Abstract

【課題】塗布液を収容した容器に取り付けられるキャップ部上に、複数の板状櫛歯が起立し、該板状櫛歯の厚み方向に列設されている櫛付キャップにおいて、毛髪等の被塗布体における櫛通りを向上させ、塗布液の塗布量を向上させる。

また、この櫛付キャップ10Aの特徴として、各板状櫛歯31はその基部36において同一幅に形成されており、一列に重なり合って配列しているが、先端部35は、その頂部35aが右又は左に偏心するように幅狭に形成され、隣り合う板状櫛歯31同士の右又は左に偏心した先端部35は互い違いとなる千鳥配列になっている。このため、板状櫛歯31の先端部35において隣り合う板状櫛歯31のピッチW1 は、板状櫛歯31の基部36において隣り合う板状櫛歯31のピッチW2 の2倍となっている。したがって、この櫛付キャップ10Aを用いて塗布液を毛髪等の被塗布体に塗布する際の櫛通りは、板状櫛歯31の先端部35の櫛歯ピッチW1 が広いために良好となる。一方、櫛付キャップ10Aを用いて毛髪等を梳いている間に、板状櫛歯31の基部36にも毛髪等は通るようになり、板状櫛歯31の基部36に保持されていた塗布液が毛髪等に塗布されるところ、板状櫛歯31の基部36では、櫛歯ピッチW2 が狭く、また、板状櫛歯31の幅も広い。よって、塗布液の毛髪等の被塗布体への塗布量が向上したものとなる。
これに対して、板状櫛歯31の基部36を先端部35と同様に幅狭に形成すると、板状櫛歯31が、先端部35だけでなく、櫛歯全体として千鳥配列となり、基部36のピッチが先端部35のピッチW1と同様に広くなる。このため、毛髪等の被塗布体への塗布量が、単に基部36を幅狭にしたことによって低下するだけでなく、基部36のピッチが広がることによっても低下するので好ましくない。
