また撹拌翼は、回転中心に取付けてある為、2段3段と多段取付ける事もできない。
また撹拌翼が片側に寄って左右に開かない場合もあり、内容物を最良の状態に、撹拌する事が出来なかった。
そこで、この発明は、そのような欠点を除くために考えたもので、低速度回転でも撹拌翼が開き、低速度撹拌から高速度撹拌と、低粘度から高粘度の液体まで撹拌混合でき、かつ撹拌装置を内容物の中を上下、左右等に移動することも無く、容器内の内容物全体を撹拌混合出来、撹拌翼が左右にバランスよく開く、便利な撹拌翼が開く撹拌装置を提供することを課題とする。

この発明の実施形態を、図1に示す。

6は誘導翼で撹拌翼4が開く為の誘導翼で、図3に示すように、撹拌翼4の下部の片方を切り開き、上部とは反対側に鈍角谷折り曲げにし、かつその部分はもう一方の平面より、反り上げて付いている誘導翼6である。
