品陳列棚１は、陳列すべき物品（本実施形態では靴）Ａを十分に載置できる面積を有する陳列棚１１と、この陳列棚に連続する板部材を折曲して構成されてなる支持板１２によって構成され、支持板１２には３個所を貫通してなる貫通孔１３，１４，１５が設けられている。支持装置２は、その一部が上記貫通孔１３，１４，１５の内部に嵌合するとともに、当該貫通孔１３，１４，１５の周辺部に当接できるように構成されている。

上記支持装置２は、図２（ａ）に示すように、円形板状の磁石２１と、この磁石２１を保持する磁石保持体２３で構成されており、磁石保持体２３には、上記磁石２１が嵌合できる嵌合凹部２４が構成されており、磁石２１は、この嵌合凹部２４の内部に嵌合するとともに、片側表面２５が上記嵌合凹部２４の底面２６に貼着されて保持されるようになっている。また、磁石２１の他方側表面２７は磁着面として機能するものであって、十分な面積を有する平面状に構成されている。そして、この磁着面２７には柔軟な薄肉の樹脂製フィルム２８が接着されており、磁着面２７が着磁性材料に磁着するとき、磁石２１の磁着面２７と着磁性材料との間に当該樹脂製フィルム２８が介在するようになっている。

そして、磁石保持体２３は、図２（ｂ）に示すように、この嵌合凹部２４が設けられている本体部２３ａと、この本体部２３ａよりも形の大きい当接部２３ｂとで構成されており、本体部２３ａは、上述の支持板１２に設けられる貫通孔１３（，１４，１５）に嵌合できる形状に成形されており、支持装置２により支持板１２を支持する際には、この本体部２３ａが貫通孔１３（，１４，１５）の内部に嵌合するものである。また、当接部２３ｂは、既述のとおり、本体部２３ａよりも大径に構成されているため、本体部２３ａが貫通孔１３（，１４，１５）に嵌合されるとき、当該当接部２３ｂの周縁付近が支持板１２の表面に当接し、磁石２１が磁着する着磁性材料との間で支持板１２を支持することができるようになっている。

また、上記磁石２１の磁着面２７に接着された樹脂製フィルム２８は、当該磁着面２７のほぼ全面に接着されており、磁石２１の磁着力によって、磁石表面２７の全体が磁着しようとする際、上記樹脂製フィルム２８の全面をも着磁性材料に強く押圧することとなるのである。従って、磁石２１の磁着力によって押圧された樹脂製フィルム２８の表面は、着磁性材料との間で隙間なく密着することとなり、第１には上記密着により、第２には樹脂製フィルム２８による摩擦抵抗により、磁着する磁石２１の固定力を向上することとなるのである。即ち、フェライト磁石のように金属製の磁石は、着磁性材料として代表的なスチール板に磁着した場合、摩擦抵抗が非常に小さくなるため、磁石の表面に垂直な方向への抵抗力は強大であるものの、水平な方向に対する抵抗力が比較的小さいものであったが、樹脂製フィルムのように磁石の磁着力に大きな影響を与えることのない柔軟な材質を磁石の表面に設けることにより、上記水平方向に対する力に対抗できる摩擦力を得ることができるのである。

上記のように、物品陳列装置にかかる実施形態では、支持板１２には３個所を貫通してなる貫通孔１３〜１５を設け、これらの貫通孔１３，１４，１５に嵌合できる支持装置２によって支持板１２を支持する構成となっているが、本実施形態のように靴Ａを陳列する場合は、３個の支持装置２によって支持するものである（図１参照）。そして、各支持装置２を構成する磁石２１の磁着面２７を円形とし、その直径が３ｃｍに構成されている。また、各支持装置２を構成する磁石保持体２３は、上記磁石２１を保持するとともに、当該貫通孔１３，１４，１５の周辺部に当接できるように構成されている。さらに、図１において示したとおり、上記貫通孔１３〜１５のうち、中央の貫通孔１４のみを低い位置に設け、残りの２個所の貫通孔１３，１５を比較的高い位置に設けることにより、３個の支持装置２は、当該位置において支持板１２を支持することとなり、この支持位置を上下させることによって、靴Ａの重量により支持板１２の上部に対して作用する回転モーメントに耐えることができるようになっている。

次に、上記実施形態の他の実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、図３（ａ）に示すように、物品陳列棚１０１の陳列棚１１１に商品名等表示部１０３を設けたものである。本実施形態の物品陳列棚１０１は、全体が透明なアクリル板で構成されている。上記商品名等表示部１０３は、陳列棚１１１の一端縁を上方へ折曲して商品名等表示部正面部１３１が構成され、さらに適宜位置において支持板１１２の側に折り返して折り返し部１３２を構成し、この折り返し部１３２の先端は陳列棚１１１の表面に近接されている。従って、板状のカードに商品名や価格を表示した商品名等表示カード１０４は、上記商品名等表示部１０３の正面部１３１と折り返し部１３２との間隙に挿通させることによって、商品名等を表示できるのである。なお、本実施形態では、陳列棚１１１、支持板１１２および商品名等表示部１０３が透明なアクリル板によって一体的に構成されたものである。

また、上記実施形態における商品名等表示部１０３を変形した実施形態としては、図３（ｂ）に示すように、陳列棚２１１から垂下する商品名等表示部２０３を構成したものがある。この場合、商品名等表示部正面部２３１を陳列棚２１１の端縁付近を下向きに折曲して構成し、さらに、この表面部２３１を所定の位置で支持板２１２の側へ折り返して折り返し部２３２を構成することにより、商品名等表示カード２０４を挿通できるようにすることができる。本実施形態においても、陳列棚２１１、支持板２１２および商品名等表示部２０３は、透明なアクリル板によって一体的に構成されたものである。

上記のように透明なアクリル板によって構成することにより、商品名等表示部１０３，２０３に挿通した商品名等表示カード１０４，２０４は、各正面部１３１，２３１を介して表示されることとなる。そして、これらの商品名等表示部１０３，２０３を構成しない実施形態においては、陳列棚１１（図１）の表面に商品名や価格を表示したプレートを、商品と一緒に載置することにより商品名等を表示することができる。

次に、上記物品陳列装置の使用方法にかかる実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、図４に示すように、在庫商品を収納する商品保管庫５０の扉５１，５２は、その表面がスチール製で構成されている。従って、上記物品陳列装置による陳列棚を装着できるものである。また、この商品保管庫５０の内部には、所定の棚板５３，５４，５５・・・が設けられており、各棚板５３，５４，５５・・・によって区切られたスペース内には種類ごとまたはサイズごとに整理された在庫商品が収納される。そして、在庫商品が収納されている位置の扉５２の表面には、収納されている在庫商品のサンプル品が展示されているのである。上記のようなスチール製の表面を有する商品保管庫５０としては、既製のスチールロッカなどがあり、これを使用することにより、非常に安価なサンプル品の展示場に兼用する商品保管庫を提供することができる。

そして、上記のように、在庫商品とサンプル品とを１対１で対応するように収納および陳列することによって、陳列されているサンプル品の商品を取り出す場合、当該サンプル品が陳列されている位置の収納商品を取り出せばよいこととなるのである。従って、購入者は、購入前にサンプル品で思案をし、購入する場合は商品保管庫５０の扉５２を解放し、この中で同じ高さに収納されている商品を取り出してレジカウンタに持参することによって購入を可能にするのである。

上記のような使用方法のほか、引出扉を有するキャビネットを利用する方法がある。この販売方法は、図５に示すように、キャビネット６０の引出扉６１，６２・・・のそれぞれの表面がスチール製で構成されており、各引出扉６１，６２・・・のそれぞれに上記物品陳列装置による陳列棚を１個ずつ装着することができるのである。この場合、キャビネット６０の表面には、複数のサンプル品が陳列されることとなり、このサンプル品に対応する商品を各引出扉６１，６２・・・の内部に収納することができるのである。従って、購入者がサンプル品に対応する商品を購入する場合は、所望の引出扉６１，６２・・・を引き出して商品を取り出すことによって容易に商品購入がなされることとなるのである。

本実施形態のように、スチール製の表面を有する商品保管庫５０またはキャビネット６０を使用することにより、当該表面の範囲内において陳列棚の装着すべき位置を容易かつ自由に変更することができ、また、商品保管庫５０またはキャビネット６０の内側に在庫を収納しない場合は、当該個所の陳列棚を撤去することもできるものであるから、在庫の状況を反映したサンプル展示が可能となるのである。

本発明の実施形態は以上のとおりであるが、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の態様をとることは可能である。例えば、上記実施形態においては、支持板１２，１１２，２１２に設ける貫通孔１３，１４，１５は、３個所の円形孔であったが、これは、この形状および個数に限定するものではなく、より多くの貫通孔を設け、それぞれの貫通孔について支持装置を装着することにより物品陳列棚１，１０１，２０１を強力に支持できることになる。また、既述の実施形態では、靴Ａの陳列に適するように円形磁石１２の磁着面２７の直径を３ｃｍとしたが、陳列する物品の重量に応じて磁石の大きさを変更することにより、種々の物品についての陳列が可能となるものである。この場合、支持装置２が支持板１２を支持できるように、貫通孔１３，１４，１５の大きさを変更することが必要な場合もあり得る。

また、樹脂製フィルム２８は、磁石２１の磁力が、磁着すべき着磁性材料に十分到達できる程度の肉厚を有するものであればよく、極端に薄いフィルムを使用しなければならないわけではない。そして、上記樹脂製フィルム２８は、磁石２１と着磁性材料との摩擦抵抗を増大させるために設けられるのであるから、合成ゴム等を使用することが可能であり、軟質ビニルによって構成することも可能である。さらに、紙製のフィルムを使用することによっても物品陳列棚１，１０１，２０１を支持できる磁着力を得ることもできるものである。また、当該フィルムが着磁性材料に密着する際に吸盤として作用するフィルムを使用すること、または、当該フィルムの表面に摩擦抵抗を増大させる程度の粘着力を有する粘着剤を塗布することによっても、物品陳列棚１，１０１，２０１の支持を可能とするものである。

さらに、円形の貫通孔に代えて多角形状の貫通孔を設けることも可能である。この場合、支持装置２を構成する磁石保持体２３の本体部２３ａは、これらの貫通孔に嵌合できるように、同様の多角形状となるものである。なお、この場合であっても、磁石支持体２３の当接部２３ｂは、その全周端縁付近が支持板１２，１１２，２１２の表面に当接するように、上記本体部２３ａよりも周方向に膨出するものであれば、その目的を達成することができるものである。従って、本体部２３ａの形状が円形であると多角形であるとにかかわらず、種々の形状からなる当接部２３ｂを使用することができる。また、このような当接部２３ｂの表面、即ち、嵌合凹部２４を設けてない側の表面は、支持板１２，１１２，２１２を支持する状態において、外方に露出する表面であるため、この表面の色彩または模様を工夫することにより、物品陳列時におけるデザインを効果的に演出することも可能となる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、物品陳列装置にかかる本発明によれば、物品陳列棚は、磁石を有する支持装置によって着脱自在に支持されるものであるので、スチール板等の着磁性材料からなる平面に支持装置を磁着させることによって物品陳列棚を支持することができ、また上記支持装置の磁着を離脱させれば、支持板の支持を容易に解放することができることとなる。

また、陳列棚の支持装置にかかる本発明によれば、磁石の磁着面には柔軟なフィルムが接着されているので、スチール板等の着磁性材料の表面に磁着させたとき、当該着磁性材料との間で摩擦力を向上させることができ、陳列棚を支持する状態において、磁着面が着磁性材料の表面に沿って滑ることを防止することができる。この滑りの防止によって、陳列すべき物品を陳列棚に載置した状態における支持板を十分に支持できることとなる。そして、支持装置の磁石表面が着磁性材料表面に磁着するとき、磁石保持体の当接部は、支持板表面に当接するように構成されているので、磁石が着磁性材料の表面に磁着する限り、当接部が着磁性材料の表面との間で、支持板を挟持することとなるのである。しかも、上記フィルムが磁石の表面に設けられているため、スチール板等に磁着する場合であっても、当該スチール板等の表面を傷つけることを防止できる。

さらに、販売方法にかかる本発明によれば、上記物品陳列装置により支持される陳列棚に陳列されるサンプル品と同種の商品を容易に取り出すことができ、商品知識の乏しい販売員であっても瞬時に同種の商品を取り出すことができる。また、スーパーマーケットやその他の大量店において購入者が自ら購入商品を取り出す必要がある場合であっても、購入者が間違いなく目的の商品を手にすることが可能となる。従って、販売員の人員を削減することも可能となり、経費の削減に伴って商品価格を一層低下させることができる。しかも、商品保管庫として、既製のスチール製戸棚やロッカを使用する場合、販売店における店舗の内装費用を著しく低減させることができるものである。

また、販売方法にかかる本発明によれば、着磁性材料で構成される商品保管庫表面の範囲内において、陳列棚を設置すべき位置を容易かつ自由に移動でき、また、陳列棚の装着および離脱が自由であることから、在庫商品の種類または数量の増減により、サンプル品の展示状態を容易に変更し得るのである。従って、在庫商品の種類や数量が多い物品については、数多くのサンプル品を展示し、在庫が減少した際にはこれを縮小させることも可能となり、在庫状況に応じたサンプル品の展示により、購入者の購買意欲に少なからず変化を与えることができる。
